This Walgreens is changing. They used to answer the phone, be consistent with medications, now they just let the phones ring. They need to do better. Seniors that don't have 1 or 2 of their medications should be a priority. The pharmacy used to have compassion and empathy; they do not have that anymore. The doctor can't get through because they will not answer the phone. This Walgreens used to be really professional, the customer service is bad now.

The pharmacist is very disrespectful and the other technicians are just as disrespectful. I am a doctor who sends his patients to that pharmacy. I will never send my patients to that pharmacy again. Today, Saturday, I had to call to give a verbal order for this patient who had been waiting two weeks for his medicine and they threw away his prescription. They were disrespectful to my patient left him waiting for an hour and did not give him his medicine. I had to use another pharmacy. I hope they reeducate those employees.

Worst location ever. Unprofessional staff. Doesn’t answer the phone. Every one looks like they woke up, crawled out of bed and just showed up to work. Don’t have your prescription filled at this location, it will never get filled. They never have essentials in stock. Parking sucks. Just go to another location and save your time.

The pharmacist is very disrespectful God help with all walk away when you're speaking with her and the pharmacist technicians are the same they are not there to help the customers there they are there just to make their money especially when they know you're picking up a narcotic pain medication they treat you so badly and automatically do not want to help if you run out of pain medication and don't have the doses that the patient need and the doctor office is closed you a the pharmacist should at least explain that to the patients not just say we don't have it and walk away some people been on this medication for a very long time and without it can become very sick . They were all laughing and just very disrespectful the pharmacist was trying to be funny right along with the tech I will never go back to that Walgreens for anything and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone no one should have to go through that when you are in pain and all you're trying to do is pick up your medication that lady do not need to work as a pharmacist. Zero stars for me they really need to do better.

Extremely slow, always short staff. They never get our son’s insurance process correct. He has a primary insurance and secondary. They always try to run it under the secondary insurance

I just want to say that the manager here is awesome. Every since she has been here, this place runs like a charm. She's always very pleasant and helpful. Today she was working in the pharmacy at the window.. Talk about a team player and leading by example. Best Walgreens in the area!

THIS PHARMACY IS BEYOND HORRIBLE!!! I was hung up on twice! I was put on hold 7 or more times! They didn't even ask if I could please Hold! They picked up my call and then slammed phone down! When the young man finally answered...omg!! He was just as cold and unprofessional as EVER!!. My sister is ILL...others are ILL! No one wants to go through this when they are trying to make sure their loved one gets their medicine!!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!Please give them a training class in customer service!!! They need it terribly!!!

The worst in the city no professionalism line are always long due to workers standing around you always have to wait multiple hours for prescriptions filled when told 1 hour . Just the worst they should all be fired !! My advice go anywhere but here

I went to this Walgreens to pickup a Father's day card from our daughter who lives in Alabama. When I arrived I went to the photo area and no one was there and the call button was broken. After waiting for a while, I went to the front of the store waiting patiently behind 2 people who were in line and before I could ask my question he turned the register over to the other employee so I said excuse me but I have a photo order for pickup and with a straight face he said photo is in the back. I said yes I know but no one was back there and without answering he started to walk off so I said can you at least call someone and still no answer. I turned to find somone else who went back to photo, pulled my order and said " you have to go up front to ring out". I waited in line, checked out and when I gave the package to my husband, one of the envelopes had clearly been stepped on and they put it in the package anyway. Very poor service

RIGHT NOW I'VE BEEN HOLDING FOR THE PHARMACY FOR 16 MINUTES, FIRST OUTGOING MESSAGE STATES "GOES ON A MEAL BREAK AT NOON", AND NOW IT JUST STATED THE PHARMACIST IS CLOSED FOR A (30 MINUTES) MEAL BREAK!".....YES, I'M GONNA HOLD BECAUSE I NEED MY MEDICINE DELIVERED TODAY AND ASAP!

Yesterday I received a call from Walgreens and they told me to pick up my medication because it has been sitting and I explained to her that I had a busy week and I’ll be to get it before 1:30 she said okay when I get to Walgreens the lady insisted that I picked up my medicine then as she double checked “her friend” send the medicine out. WITHOUT ASKING ME FOR MY ADDRESS WHEN I TOLD HER I WILL BE TO GET IT. The store Manager Jackie Landis said she will have fed ex go back and get the medication. I went over to the old building and no meds at all. They violated Me and also I still don’t have a refill. I will be contacting my lawyer about this

I was in the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription for my daughter,who has asthma and just left the urgent care center (4:30am until 7:00). The prescription was called in…we called at 9:00am asking what time it be ready. We were giving a time. I picked it up but it was 1of 3. I returned,very upset. However the rest was filled right away. . The pharmacist manager ,Delia, was very professional and remain that way with all my fussing. The pharmacist, Dashia,I hope that’s her name, was very professional and was very apologetic. These two professional women deserve kudos… they work hard even if we don’t want to admit it. I apologize for my attitude.

They called me to pick up my prescription, i was called by an actual person not a robot, and i informed them that i was going to be picking up soon. When i get there 20 minutes later they tell me that they deleted it & they can reorder for me to pick up tomorrow.This is my second experience like this in a week. The first time they told me that the automated call was unreliable & that they had already returned my medication & had to reorder. Now I'm without my medication and they act like I'll just get over it. I'm in so much pain. And they don't care.

The rating definitely match the service. This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in all 40 years of my life. The customer service is below zero. I’ll die before I go here for medicine.

Pharmacy Clerk/Girl is horrible - don't know her name but she is young and has The Nastiest Attitude - Training in customer service is needed. This was just yesterday. I could have honestly snatched her through the phone and beat some pleasantness into her. Cash register employees are pretty nice!

I wish I could give a negative star for the Pharmacy. This pharmacy is beyond the worst ever. The employees lack customer service and a sense of urgency. They are extremely slow and lack knowledgeable expertise. They tell you your prescription will be ready at a certain time, so after waiting for 20 minutes, they tell you wait another 15 minutes for your prescription. The average wait time with 2 people in a line is 20 minutes and that's no drive thru customers. I have decided to transfer my mother prescription to the Walgreens on Torrence although its is out of my way. The torment of sitting in line whether inside or out is too frustrating and stressful. Today 7/3 I pull in line at 6:05pm and as of 6:27 still waiting in drive thru. My last day here

The unprofessionalism of some of the pharmacist in the pharmacy department speaks volumes! I went in because the drive through to pick up prescription was too long. I come in I see why, it wasn't because they were under staffed! It was because out of the 5 pharmacist they had there, only two were actually working! The other pharmacist were doing work on the computer, that's understandable. But at the same time if you see how busy it is why not put all hands on deck and help out so that both the drive-thru line & the line inside can go down? Isn't that what teamwork is all about? So instead of the pharmacist doing that, they get a cashier, "WHO IS NOT A PHARMACIST", to come help them in the pharmacy department. Since she is not a pharmacist she has no knowledge on anything in that department right? She only knows how to ring the patient prescriptions up but not ask vital things like insurance information. So because of that, I had to pay 41.99 for a prescription when my insurance covered it smh. A hour or two after I got my prescription, I called the pharmacy department to see why was my prescription so much & why was I not asked for my insurance card? The person that is suppose to be a person that deals with the public daily had no customer service skills what so ever! I don't know if it was because I called 30mins before the pharmacy department closed or what but the young lady was "VERY RUDE" & unprofessional! So I immediately asked to speak to someone else, the next person I talked to was very nice & understanding, looked my insurance info up & seen that I was covered & overcharged for my prescription & I appreciated that so much & the issue was resolved the next day. I forgot her name but thankyou you so much for resolving my problem in a professional manner! It's not what you say but how you say it, maybe some of the other staff needs to be re-trained on customer service! It should also be some kind of policy which I'm quite sure it is, if you are not a pharmacist or have no knowledge of pharmacy what so ever, you should not be able to ring orders up! Because if that's the case I should ring my own prescriptions up & what kind of sense does that make? How many other patients has that happened to? But I do appreciate my issue being resolved, but overall it could've been avoided in the first place .

The Pharmacy is the WORST I've EVER been to...Even if you go through the drive through or inside,busy or not they will have you waiting when you have had the prescription in for days!!! I would not recommend this Walgreens pharmacy to anyone in my Life!!! They are VERY SLOW, unprofessional and unorganized..If I could've gave them zero stars I would have!!!

Yes I’m at the Walgreens in Dolton Illinois I was looking at pictures I put in the shop I had two stacks I told the lady she didn’t have to stand looking like she had a attitude and mad because I’m taking my time looking at my pictures the cameras I put in the shop were old but she stood there for 15 minutes looking like I was going to steal something so once I told her I didn’t want any she took the pictures with a attitude. Oh and by the way her name is TY and she’s the manager.

I asked a floor employee if they had thermometers, she's like No with the mouth smack, we don't have no more, ummm 🙄 leave the rachet outside hunny.. went to the baby isle and what do you know thermometers 🎉 yay! I don't even have words for the pharmacy dept, well I do but it's not nice.

They do not deserve a star. The line out side do not get any help for 50 sometime .The techs need more taining. The line inside is so aggravating. This been going on for a year now. The white lady is trying , it seems like she did not get the proper training.My suggestion is to put more people back there when you are busy. Ive been waiting 4 hours for a rx and i just had surgery. Walgreens , get it together before i take my rx somewhere else

The "Manager" wasn't helpful at all. In store several min. looking for a dry throat med.(asked others workers)Manager directed me to sore throat med. I told her my husband said he doesn't have a sore throat. Something he saw on TV .Never did she say well let ? in pharmacy or "I'll check for U"Asking for a product that eliminates dry throat. My husband saw something on TV CALLED ACT! After about 12 min.or longer I decided to leave . Called. my. husband " they couldnt find it " ! he said it was just on TV again . Went back inmedicine isle asked same young lady(seemingly disturbed ,attitude) that this product was on TV again thats when another Worker(heavy built Caucasian) lady said maybe its with breath spays!walked over there and clear as day their it was "ACT'!. THE SO CALLED MANAGER said, well you said A.C.T.as if I pronounced it wrong, never saidsorry Ms. I didn't know about this product she was just going to let me leave store without checking with otherco workers. Manager was telling me basically I pronounced it wrong,.Whatever the case may be, She wasn't helpful , it was another Walgreen employee .I told her i will never shop at this Wagreens again. Thats when she apologized and went back to stocking up her shelves.Normally I go to the Wagreens 79…Jeffrey. My husband is in Hosp..in Indiana, that is the closest Walgreen's.

This Walgreens Store is very clean and oganized the Walgreens Employee are nice I like to thank Ms. Tiara a Walgreens Employee for helping me find the products that I purchased this was my first time and first visit to this Walgreens store I highly recommend this store to Customers, Families, and Friends.
