This location is horrible and corporate office has to be the reason! I purchased an iron here the price was incorrect. I noticed it on my receipt I spoke up about it. The cashier asked me to go double check because it is 2 kinds. No problem. As I walk to the back of the store a lady yells more like screams that I can not walk around the store with my bag. I explain to her I just purchased this and the price is wrong. She gets louder and said Like I said you can’t walk with that bag. The family dollar bag really? Smh! She met me at the iron isle, I explained to her the discrepancy. She says corporate change prices without telling us. She takes my receipt and compares sku. She confirmed it was the correct one. She walks away with no directions. I say should I follow you? She said I need to scan the item in the front. I follow her. We get to the register and she says like I said corporate changes the price. I’m not changing the price. I say but you just saw the incorrect price are you gonna honor it? She said I ain’t gonna waste time arguing with you. By the way she is the only upset loud one. I asked for a refund. I’m highly irritated and will it be shopping here again

Always out of stuff, everyone in there seems mean and has attitudes don't like coming here. One nice lady that I saw a few times, but she's not there everyday. Manager seems like she's always mad, I hate asking her for anything.

The store could have been a little better today the card machine was out of order so we had to pay with cash however we were in and out rather quickly,,!!! !

In and out not crowded, face mask require also at ck out a partial protected shield in place at the register did NOT notice any wipe down after customers purchases

Great place. I go just to get great deals on very expensive items .they also have coupons online and there Cashier Ashley A does her job very well. I have seen her extend her helping hand,but at times people are so rude to her and she just keeps smiling and still helps you. I think some of you need to give credit when it's do. Definitely a work in progress .My own opinion I think Ashley A should be An manager ,also I love her bubbly personality,keep up the good work.Go bulls

Lack of parking space. Debris all over the place ( sometimes) and is open way 2 late. Should close at 8 during the week and closes at 7( sat) and 5( Sundays). Give these people a chance 2 live LIFE. Happy employees= better customer service and safety

Warning be careful at this store using your cards here I went there on 12/20/19 to reload my card the cashier Wendy waited on me she loaded my $175 on a vanilla reload not my card my card is a netspend I discovered this later on my receipt went back to store the manager tanya was no help keep saying its on my card SHE said it's the Holiday it's running slow stop playing with me I find out that The vanilla reload is a scam to get people money

The only reason I give this store 4 stars is because the lady at the register I think she had braids and the other young lady that works there with the glasses are very nice and friendly every time I go they have nice attitudes.

Soon as I entered the store mind you it's cold outside the store manager Mrs.Jones first response was take your hood off. Where is this posted on the door? Can we have hats on as well? She was just rude. I didn't get a welcome to Family Dollar or anything. Maybe because it was Thanksgiving and she did not want to be working or something. Store should focus more on the appearance of the store and greeting the customers instead of my hood!!

Went here once I was buying tide detergent & the cashier didn't hand me my change she sat it on the counter, so I told her I would like a refund.very disrespectful , it was also very nasty & stink in there, she didn't know I work for the city, I had to file a report & I'm shutting them down, inspectors will b out next week this business is so done

Stock has been real low since the pandemic but usually a good place to go close by fair prices friendly staff but really needs to get the inventory back up to par otherwise good store
