If I could give this one particular cashier a ZERO, I would. She is incredibly mean ( not just rude, but mean). She was particularly mean to an elderly lady on 12-21-23. I called the office and spoke to Eric. He said he’s received 35 complaints about this cashier but there was nothing he could do. He recommended that I call Mike, General Manager. I called, had to leave a voicemail. No call back received. I then called corporate and couldn’t speak to anyone, had to leave a detailed message.This cashier is African American and wears a black face mask. She’s is beyond rude and mean, if they don’t have the staff- then close the doors. This cashier made this elderly woman in tears as she left. She should undoubtedly be fired immediately.

The cashier was so rude to me. She let the customer behind me go first. She said it was because he only had a couple of items... I only had 8 items. I am a cashier, and I would never had done that! We both were stunned!!!

I prefer shopping at Dollar tree over Walmart because you know the price on everything without having to look on a shelf or find a damn machine or person. The workers are friendlier. They also carry some name brand quality products but their brand is good too

Cashier was very friendly. Everything is a $1. Cheap b-day cards! Very clean. What a savings! I didn't know they had so many different items. Kitchen items, Drinking Glasses, toiletries, holiday items. Balloons, Too much to list. Etc...will diffiatly going back!

Putting out some Christmas craft stuff this week, halloween and fall decor is out, good selection as of right now! Cashier April is always a bright smile, even through the make, she is always willing to help.

Employees were mad bc we stopped to get crackers at 5:51pm, said I needed to hurry up bc they were closing. Employees were meeting customers at the door trying to not let them in saying we are closing very rudely when it was only 5:55. They close at 6.

Smaller Dollar Tree.Never have what I come in for.Some stuff they just don't carry (coffee syrup, get it at bigger ones). Other stuff they are just out of (every ballon I wanted).

Horrible service staff is more worried about there drama and talking about other co workers and yelling for each other for back up help never stock and when they do its throw in diff places no organization !
