Great location! Clean and helpful staff. An employee noticed I was looking for something and asked if I needed help. I was in the wrong aisle and he walked be over to the taco aisle for the sauce I needed. Shelves are always stocked and faced when I do my weekly shopping in the morning. It's sometimes surreal how great the aisle looks with everything pulled right up to the edge.

I’m so thankful for the pharmacy to get my son’s medicine filled a day early. She went above and beyond to help us. As we waited I observed the staff greet people and wait on them in a kind and professional manner. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I've currently made a commitment a year ago to never shop at Walmart ever again. I will take my money elsewhere even if it costs me more. The service is terrible. Employees will literally run from you when they can see someone approaching them in need of finding something. Also I absolutely can't stand the fact they check receipts it's extremely rude and a invasion of privacy. They can watch the cameras and see I purchased it at the checkout. Walmart also destroys small businesses and towns almost anytime a Walmart is built businesses can't compete and the town seems to attract crime.

I found everything that I was looking for on my list and then some!! There was one item that I had difficulty locating. I found an employee who was able to find it for me. She and I ended up talking for 15 minutes about a bunch of different things. She definitely made my shopping experience that much more pleasant. I used the self checkout and experienced a problem. One of the employees came to my rescue and solved it for me. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience!!

If you need any automotive or specifically tire work done, go elsewhere! They like to charge customers for services they didn't even want. If I hadn't looked at the receipt they'd have ripped me off $30.

4/22/2024. Just came from Walmart. I needed corn chips. The vendors, I'm guessing, or whoever stocked the chip shelves just crammed and stuffed the bags onto the shelf. The bags were so stuffed on the shelves the front bags were leaning over about to fall in the floor.I should have taken a picture. Every bag the chips were just broken LITTLE pieces. Plus, the employees who fill orders...they don't move out of anyone's way!!!!

While having an issues at checkout on account of a new càrd. The lady thAt first arrived to help me was very kind but what made the experience disturbing was the way she said ” I don't know” to and I meAn Every question I had!!! So when all was said and done With she turns to me and says With a smile" Will that be all sir? " I looked at her ànd With a smile I replied " well mam , I don't know!" And walked towards the door. No she didn't realize the reason I said that but I làughed under my breAth all the way to the car with thé woman that i dream of marrying. D.M.W! ILYB!!!

The nicest Walmart in the Dixon/Sterling/Rock Falls Area. They have a Murphy's but the Murphy's doesn't accept gift cards for gas anymore.

Besides ME finding everything I need, the associates are never helpful, never around when needing help, etc…managers don’t seem to care when you tell them associates have earbuds in when your asking them for help… the list goes on here … phenomenally unprofessional workers.

Only self check outs open during busy hour. Only a few were open and people were standing there like zombies. I left the store because of the wait.

Found everything I was looking for! It was moderately busy, but as I got ready to check out, there were 2 cashiers waiting at the front of their respective registers and lanes as a signal to customers. I love it when they do that!. I was able to check out with no line or wait, and the attendant was very pleasant!

It's Wal-mart, great prices, I love the choices and with all the customers on Sunday, they kept the lines short. When I checked out, my cashier was slow and a tad unfriendly.

Typical walmart. . No complaints really. It was clean, I found everything I was looking for, used self checkout so didn't interact with many employees but the brief interactions I did have they all seemed friendly and willing to help. Prices were good and what u would normally expect at Walmart. . Their clearance section leaves a lot to be desired. I know the walmart in Sterling (the next city over) has an impressive clearance. . Better prices and wayyyyy more stuff. . But overall I have no complaints.

Walmart automotive.My vehicle was up on the lift getting 2 new tires which was estimated at 45 minutes. Then all 3 employees had to stop working on all vehicles to unload a truck. Over 2 hours later my car was finally ready which I had a scheduled appointment for.

I placed an order to be shipped. One item was shipped. The rest of the order was marked as a pick up. Then, I was sent an email that one item had to be substituted. If an item was out of stock, I should have been told that before placing the order. At this point I was fed up. I tried canceling the order. It was a mess trying to cancel the order. For 3 days I had no idea what was going on with this order.I later canceled my online account. This was my first online order and my last. Will never shop Walmart again!

Had great experience here as store was clean and shelves full. Never used self-check out but as there were long lines a very nice employee, Janice, who offered to help me. She was so sweet and patient with me. It's actually pretty easy and I'll definitely use in the future. Then as I was taking my emptied cart to the "corral" and it had just started to rain and a very nice young employee Isiah took it for me. So...guess there are nice people and it's time to acknowledge that. Thanks Janice and Isiah!!!!

Driving home to Omaha from Chicago, we experienced a flat tire that needed to be replaced. It was 6:45pm and the Tire & Auto Center was about to close. I called and spoke with Megan and she said to come in and they will see what they can do. I get there and Megan was so accommodating and the technician (sorry I didn't catch his name) stayed past his work hours to replace my tire and get us back on the road. Without them we would've been stranded for who knows how long. I greatly appreciate you guys and the wonderful work you did for myself and my family. Thank you 🙏

Walmart has changed a lot in the last couple years. Prices have risen and they no longer stay open 24 hours ! My bank is there so I have no other access to my money after hours. Outrageous ATM fees so I have to change banks. Also Walmart doesn't carry all the products I need so have to go elsewhere to finish my shopping.

I've shopped at probably 50 Walmarts, and this is one of the nicest (now). Very spacious and welcoming when you walk in. Clean store and not cluttered like many are. Conveniently close to I-88 for travellers. Good shopping experience!
