I had the best experience because of Dominic. He greeted me as soon as I walked in. I asked him about a specific product and he took right to where they were. Dominic was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision possible for my 2 Yorkie girls Khloe'and Paisley . I decided to go with the larger size because it was more economical. I have no reason to shop anywhere else. Dominic provided a above and beyond level of customer service that is rare. He definitely deserves a raise!!

I got a hamster from them about a year and a half ago, he was the best hamster ever. He passed early this year and I got a hamster from them 12/21. I know they need time to adjust and he was probably stressed (not showing it) but he was not eating or drinking so today 12/23 I took him back because I was worried and didn’t want to wait longer to see if he’d eat or drink. I called first and the lady who answered was rude, saying they only do returns on sick animals (paper does not say that) and when I told her what was happening she said “that’s fine I guess” in a tone like she didn’t want to deal with me. I took him back and it was the assistant manager who did the return. Told her the hamster loved the tank and he seemed happy just wasn’t eating or drinking and she said he would’ve been fine since he was chunky. I’ve had hamsters before and I do my research, if he goes about another 2 days without water he could pass so I hope they keep an eye on him.

Whenever I place an. Order it is ready very quickly. When I arrive to pick up my order the staff member is prompt when bringing my purchase out to me. The staff are always very friendly and thank me for my business!!

They don’t honor their sales price. I had my special needs child with me and my daughter bought 2 fish and some supplies. My rewards did not pull and I did not know you needed for sale pricing. Called before they closed they said come back in the morning. I did and they would not give me the sale pricing - wasted my time and money. This place is a scam!!!

Manager is not trained properly, they price things wrong, over charge customers and refuse to honor it! They tell you they will honor it, you take the time to go in and they refuse. Never going back, poor customer service.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CONDITIONS FOR THE LITTLE CRITTERS!!!!!I told 2 young employees that the wire wheels cause BUMBLE FOOT. They did not 1. Fully understand 2. They did not care, and 3. A man claiming to be the store manager suggested food without knowing how it was formulated and it killed my cat then a manager named Courtney asked me if I was retarded when asking questions about caring for my new gecko and made me feel as though I wasn't allowed to ask questions. I have never been treated this poorly in a store in my life. I will never shop here again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Love this store. Always very nice and informative staff. Clean environment and always adorable critters.For fellow bug/lizard people Horn worms come with 20/25 in a Tupperware and crickets, in my experience, are around 10 per bag.

They close BEFORE the time that they advertise. 😡I went to get dog food for my dogs breakfast since I am completely out of food. I knew I had just enough time to get there before they closed if I left work a little early. I got there at 8:54 which would be enough time to grab a bag of food and be out the door by 9:00. The doors were locked. When I told the guy in the window that it wasn't 9:00, he said "I know but we go by the time on the register. I said I'm out of food and he said he couldn't let me in because by the time on the register they were closed.SET YOUR REGISTER TO THE CORRECT TIME!!I've been a customer for more than 10 years and I won't be buying my dog food from them in the future!!On line ordering is to easy.

I would stear clear of buying fish from this place. We purchased some goldfish a couple weeks ago and they must have been sick when we bought them because they contaminated my tank. My tank is always taken very well care of and I'm big on cleaning and testing the water frequently. My fish now have what is called marine velvet which is commonly spread from one fish to another. I'm currently cycling medicine through the tank and trying everything I can but the fish are not recovering. I talked to some other people and they told me they have had issues with buying fish from here as well.

Good prices, good selection for the most part. But upper management does not know how to properly care for animals and doesn't know how to stock products that reflect what buyers want.The non-management employees seem to care greatly for the pets and seem very knowledgeable. Sadly, I get the impression that management refuses to listen to the input of the knowledgeable workers.

This time I went in to buy our Bearded Dragon some crickets. But in the past I was looking at fish for our big tank. What I saw was disturbing to say the least. As there were dead fish in most of the tanks. The tanks weren't really bad in dirty. Ut they were needing to be cleaned. I personally wouldn't buy fish from there unless the tanks are cleaner. I'm glad they don't sale dogs or cats though. I wished they sold tamed birds. I understand that at the age they get them it's not easy to tame them. But it can be done. The dogfood shelves can be cleaner.... meaning no dust. Both bags and cans. Our Bearded Dragon, Iggy loved his cricks!!!

Great store. The employees are wonderful and willing to help. The store manager does a great job! My dog loves coming here and they carry raw goat milk and a small selection of frozen raw food aswell which my dog just loves aswell. I also asked if they could start carrying the cranberry w/ ACV goats milk and they did and I appreciate that greatly. Primal and Boss Dogs are two very good brands. Definitely recommend this store.

The store staff is friendly and knowledgeable about animals and products. Store is on the small side but aisles are nicely spaced and they more often than not have exactly what I'm looking for. The lightning is a little dim sometimes but it's not super dark in there.

Doesn't carry my litter. Urinary blend types of food are really lacking as far as wet food. Big bags of food are never available. Started going in chewy.... great for a quick fix between online orders.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, at least in my experience. They were happy to attempt to special order a particular sized bag of dog food...time will ultimately tell if that will be successful. Great experience for me, my wife, and our coonhound Cooper.

Like the selection of fish. Most workers are awesome and helpful, very rarely I get that one that just wants to leave or make it harder to get what you need. All in all a decent place just a little expensive sometimes
