I never liked this store every since they came here to dolton everybody up there has an attitude from the cashier to the cart guy the only one that speaks in security cuz I guess they watching you. It's not hard to say good morning or hello when your ringing somebody up instead of giving them they money and receipt and turn your back to him like they not even standing there my cashier name was Rosemary C you would think a older lady would take her job a little bit more seriously and show customer service but not. I was a manager at ultra foods for 10 years and I didn't have that going on more customer service please better customer service please makes you want to shop there not coming there with an attitude. Here's part 2 the young cashier today March 08 name Addie I believe no 11 typing and messaging on her phone while the line isn't moving like she dont care if anyone sees her terrible store last time going to this ghetto store i like customer service not a cashier that thinks she at home

WARNING. This grocery store has a card skimmer on the attached to the atmImmediately after I used the ATM in this store it was immediately fraudulently used at at a speedway gas station to make several unauthorized purchases. The girl behind the counter was very concerned as she was watching me use the ATM and immediately after I walked away she suddenly picked up her phone..I immediately informed the manager who had an answer as if he was prepared for my complaint. I don’t want to label all the employees that work here as fraudsters but it’s definitely a couple of them working together working there ..

I will say this for a severely noticeable under staffed store they try. I've never encountered any issues out on the sales floor I actually feel like all of the gentleman on the floor are overall pretty friendly and willing to help! They usually know where the things are or defiantly go and find out for me making it pretty helpful. The carts on the out side can be a little iffy seems to depend on the time of the day and who's working that shift which seems crazy since that does seem to be the only department they seem to have adequate staff in. The cashiers on the other hand there's maybe 2 that I don't completely do my best to avoid...... the attitudes of are women that need new jobs period... if I as a customer can notice how rude and unprofessional they are how does management actually miss this?!?!?! Actually a response I would love to receive from management here!!!!

This store is a hodge podge of facts.1. The selection is great. 2. The cart returns are near the front making it easy to put them away and staff to pick them up.3. Here is the downside. The signs now hung in the middle of of each row are way to high and impossible to read without using my camera at nearly maximum zoom due to my low vision.The old way was better.

It's a decent store. They don't have some of the brand selections I like ( blue bunny ice cream, pure leaf extra sweet, ever fresh juices...etc) I can kinda look pass that. My big complaint about this store is that they close WAY EARLIER then what's posted...The pandemic is over. The posting says they close at 11pm. I've gotten off work several times now and they've been close 10:45pm, 10:30pm, and just tonight they were closed at 10:15pm. 10:45pm I can kinda understand we all wanna go home) but 10:15 on a Friday is WAY TO EARLY!!! sorry but I had to leave a comment for this.

I shop here when butter on sale but no have butter he give the rainchecks but I go after 4 time but butter are not available and I call 6 times still not answer .way give the checks if you no have butter my check is expired

I shop here when specific items are on sale. Often, sale items are out of stock but rainchecks are available. I often purchase gas here, discounted by grocery spending.

I love Food4Less! You can buy regular sized products or in bulk as you need it. This is one of the few grocery stores where I can get fresh, boneless turkey breast. There is always a sale at Food4Less. Affordable, Family- friendly store with a vast variety of groceries, meats and produce. The produce department is ok but the meat counter is huge. The prices are pretty good too. The only drawback here is that it gets pretty crowded and there are no self checkout lines at this particular location. Otherwise, this is a good place to fill your cupboards.

The cashier was friendly. Food items extremely high and some not worth it. PLEASE LOOK at your receipts WHEN PURCHASING (example)4/5 DOLLARS. I only bought one cashier said I could at 1.25. Got home and looked at my receipt and it listed the item 4/6.00. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! Charged.25 extra on the low😖This has class action suit all over it!!!

Was having a spirited conversation with one of the workers in the fish department about where the fish came from that I wanted to purchase he said “ China” I proceeded to make knowledge of GMO products and how I didn’t want to purchase any product that’s not grown in its natural habitat. He proceeded to make even more of a mockery of the food I like to purchase by say that we don’t know what we eat. This is a very good reason why we should be very cautious of the product we buy and where we by them from. Very disappointed in the conduct of that particular employee in the fish market. If that the attitude I get from place I get food from the I think I need to make a better choice in the places I buy my food.

I do like shopping here it's close to my house and the cashier's are always nice. But the security guard be lacking sometimes, there were like 4 people in the store today that weren't wearing masks , and no one seemed to care or said anything. I find it uncomfortable and disrespectful to other..

It seems that after 10 p.m. the service is not important. f the amount of people that come in to shop after 10 p.m. has to wait in a very very long line for with one cashier and the management doesn't seem concerned when brought to her attention that the line was down half of the store. Whatever happened to the customers first and making sure your customers keep coming back, by making sure that they are taken care of' this is not my first encounter with this problem at that store there never seems to be more than one cashier while they do the stock I truly believe that something can be done to accommodate the customers and whatever else they need to do in the store before closing if you stay open until 12 the service should be at least a little better until then. Myself and other customers are very unhappy with the service there.

Always has a big crowd on Sunday. If you have a few items the Express lane is definitely quick. I was in & out of there in no more than 10 mins. They had a good deal on the Kraft shredded cheese it was $1.79 a bag. Perfect topping for chili.

The cashiers here Are lazy I camed to put gas they had a sign said 15 mins be back then I went in the store for bout 30 minutes I come back and the sign still up so I had to get gas somewhere else lazy lazy they need to hire more workers that wanna work because man this isn’t the 1st time

Overall the store is clean and stocked.However, when my husband and I go in later in the evenings, it tend to be very hard to find someone working on the floor to get help from.You literally haver to hunt someone down, and customer service has no one posted there to help either. Again, that seems to happen when we go in later in the evenings.Because I couldn't give a 3 1/2, I gave a four. Customer service is very important anytime of the day or evening.

New years eve. Today! They are suppose to close at 10:00 p.m. I walks up there to get my baby some diapers. It was 9:15 when I got to the store & both doors were locked. The old man security guard was waving everyone off & not letting anyone else in the store. That was horrible. Something needs to be done about not honoring the stores business hours. Now my baby have no pampers😡🤬

I don't have a problem going there at all. I'll admit I don't look to interact with the employees but for the most part the store is clean, they have everything I could want and I usually come out feeling like a got a fare deal. Given the choices in the immediate area I feel Food 4 Less fits the bill.

Clean. There werre many sale items on display when you 1st walk in so that you can visually see sales coming in the door. Most importantly, the was an associate at the check out area accessing the length of the lines then delegating cashiers to open registers in orders to prevent customers from waiting in long lines. Also, there was a bagger. I had an absolutely trouble free shopping experience today !!

Very bad customer service to African Americans. I needed my eye brows arch. They took me in a back room and never came to check on me. I Asked Two Employees if they had for got about me. Still no one came to acknowledge me. I went to the front asked for the manager and went off. The causian people didnt have any problem getting service pointed that out to the manager. Don't do business with people that won't acknowledge you!!!

I think the store is nice but that cashier Samone is very nasty. She didn't greet the customers and she shoved my receipt in my hand The man at the deli looks very unhappy. The customers have to guess who's next, no number tickes in the ticket dispenser. He slices meat for all customers using the same gloves and doesn't wipe the slicer down after each use "CROSS CONTAMINATION"!!! I complained to the manager and when I came back some days later he was doing the same thing. He and the cashier need to be retrained or trained in customer services, food and sanitation.

Needed a price check on an item. The store was very busy. Three price check machines were out of order. Because a cashier gave a price check in a nice way, I will still give 5 stars.
