The food is usually really good, it's always hot and freshly made. The gals that work there are very sweet and polite, the prices in the drive through are all reasonable and comparable with other local places. BUT if you are in any kind of hurry this is not the place for a quick lunch. Every single time I have tried to get lunch here it 100% of the time takes 20-30 minutes to get your food from the time you order. I understand everything is made fresh, that's great but this is not a fast food restaurant.

Stopped here on a whim, on the way through town. I was overwhelmed by the options on the menu.Fries and tater tots are fried flavorful and crispy. You get plenty as a serving.The Old Mac is very reminiscent of a Bic Mac, but better than McDonalds. It was very well crafted.The Honey Clucker came with perfectly silky Swiss cheese melted on it.Food was great, service great. If I lived here, I would make my way down the whole menu and doubt I would experience any disappointment.I didn’t use the drive thru, but I saw it and they’re definitely from the future. It looked awesome.

In Dietrich for my first outing (except for doctor appts) With Auntie Gayle driving we picked up new house supplies and googled restaurants besides Subway there in town. What a neat concept! Drive thru order/ pickup and groceries to boot. Who knew?! Ate in the car in the shade, great food and a busy place!

Driving through rural Illinois and looking for something to eat? Stop or even drive thru Old Mac’s for a delicious bite to eat. I was on a LONG ride home when Old Mac’s caught my eye. I was hungry and actually turned around after seeing the drive thru restaurant. Look at pictures and you’ll see it’s unique setup. Glad I did. I had the Grilled Pork Tenderloin Sandwich which took a good 10 minutes to make but it was worth it. Fresh, juicy and delicious. Stop or drive thru and you’ll enjoy.

Food was fantastic and surprisingly inexpensive for the amount and quality of the food. The chicken on my wife’s chicken sandwich was twice as big as the buns it was on. In a hood wayStaff was friendly and the building was very nice. They gave us hot water to heat up our baby’s formula bottle free of charge.

Stopped by for lunch on a road trip, haven't seen a drive thru convenience store like this before. Very cool.The Jalapeno Popper burger is possibly the best burger I've ever had in my life. The patties are handmade and the taste is unreal. Highly recommend.

Old mac's is a little hidden gem, that my fiance and I have drove past many times on our trips from Wisconsin to Kentucky, we finally got a chance to stop here, and the food was incredible, the service was great. I was extremely please with the pricing of their cafe menu and the items in there. 10/10 would recommend again.

This place is awesome. They have really good signature sandwiches. My favorites are the "Roadrunner" and the "Jalpeno Popper Burger." They also have a drive thru convenience store where you drive thru the building to pick up your groceries. I highly recommend stopping here.

Lived off Old Mac's while building our house. I could order anything off the menu and be happy.I always like cinnamon roll, breakfast bowl turkey club, Movin' Maroon burger or the Road Runner w/fries. Their daily specials are great and convenient, too. We order their pizza once ever 3 weeks or more.Café is new, comfortable, clean, always ran by friendly staff.Drive thru is always handy, for carry out especially with a child. And they have plenty of items in drive thru, including alcohol 😉.Can't go wrong trying Old Mac's.

Friendliest service in the area. Love popping in and out bc it's so convenient - whether it's pizza, ice cream 'barnyards', beer, or breakfast. Great family friendly feel. Highly recommended!

Old Macs was awesome and fun.We had the double cheese, the Memphis burger, chicken alfredo, mozz sticks, fried mushrooms, and the moving maroon.YUMMY!!!!!!!Pricey but Worth it!!!
