Bought my first house recently. I’m in the process of giving it an entire makeover and was in need of 2,200sqft of flooring. Visited the big box stores and received a quote from one of them in person. The quotes weren’t great, so I reached out to Nick to see if he could hook me up with the product I was looking for, and was very delighted to find out he could get me that same product, and at an amazing price! If you are considering new carpet, I would not recommend any other place than Boss Carpet One in Dixon. Nick and Joe were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process effortless. I went into the Dixon show room on a Saturday, Nick came to pick up our carpet samples and measure on Tuesday, and the next Friday we had new carpet. LESS THAN 2 WEEKS TO NEW CARPET!!After being given the run around and an absolutely insane quote from another local flooring company, we will always use Boss Carpet One from now on.

Morgan did an amazing job, as well as the Boss team. They did the flooring throughout our home as well as the tiling in the showers. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. We had some complicated design choices with in our home that many around here could not tackle but Boss along with our contractor worked them out, to get us the results we wanted.Being on a budget we went out and got quotes from other companies, even went as far as Rockford. No one was able to beat their prices or quality.I know we made it hard for Morgan with our vision but she helped make it seamlessly happen. She made our experience not only easy but fun. Couldn't have asked for a better sales person.If you are in need of flooring I would definitely look towards Boss. They do an incredible job, but most importantly I know they will stand behind their work.

Very friendly staff. The whole process from measuring to installation was very fast. The only complaint is that the installers were supposed to fold the carpet at the thresholds but instead they used metal transition strips. Other than that, we were happy.

When picking out what carpet we wanted Nick & Joe were able to answer all of our questions and help us find what worked for us. Corby, came to install it and within 1 minute of walking in the door he was going to town and had everything ripped out in under 10minutes! Our new Carpet looks AMAZING and is so cozy and soft. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and I love the flooring I received from Boss Carpet! Chris Schuyler went out of his way to assist me during remodeling due to flooding in my kitchen, front foyer, family room and playroom. It was a very stressful situation with water cleanup and then the remodel. Chris was a huge help with floor selection and his knowledge of their products was awesome. There were no questions he couldn't answer. Everyone at Boss was professional, courteous, and truly helpful. All my flooring in the future will be purchased at Boss. Great quality and service!

Corby, our installer, had the old carpet and pad torn out and our new carpet installed in a matter of just be a couple hours.....it truly was an exceptional experience. Several wonderful things to mention with our experience at Boss. First of all, Nicole and Joe are incredible to work with. They were very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Time was of the essence with our project so they pointed us in a direction of the brands and products that they knew would likely be made and stocked at the mills/warehouses. We didn't want to waste time falling in love with a product that may not arrive for several months due to the current state of things these days. That was very important to us and very grateful they took the time to help with that. There were many choices and we found a combination of carpet and lvp we are very happy with. We received our items in a week and a half! Secondly, the price was amazing! We had been shopping around and had estimates from other places. We went to Boss with the other prices and they were able to knock off $1.20 per square foot from the exact same piece we had priced somewhere else. Thirdly, the choices were plentiful. Again, we are very happy with our experience and products and will be returning when it's time to do our next project. Highly recommend making a visit!!

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable on their wide variety of flooring. We had both carpet and laminate installed. There were a few hiccups, but Joe was quick with options to make sure our project stayed within the designated time frame and we were left with great results! Our carpet is cozy and the laminate is beautiful - rave reviews from everyone who sees it. We would - and have - recommend Boss Carpet One to others, and would use them again in the future. We are pleased with our experience.

I highly recommend Boss Carpet One Floor and Home. I needed new living room carpet and I wanted to work with a locally owned store. Going into the store I was greeted by Stacy who showed me a lot of the options available. I was undecided at the time, so she mailed me carpet samples that I could match in my home. I then worked with Kolton on pricing and finding the best carpet for my family of 5, plus a dog. I can't say enough about their professionalism and follow through. We had our basement family room installed by Boss Carpet and the quality of the product, the price we paid as well as the service we received were all very good. Pricing was fair and we are pleased with the final product. Joe our rep. was more than accommodating, came to the house with samples and made the process of purchase very smooth and convenient.
