This was our first time stopping at a Road Ranger. We will definitely put it on our list of preferred places to stop.The bathrooms were clean, the coffee was hot and they had a lot of interesting choices for things to eat.They even had soapy water in their squeegees so that I could get the bugs off of my windshield.

Lots of parking which was nice because we didn’t stop until 9:15PM and when you stop at that time, there is usually no parking available. Bathrooms are just ok and store itself was ok. We went in the Subway there, but had to walk out because it was so dang hot! Felt bad for the girl working. The air must’ve been broken because it was stuffy and unbearable to be in there. Overall, it served our purposes for parking and we were able to get a hot coffee and donut in the morning. Would stop in again if in the area.

Had to lay over here. Would give the subway 4 stars. Made 2 trips in and both times great staff. Now the actual truck stop side, that night bought a load lock. Took it to counter to pay, girl looked at me like, why are you standing here? Next morning went in to get a cup of coffee. None made. I told the clerk the coffee was out. Her and the guy got attitude. Told me to use the bean to cup machine. I said I don't prefer that kind so I was basically dismissed. I left. This is the reason I only stop at any road ranger anywhere. It's like if you are not a local regular, they rather you didn't come in.

Omg! What an opportunist dump! Almost $12.00 for a 6 inch BLT! No food in the road ranger, it's either starve, or pay $12.00 un subway! Luckily there's an Aldi across the road. I spent less than $12.00 there and got food for days. Lol, took the frozen meal I bought at Aldi and put it in the microwave at road ranger. How does road ranger think this is good business? If you have to stay here, walk across the road and buy microwave meals at Aldi and heat I.

Nasty overpriced food. 10.99 for shrimp flavored panko. No shrimp in it. So old and dry. Shrimp dust. Chicken and beef rolls disgusting. 52.00 I spent. Horrible! I'm passed! You need to go down to south Texas and grab you some nexicans and bring up to do Mexican food. Because yall can't cook.

Located conveniently near the interstate and easily accessible from the highway, this is a great place to stop when needed. Usually pretty clean, there is a huge selection for the passing vehicles.

Customer service here sucks had a bad experience with a guy name Chris. Although he seen me entering the store, he still walked away from the register and took so long coming back I stepped over to subway to see if someone could help. Seemed pretty mad he had to ring me up for gas, he so rudely told me I could’ve paid at the pump. Never knew the pumps took cash. Went else where for gas ,will never come back

This Road Ranger needs staff that cares a little more about cleanliness. The bathrooms are disgusting at all times of the day, and the showers are grimy. The only redeeming qualities about this truck stop is that the staff is usually pretty friendly, and there's a decent amount of truck parking. I've been to many Road Rangers, and this one has got to be the least clean.The availability of products is nice and the store is well stocked, but if you want coffee or a cappuccino... good luck. I really would like to give this place a 5 star review as I really do like Road Ranger truck stops, but this one in particular needs some love.

Nice place for a quick pit stop. Pumps are very close together so have to be careful not to door ding the car next to you.

Some of these reviews are misleading. Now they do have a nice subway and Wisconsin cheese meats things like that for their food. But the hot food is is rarely fresh from the gas station part. I have taken a shower there twice and both times the towels smell like greasy food like really bad so bring your own towels.

Reading the reviews I got scared because it’s not a lot accommodating truck stopsbut wen I got there it was nothing like that. Great customer service the bathroom were clean and they have showers but it’s only two. The food might be questionable but it’s a subway in there. It’s not hide truck stop but it’s enough parking and they take Fleet cards

The diesel pumps here are ridiculous. 3 times I have come here to keypad not working, card reader not working or the pumps are so slow I can take a 10 hour break while getting 100 gallons. Right now 10 minutes getting fuel and only have gotten 30 gallons.

Lot is nice sized. The store was nice over all. I did run across a couple of less than friendly staff members. They do have a subway. My biggest complaint is the showers. The toilet was not flushed completely from the previous occupant. There is very little room in the showers. There is no place aside from the toilet to sit yourself or your belongings. There is the small area around the sink but not like other places though. Over all is not a bad place, just pay attention to the showers and don't expect a happy staff.

I go here all the time, great subway there. My thing is one of the last times I was there one of your employees a young guy with long blonde hair and goatee door dinged my car and now everytime I’m in there he runs off to go hide like I don’t know his name.

They should be embarrassed to charge $12 for a shower! The sink was filthy as was the toilet. In the shower there was a huge clump of hair who knows how long that has been there! The soap dish in the shower has not been clean in probably years. I guess it really shows how they really feel about truck drivers.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee does leave a lot to be desired but I've had way way worse... It's not bitter but they do not have a lot of choices in creamer or cappuccino flavors. Yes, they seem to be a bit pricey but they are an independent store in the pilot/flying J family so they are allowed to set their own prices. There are a lot of food choices and the breakfast sandwiches I got were fresh, hot, and very tasty in my opinion.

Excellent c-store, with a wide variety of merchandise. Subway was pretty good. They have good grab and go sandwiches here too. Truck parking is a bit disappointing. If you look on satellite view on Google maps, looks like they could easily expand the parking lot. It's also unlit, add that with tight back side parking, be sure you're here early as others mentioned.

The showers FLOODED the entire room! My husband was given one towel no foot mat or washcloth. When we alerted the staff (evening staff about 7pm) it was a VERY caviar response of oh yeah that happens in that shower all the time! Then warn people or close it & fix it! We would've gladly waited for a functioning shower. Then when we ordered dinner(at 6) everything we tried to order they were out of & the things we got were dry & flavorless. EASILY THE WORST TRUCK STOP WE'VE BEEN TO!

as far as the truck stop goes it is a typical small truck stop. No complaints there. The store itself is also typical of places this close to Wisconsin. Lots of different things. My only complaint would be the the difference between day shift and night shift. Night was friendly and helpful, day shift, particularly the cashier named Shelly J was more interested in texting than really waiting on customers. If not for that I'd say 4 stars

We stood right in front of the lady to make our sandwich. She never acknowledged us, while make bread. We patiently waited, she made 8-10 loaves of bread and loaded the oven. Then went and grabbed another rolling cart of breads and began dealing with them. My husband asked if we could get waited on, and she said "just wait I'll get to you.". When we looked at her and the next customer that had come up....didn't phase her one bit. So out loud we said we would not bother her and go elsewhere. I will add, that store is very dirty, and not bread stocked in Road ranger fast food section. They don't care, people will stop regardless of the treatment. Shame on you.

Store is much better then it used to be! They don't keep much food hot food stocked overnight but you can call and order a pizza anytime for 10 bucks and some change. Try the breakfast pizza it's the best we've had. Parking is very tight for trucks if you don't get there early you can forget about finding a spot. But walmart is right down the road about a block.

Store is ok. I think it's stupid they have to use a separate register to use credit and they act as though you should know that walking up to them. More and more people don't carry cash anymore. It's not going to kill them to either ask first or not get angry when you tell them it's credit/debit. I've been to several of the road ranger pilots and if I have the option I avoid them. Regular pilot is way better then the privately owned ones.
