I had the displeasure of listening to a rude customer complaining to the store manager this evening. The store manager did a wonderful job remaining calm and respectful when talking with this customer and I wanted to make sure the manager knows that this professionalism doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you to the manager and the pharmacy staff for working as hard as they were today!Wanted to update my review-- Soledad in the pharmacy was super sweet and provided excellent customer service. Thank you for putting a smile on my face!! :)

They need to fix their card reader system.. 12 swipes and they couldn't read my card. Went to CVS no problem. Complete waste of my time after standing in like 15 minutes.

Took almost 2 hours to fill my prescription during a gallbladder attack. They showed a complete lack of empathy over the amount of pain I was in and did not even apologize.

Really disappointed with the pharmacist staff at this location, recommend making the drive to Sycamore location. Everything else in the store is fine, but this has been the 3rd time the pharmacy has messed up my prescription.- Had an doctor appointment at 11am, called at 5:30pm and was told my prescription would be ready in an hour by a pharmacy rep over the phone.- Was working so planned on getting it first thing in the morning.- Come in, get told they don’t have the medication needed to fill my prescription, but that they’d have it by Monday. Then tells me I can check with a nearby location to see if it’s in stock.- I have the rep make the call to make sure before heading over. She tells me they have the dosage, but that I’d need to get a new prescription because of the type of medication.Why lie over the phone? If you know you don’t have something, just be honest. It’s frustrating in the moment, but it’s not a big deal- just say you don’t have it and don’t waste everyone’s time. Really disappointed with the pharmacy and their staff at this location for how they handled this. Highly recommend making the drive to sycamore or going to the CVS attached to target for prescriptions.

Awful pharmacy. They never meet their estimated ready-by date/time. If a medication is on mfg backorder they cancel your prescription rather than keeping it on hold until its filled.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They are rude and unhelpful and take WAY too long to fill simple scripts. Use the Walgreens in Sycamore much better.

Prices are 50% higher than listed through the Walgreens app and they refuse to match prices. The pharmacy also always seems to be a long wait, don't go in expecting a quick pick up.

I go there for my prescriptions and the team is always professional and caring! Other staff members are really nice also! There are times I witnessed a customer cuss at the pharmacy team and they were able to de escalate and provide them with answers and the customer ended up apologizing and left! Amazing place!

Don't do their pick up service if you are reliant on it due to quarantine. The first 2 times I did it were okay but needed more stuff today and after 4+ hours without a real explanation they canceled the entire order. Now I have to spend more money wait 4 more hours and drive across town to Hyvee. It stinks because I still have to stop at Walgreens for my Rx so now 2 trips.

I would highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy. I had dropped off a prescription and they failed to request the required information from my insurance for over half a month - at which my prescription has expired. Save yourself the trouble, avoid this place and go to the Walgreens in Sycamore

It's all on one level. The bathroom can be a little hard to find if you haven't been there before. Some of the prices are higher than the grocery stores that carries similar merchandise but if you live in the area and have to make a quick trip to a store for something the convenience of the location is nice.

This Walgreens is fithly. I was there ordering pictures. Took a seat and was afraid to touch anything. I took a look around me and noticed garbage / papers in the isles and under shelves. And where the counters meet the floor was what seemed to be years of accumulating dirt. And the counter tops were full of clutter. The screens on the photo computers were disgusting. Like they've never been wiped or cleaned. I hurried to order just a few of the many pictures I wanted printed out and promptly went to the pharmacy area to see if they had any hand sanitizer. Thank goodness they did. I noticed the pharmacy area was also filthy. I couldn't wait to get out of that store. Come on Walgreens! Clean up your store!

Had a pretty basic mix-up with a prescription. Finally getting to the root of the issue 3 hours later with us paying for an input mistake by the pharmacy and feeling like we were handled as an obstacle rather than a customer. Take your business elsewhere.

Decent deals here the staff could use some manners I waited in front of the FedEx office for about five minutes too long waiting for anybody to show up or look at me or ask if I need help there's no sign hey I'm on break or I'm away the staff just stares at you.
