We had a big hail storm come through the area and my son's Mustang GT had so many dimples it looked like a golf ball. Probst had to replace the hood and do paint-less dent removal on just about every panel on the car. We just got it back and the car looks like new. Every dimple gone and the hood paint is matched so well it looks factory. In addition to the repair quality exceeding expectations, the customer service is unmatched.Adam, Lindsey, and Carla were awesome to work with. Answered every call, called back when promised, and returned the car sooner than they expected. They facilitated everything with my insurance company and made the process extremely simple. Probst has one of the best reputations in the area and I can attest that it is very well earned.

Our 2023 Outback was rear-ended last October as we were two hours into a trip to North Carolina. Fortunately, none of us were injured, but the car was pretty messed up, but in good enough shape to drive it home. Our mechanic recommended Probst Auto Body, so we called them to see if they could take it in, so we took it directly there. The next 3 months were frustrating as Probst could only go ahead after the insurance company gave the OK. A lot of wasted time, but it helped knowing that Probst were keeping us notified all along the way and we knew that they would do what was necessary to get it done right. Karla, Lindsey, and Matt were always there to answer questions. We finally were able to get the car back in excellent shape after over 3 months. Although they are finished with the repair, it's great to know that they are still helping us finishing up with the insurance company. A big "Thank You" to all of those involved. We will definitely use them again if we ever need body work.

I am extremely picky when it comes to this car and probst exceeded my expectations with the paint repairs and attention to details. The specific parts I requested for the front they not only found but matched perfectly on the rear. Again blown away with the paint matching. Not to mention the customer service and polite friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can tell they take training seriously there. They have not only gained a customer for life but earned a customer for life. Honestly 5 stars isn’t enough.

I hit a deer on driver front side. They did a wonderful job on my car “Mario”.Carla was able to get me a rental the next day from Decatur. My insurance company said it would be 6 days bf I could get a rental and didn’t seem to care that I was a 1 car owner. I am pretty picky about my "21" Cherokee High Altitude and when a deer took out my grill, hood, and associated furnishings I knew that I wanted an authorized Jeep repair facility to perform the work. A quick search turned up Probst Auto Body, a local repair facility recommended from the corporate website. One call and they pretty much took over the rest of the repair from dispatching a tow, dealing with the insurance companies, and keeping me regularly informed of their progress. Their detailed and professional estimates resulted in no pushbacks from the insurance company. The finished product is exceptional, paint match/finish and body alignment are superb. You never have to wonder what’s going on with the process. They go above and beyond to make your experience as easy as possible. You are treated like Family. Karla was wonderful! If I didn’t have a call from her, she would email me. She was with me every step of the process. My car had to have a lot of work due to an accident caused by another party. The other parties insurance was awful. I had one bad run in after another. Karla was so helpful and eased a lot of my stress. Everything was done as efficiently and quickly as possible. It's difficult to express how impressed I am with Probst Auto Body. For quite some time I had procrastinated about getting the front of my VW Beetle repaired from the result of tangling with an overgrown possum. I was simply dreading the hassle of estimates, dealing with the insurance company, and having to rent a car. Enter Karla Slifer. I filed the initial claim online which was a pretty simple process but I was expecting having to make several phone calls or emails. Nope. Karla handled everything. Probst had a very nice van right there that I was able to rent (at a very reasonable price) so no hassle about a rental car. Karla called me once to update me on the claim and a few days later I got a call saying my car was done. And it was PERFECT! Thank you Karla for making this such a great experience. And thank you Probst Auto Body for making my little VW Bug beautiful again!

Probst did a great job on repairing my Mini! They had great communication on when my vehicle would be done! Best of all, they support Adam Mette, who is currently deployed with the National Guard!
