We set appts to get a shot, received confirmation text and when we got there we were told it would be 30-60min past out appointment time due to a person going on break. They need to adjust the time slots online. To more accurately reflect what they can do.

Supposed to be a drop for FedEx. Two trips to the store for a return. First time....half hour wait as staff tried to figure out how to login their system. Second trip the next day, full 24 hours later. Still haven't figured out the password. Does not fill me with confidence that my package will even get where it's supposed to go. Will not entrust my return packages with this location.

Whenever I go to the drive through for pharmacy it’s an average wait time of 15 minutes. Today went, pulled up to the 2nd lane at 5:55pm. Waited til 5:58pm for anyone to even acknowledge me saying, “we will be with you in just a minute”. Wait til 5:59pm, “Sorry we can’t help you we close at 6pm, can you come back tomorrow?”. Uhhh yeah i mean what other option do I have!? So bc you guys process peoples med pickups slower than if a sloth did it, now it’s too late to help me? I understand I showed up close to when they close, but it’s the way in which it was handled and the repeated annoyance from waiting in this pharmacy drive through for 15 minutes every time. The techs that work the window also have no business working with the public. They have no manners and make it seem like it’s your fault they don’t have your script ready 2 hours after they said they would bc they’re “short staffed”

Every single time I come to this Walgreens it’s either a 30 minute to an hour wait in the drive through, or you go inside and it’s still a long wait even though they have more employees than the McDonald’s down the road. They are terribly slow and some of them don’t know what they are talking about. I think the best part about al of this though is that there are literally 3 managers back there and they still take 30 minutes to fill one script.

This pharmacy has got to be the slowest pharmacy I've ever seen in my entire life. Y'all need to get your stuff together. There is no reason somebody should be sitting in line for 40 minutes trying to get a script.

Slow, rude and slow. Did I mention, they're rude. The automated phone system is a joke. That's the pharmacy side. The other side of the store is not as rude, expensive and slow. Walgreens used to be nice place to go years ago. Place was hopping when they had the liquor department. People constantly in and out especially weekends. It's almost like they don't want your business. Maybe it's just this area. I hope so.

Absolutely great trip got exactly what I needed without having to go to several stores to find what was on my list. The store was cleaned and very well stocked. The employees were all kind and polite like usual. If I could I would only shop Walgreens!!!!

I understand that they're probably the second busiest pharmacy in town, but they are pretty slow. It's taken over a full day to get a prescription filled before. The reasons I go to Walgreens are that the hours, the drive thru and I hate going to Walmart.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced at any walgreens store. Especially in the cosmetics/ beauty department. The cashier in that department is the sweetest, most caring and most helpful individual. She makes my shopping experience a pleasure everytime I come in.

S-L-O-W snails pace! After prying myself out of bed with the flu to pick up Tamiflu, I arrived to employees who were not friendly. After checking on my RX she said she didn’t have anything so she better check the voicemail. What a surprise, it had been called in 2 hours earlier.

Rude incompetent and lazy. This will be my last use of this pharmacy. I like to use the because of location but looks like I'll drive farther for service. I was injured in Iraq in 05 and have been on medications for over a decade and never have I had such awful service

Constantly out of medicine...what a nusance to have to partial-fill things and borrow from other stores... Lets anticipate the areas needs better and stock up on supplies? Seriously last 5 refills, no good.

Horrible, had a 3p.m COVID appointment and sat for about an hour waiting when it was dead when I got here, if you need a COVID shot make sure you have at least 2 hours to spare.
