This is my 5-6 time in this store. I like this store. Pretty big ✅ not crowded✔ employees were really nice. I forgot my bags she reached me✔ too many items they have. You know not every dollar store has every item.

The biggest store that I have ever seen! Clean, all items at their places. I was there at busy hours, around 3pm and a line was long (4-5 people before me). 2 cash registers were working and it helped to reduce the waiting time in line.

I receive better service here than Macy's or other retail stores.Axel is amazing, like all the staff.I had several items that needed specific packaging. I was especially appreciative that Axel helped me pack school supplies for a donationAxel is awesome!

The thug ( Veronica ) was very rude and definitely not a team player. Her coworker had a line wrapped around the entire store. She continue to stock while her coworker checked everyone and she didn't provide quality customer service. She had a nasty attitude and threw my items which I left them for her to clean up I will definitely not be back to this store if this the type of employers you all hire. ( thugs )

The store had almost everything I needed, minus sugar free chocolates and drinks. Note to Dollar Tree: please include more sugar free items! Other than that, the staff were friendly and efficient.

I went to look for some holiday stuff and found almost everything I wanted. I do got to say that some stuff are defective. Like the lights necklace. It's rare when it happens. It looks clean, organized, and had more than registered opened. It seems like it gets its inventory up to date. Was filled of lots of stuff. (Unlike other DT)

I absolutely love this location. It's always stocked with items you don't always find at other locations. The store for the most part is clean. They have public restrooms. The cashiers are always nice. Lots of parking .

My kids 16 and 13 went in yesterday and the employees accused them of stealing. The employees searched their belongings without any reason. Even after my kids told them that they had money in their hands. My kids felt racially profiled because they as they walked they looked the employees at them like criminals just for having a backpack. Do they do this to all people or just brown people? If they suspected them of stealing why didn't they check the cameras first? 3 adults searching 2 underage kids is bull...my kids felt scared that they were going to be attacked them.

Loved Dollar Tree because you can run in and out getting what’s needed quickly if staffed with sufficient clerks at checkout. As they grow and increase store size, inventory layout needs attention, as items usually easy to find seem currently scattered nonsensibly.

This Dollar Tree is incredible! The Store is huge and has a great selection of everything that you could want for the Household, Personal Care, and miscallaneous items too. This is also a great location because there's Eateries all around there.

This Dollar tree is one of the best supplied by far! Chicago doesn't have many Dollar trees that are well stocked and have a decent amount of inventory. Thus place does. I highly recommend the trip to this location.

Its not like me to post a negative google review. I attempted to call the store manager - they do not pick up the store phone, ever!! I also attempted to call corporate -and got put on hold for over 15 minutes.This store has HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased 10 glasses. The store associate put 5 glasses in 1 bag with ZERO protection. Did not wrap any of the glasses! When I questioned it, she stated that she didnt have any newspaper and then pretended to look around for some. I quickly went to other cash wraps and found newspaper and paper towels. I had to assist the cashier in wrapping my own glasswear.Had I left the bagging to the employee, my purchase wouldve been shattered by the time I made it home. UNREAL! Dishonest and lazy!Also, the store was not stocked. I went to another location where there was ample selection and much more competent workers that bagged my items carefully.

All Dollar Trees are not created equal, as evidenced by this mega store. Not only is this location 4-5 larger than my usual Dollar Tree, they have far superior signage and displays. Last summer I picked up a really nice tank top and they offered a huge selection, not just a few. At my store, they sometimes have a handful of t-shirts with holes in them, but I've yet to see a tank top and can never find a t-shirt (damaged or otherwise) in my size or my husband's. This is the Cadillac or Mercedes of Dollar Trees...wish I lived closer, because I also love Sam's right next door!

This store is the best Dollar Tree I ever went to, it's always fully stocked, with a lot of different item, and the staff keep all the shelves neat as possible, considering how many people let their kids run loose, throwing things on the floor and opening packages. Always a fun experience ☺️

It’s a dollar tree. It would be irrelevant to say good prices-it’s implied. Staff is great when it comes to cashiering, timid or unfriendly at times. Bathroom has always been a mess. For the most part, selection is varied with tidiness always being managed when there’s downtime. Parking is plentiful, location is great in general.

Whoever the manager is working tonight 2-3-22 needs some oversight (young/middle aged male with strong European accent). He walked over to the cashier checking me out and said “you can take out the garbage.”Then laughed and said “or if you want me to rephrase that, you can take out the garbage please”. And walked away laughing. Then when the cashier realized she did not have enough singles to give me my change back…she called for him (actually now that I think about it….I think his name was Alex)…he definitely heard her but ignored her (she asked very timidly as well because he has clearly been bullying her in the workplace)….she walked all the way over to him where he clearly saw her and he continued to ignore her. When she told him she needed singles for change he says “And? That’s not my problem”. She clearly looked uncomfortable….this was not a friendly or joking interaction. This is gas lighting and bullying in the workplace. Needs to stop immediately. She looked too timid or scared to ever stand up for herself so I hope someone from upper management will take action on this.

NO MASK ENFORCEMENT going on here. More customers (and some employees) had their masks down than those wearing them properly. Some had no mask at all. Also, the posted capacity limit is well over what a building that size can hold. Waaay too crowded in there. I didn't feel safe. No one is following any safety protocols. This is my fav Dollar Tree, but I won't come back here until the virus is no longer a huge threat. They could do so much better. It's a shame.

Wow the Dollar Tree's by me do not compare to this one. It's HUGE and they have so much stuff. Luckily they don't give you carts because I would be in deep trouble. LOL They are friendly too.

I'm not gona lie. I might be a little bias because I use to work at this dollar tree. But oh my gosh everyone is wonderful and always helpful. I never worked at a place that really had it put together the way they do. Out of all the dollar trees I've been to this one is the cleanest by far!

This location is usually the best of All other locations but today it was just awful. An asian guy at the register today had a bad attitude towards me because he made a mistake on his end. Nothing that had to do with me but he thought it was professional and okay to take his anger off at me.

Plenty of stuff for $1. Got all what I needed. The place is clean and arranged properly. Good staff. Good collection of kids stuff and that to in a very affordable price. Definitely a must go place. I will be going again shortly. Happy with the visit.

Needed some envelopes so I decided to stop in. But I also needed to use the restroom too. One of the filthiest bathrooms I have ever seen. I would of rather gone next to the dumpster in the ally. Might go get a Tetanus shot now just for safety.

Staff was very rude to children, the manager at the time, stereotyped teenagers. He yells at you for testing out a bouncy ball to make sure it bounces before you purchase it. He tries to get you to leave the store, for making sure that a product works before purchasing it. Also, no scene was being made until he showed and started yelling at the teenagers for testing a bouncy ball. The ball only reached about their head height, and yet he chose to go ballistic over it. He also yells at you for making him "babysit"

I bought a eyeglass repair kit and it really came in handy I cannot see without my glasses but that little kit really came in handy screw fell out. Used a screwdriver put it back together the very best investment of one dollar I think I ever made I always shop at dollar tree thank you for having that kit available .
