Would not have given this Fairway location even 1 star but had to in order to post review. This location is AWFUL, awful customer service, awful rude staff, prejudice, often has fowl odor and will grant extra privileges to "their regulars" SOMETIMES (depends on who's in the store at the time I assume). They don't consider the "community" OR customers that treat them kindly. Their items are often OVER PRICED or out dated or they simply don't have what you need. You never see any of the staff smile. So unfortunate that the community is FORCED into shopping at such a poor grocery establishment due to the fact that there are NO other full line grocery stores available in the area. The overall energy of this location is NONE, it's not lively or bright like other major grocery chains.I'm going to find a way AROUND shopping at this Fairway. By no means does it live up to its name.*I believe in honest reviews based on actual experiences, avoid giving your time or money to this location if possible*

Even though they didn't sell the product that I was looking for (9.5+ waters 24pk.) It's still a Great place to Grocery shop.

EVERYTHING IS OLD & ROTTEN. You can always tell from the Parking lot what kinda of business this place gets 😪 older outdated generation like the cashier and Security Guard. I think the Chinese and pizza place gets more business than this Grocery store. I would Highly not suggest and recommend this local grocery store. I would post the pics of produce, meats and freezer but experience is the best teacher.

Basic grocery store. The store is kinda old but the food and products are solid. They’re the only grocery store in the area so I shop there.

I've been going to fairway since it was Wally's. Yes things change but it's still a decent store. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews those people just had a bad day. And for that one person who said black people don't eat Romaine lettuce they don't know what they're talking about.

The produce is not great. They do have an area for dollar items which is good. The overall look is just ok. They would be more inviting if they considered providing produce and meats of better quality. It appears that inventory moves slower... Its a good neighborhood store for items that you need to pick up at the last minute... The prices are higher unless of couse if the item's are not on sale.

No electric carts for handicapped people. The store seems cluttered. Not too clean. Prices seem a little highExit door not working. Parking lot needs lines repainted.The owners don't want to spend money to make the place look nice. Just simply a rundown location.

I was in Fairway yesterday, about 6:15pm, and the girl at the register was very nice. She actually saved me some money. I had a box of Cheerios that I didn't realize was over $6.00. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THE CEREAL WAS SO HIGH. This particular girl told me about the price of the cereal and she was kind enough to put my groceries in my cart. ( I definitely agree with another person's review that this store is not for major shopping; I simply go here for quick stuff for my mom who is elderly) The store definitely needs a make over of some sort but I'm sure that will never happen because of the complexion of the neighborhood which is sad........I'm sure you get my drift.

I had about 15 or more sale items that did not ring up for the right price store seems out dated if I didn't catch the items ringing the wrong price would have been over charged tremendously and the manager had nothing to say they are ripping off consumers but surprisingly my fruit was delicious haven't tried my steaks yet stay tuned.

They're gonna kill somebody with that old a** meat and moldy vegetables! It's almost like they get a UPS overnight shipment every morning of a bunch of s*** that's about to expire and needs to be sold in 48 hours or less! But don't take my word for it, go in there and buy something and watch if you don't hurry up and cook it, it's gonna turn colors within 2 days...

I like that its convenient, what I don't like is that you hear the young ladies talking from register to register about their boyfriends and what happened the night before. I'm used to shopping and actually being a customer and not being asked what I think about their situation. I can honestly see why there's been different young ladies every time I shop there.

It's ok, they can use some help in their customers service area. People don't seem to have the same skills that I had 10-20 yrs ago in that area. They don't know how to great a Customer with common sense.

This store sell out dated products. Do not buy meat from them. Also check the date on other things. I reached for a donut at the front counter, first one I pulled down was rotten. Pulled box, informed worker who took them down off the shelf, I left the store only to return to see they had been put back on the shelf. Also the frozen section . The food is always freezer burnt or outdated.

This store always smell like bad meat. There is never a presence of staff in the store outside of the cashiers and those behind the counters. The positive is that cashiers are usually nice.

I've been going to Fairway for over 25 years. I love the store but I think there is some ups and downs about the store just like they vegetable area the baskets that they keep they vegetables and can be a little cleaner they look dirty and molded that's why I don't buy fruit or vegetables at in there.... but overall is not a bad store.

I have shopped here for years. Not the greatest selection, but staff is very courteous. Just watch your meat selection because it's not always the freshest.

I went here yesterday to get salsa on sale for $1.50 & eggs on sale for $0.98. I normally get my canned string beans from here because they're on sale a lot at this location. In the past, I would get turkey meat from here faithfully... However, the last time that I had it and unthawed it to eat, it didn't last a day in the refrigerator before it spoiled... It didn't look spoiled but it smelled and tasted spoiled... This has never happened to me with this particular turkey meat at this location. I figured they changed their meat without letting their consumers know about it. So, I no longer get turkey meat from this location.

They are a local grocery store, near where My Daughter lives, they have lots of fresh produce reasonable price, everything in their sales paper they have in stock, the store is Clean, Clerks are Friendly and willing to help, and most importantly to my Family they have a Deli with All the Old School cuts of meat and if they don't have they try to get it in stock.

The food there is always expired and its never no employees there.... Last time i went i bought a baked macaroni and when i got home and opened it.. The cheese was frozen and molded.... So i opened the other boxes and they were the same.... NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN... IM SCARED THE WATER MIGHT BE OLD.... THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

I really only go in this Fairway as a last resort. My experience is the prices are higher for no good reason and you can just look at certain items and tell they are not fresh..... kid you not everytime I purchase something out the freezer it tastes freezer burnt. Last resort.

Horrible place....they need to be closed down by the board of health.....if always reak of rotting meat!!! Fruit is always rotten or dried out, it looks filthy and ran down.....put some money into renovations! A poor store catering supposedly to low income people, but the prices are out of this world! What....Black people dont eat Romaine lettuce.....ijs!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would!

I do not like this particular Fairway. Every time I go in there it has a nasty smell in the store. Almost like rotten meat. I went in there twice...I will not return. I would rather take that drive go to their other location which sucks cause this particular locations is a few blocks from my house.

This grocer rarely has helpful staff around and when there is someone to assist they are rude. This store resales expired food items and the selection here is dismal. I do not recommend shopping at Fairway "Finer" Foods.
