This was my first time buying local beef and using Auker Farms. It was a very simple and pleasant experience. Any questions that I had were answered promptly. Our beef was processed in Trenton. Trenton Processing also answered any questions, and made that process easy. I think we have finally tried one of everything. It is all very good. The roasts seem to literally melt in your mouth. I had the steaks cut 1” thick. They are way better than anything you can buy at a top name steakhouse or store. They have great flavor and texture. Overall, it is also a great value considering the cost of beef in stores. I am looking forward to smoking the brisket this summer. We will definitely be looking to Auker Farms when it’s time to restock or maybe add some pork.

I bought a whole beef from Auker Farms in August of 2020. The whole process was easy via phone call and invoice and payment by email. We are extremely pleased with the quality of beef that we received. It's by far superior to any meat that I could buy at the grocery store. We are so happy with the quality of beef that we are in the process of buying a whole hog and arranging for more beef later this year. I plan on being a long term customer.

Bought a side of beef from Auker Farms. It was the first time I've ever done this and had many doubts. Mr. Auker was very kind and walked me through the process. I decided to give it a try and the beef is absolutely wonderful. My taste fades in and out from a previous COVID case, so if my taste isn't working I won't eat the beef until my taste is on. They use two meat cutting establishments. The establishment used for my beef was very good, and they were very accommodating. I loved everything about dealing with Mr. Auker and Auker Farms, and I especially love the beef.

We have been purchasing full steers from Auker Farms for the last few years. We live West of St Louis and have had no communication issues via email, text, or simple phone conversation. They have good prices, the beef is fantastic, and with a little notice, have always delivered when we wanted it. There is always good marbling and tenderness to each cut of meat. I typically never write reviews, but in this situation it was warranted. Thanks for simplifying and making this process enjoyable. I highly recommend others use Auker Farms for their primary beef supply. Have fun grilling and smoking!

We were skeptical about buying a half hog and a half beef from a Craigslist ad but so very glad that we decided to purchase our meats from Auker Farms! The beef and the pork is the best we have tasted and he provided great customer service! We will definitely buy from Michael again!!!

I bought a half hog, first time buying. The process was very easy, Aukers and processor were super nice to deal with. Everything we have tried has been great taste and quality. I really like knowing where the meat comes from and that I am supporting local small businesses. I have also ordered half beef. Nothing beats fresh from the farm products!

This has been my first time using Auker Farms. Exceptional, unsurpassed, and outstanding are the terms that come to mind when talking about the experience. The meat is better than anything I or my family has had in many years. My family used to raise Angus beef cattle so I have a good basis for my review. The price is fare and market based so no suprise. All in all an excellent adventure!

The beef from our cow tastes wonderful. There is fantastic marbling in the meat and just the right amount of fat. The ground beef is not too fatty, but not too lean either. I am very pleased with my purchase!

We buy Chickens and turkey from Auker farms and REALLY enjoy the quality of the meat. The prices are fair and well worth the peace of mind knowing where your food is coming from. I am really looking forward to our hog ( first time ) in January!

Auker Farms generously donated a whole, processed hog to be raffled off by Givenhope for Cancer, a local non-profit. I was the lucky winner! Michael communicated with me before and after processing to make sure everything was perfect. Quality meat and excellent customer service.

The meat has been delicious so far. There was a little more fat than I expected on the cuts and my rolls of hamburger were more then 1 1/2 lbs but besides that I was happy. We'll come again. :)

Best burgers ever 👌 the bacon fries up wonderfully and the pork chops are to die for , best steaks we’ve found in years(better than sams club) . Will definitely purchase again ! I purchase a half of cow every year. After eating his cows. You don't want to eat store bought beef. His beef is just beautiful. Great marbling and melts in your mouth. I just picked up my half today. We have the fire pit already going. We just can't wait to eat. Thanks for the great care you give your cows.

Have been buying 1/4 cow meat & 1/2 pork...This meat is so tender and juicy melts in your mouth...Extrodinary to deal with simple, easy, and most of all butchers call you so you can have animal cut to your expectations...Love purchasing from Auker farms, will continue purchasing from this farm...PRICE IS EXTREMELY low compared to what the prices are in local grocers in our area...Thanks so much for your courteous purchases...Cathy Standefer
