This stores management, employees and product quality is the worst in DeKalb County. That’s saying a lot. If you can beat out Meijer of Sycamore, Jewel of DeKalb, Wal-Mart of DeKalb and Ross of DeKalb, you are putting in extra effort to be the worst chain store in the county.

I spend way too much time and money at Target, but sometimes they do disappoint. Just make sure you check the expiration dates because I bought a couple things that turned out to be past their dates already. (The tea in the photo was taken today). I don’t think they check regularly, unfortunately. I still love Target though!Edit: I still frequent Target but I'm dropping the review down to 3 stars. I purchased bacon from here in a rush and didn’t check the expiration dates until a few days after. Turns out one of the packs expired January 15th of this year while the other is March of this year. It appears they bring in new stock but don't get rid of the old ones so they just jeep getting older. Disappointed.

Grateful for this Target. While it does provide some grocery items (i.e., food and such), it does not supply wine/beer/liquor (perhaps b/c of liquor law limitations?). Service is good, and the store is clean and well-organized. We shop here often.

The cashier put my gift card in a separate bag and did not give it to me. When I noticed and contacted the store, they told me that there was nothing that could be done and that I was simply out the money. It is ridiculous that I have to lose money because of their mistake.

DO NOT GO HERE, RATS ROACHES, BED BUGS IN CLOTHING EXPIRED FOOD! Came one day to shop food was old. A bad shaped hispanic lady with a wide forehead named MEL & A Overly Fat balding guy with a receding hairline name Zachery Were no help and couldn’t even do their job too busy taking pictures on the clock. They Insisted on it being nothing they can do to the bugs i found on clothing items and suggested i “smash it”. Food was dated back to November from what i saw with no one taking it off the self Will never go here again. They barely stock the store probably because they all have their head up their a** Unprofessional staff over working the little employees they have and nothing is ever in stock. They need to fire those 2 mangers they are nothing but worthless incompetent beings, making a bad name for this company!

I do not shop at target very often. I remember now why I don't.. went there to get to granddaughter some leggings for her birthday.. and I also needed a very short grocery list... I do use their electric carts I have a hard time walking very far but I found a lot of their isles you can't get down in the clothing section or in the food.A lot of their food shelves were empty or one or two items on each shelf from my very short grocery list I only found like two of the items.Was my Italian seasoned bread crumbs and cheddar cheese soup. No Cool whip or fresh vegetables or meat that I could make beef soup with. Or even a pound cakeSo I'm afraid I probably won't go back there very often...

It's been years since I've been in this store. I was stunned to drop in this week and find several sections oddly barren. Website said they had the item I needed, but after wandering around for 10+ minutes and FINALLY finding an employee, they were less than helpful and basically shrugged their shoulders saying they couldn't find it either. The place reminded me of the "last days" of a "Going Out of Business" sale and while clean, entire aisles were next to empty and very few items were priced... Unless I absolutely had to, not sure I'll ever return to this location...

Target isnt what it use to be as once you would say it was Boujee but now with slimming racks, walmart style clothes (Hmmm, same overseas designer Target?) but furthermore, high prices, IMO Target is now just an over-priced Walmart trying to fly under the weather. Time for an over-haul to fit the consumers pockets Target.

I live right out of Chicago but was in Dekalb for an event. Compared to ones closer to home, this one was awesome. Friendly staff, loaded shelves, and a customer service desk that moved quickly.

As a Target lover and former Target leader, this is one of the worst locations I've ever visited. It's filthy, and the customer service is lacking. The only people I saw recovering the store were the style team. The store must be understaffed because I can't understand why else the conditions here would be so poor.

I applied there a few months ago, got through a preliminary interview process, got a second interview, interviewer didn't show up, called the store and they apologized and asked me when I would like to reschedule, I said a couple days later and... Radio silence for 2 months no matter whether I call multiple times or visit the place, they finally get back to me 2 months later just to do a phone interview and then tell me I'm not hired. quote "we will not be answering questions as to why"Seriously, if you're considering applying, don't. I can't imagine that if they're this disorganized that it's that good of a working environment in the first place. Red flags all over the place.

Never had any bad experiences at my local target until today. TL Mel was extremely rude at guest service when i asked for help on a simple issue i couldn’t control on the target app. She was no help at all and kept giving a very nasty attitude and just refused to help me in any kind of way. After i got my target app to work i had one item to check out and she refused to check me out at guest service and said it was only for retuned when that’s in fact not true. I’ve gotten checked out there multiple times and another employee was about to do so before i had mention the problem i was having. On top of that as i walked away she continued to speak about about me to the other employee in guest service. Very unprofessional and rude. Target needs to do better at picking management. Hopefully the store lead or district manager sees this and it gets resolved. It’s not that hard to help someone out over an issue that can’t control them proceed to lie about not being able to help. Especially when i constantly shop here and other people go out their way to help out.

Younger looking employee maybe in college or something working at the self checkout laughed with another employee when I asked them a question about the price. Staff are horrible and not well trained - walmarts better never coming back.

Not even 2 minutes after me and my friend walked in the store an employee came up to us when we were looking at dresses and accused us of stealing a pair of glasses I walked in with…. do your job better 💀

The only saving grace going for Target was the cashier NATE. He was very kind and courteous. Not 1 employee could be found. Way to go Nate!!

Poor management. They stock collectables from toys to sports cards. Don't try to buy them here they only cater to certain customers and the rest are treated like trash. The floor manager is not qualified and the team member's are rude and lie to customers when certain things are in stock. I have my prescriptions here and as soon as I can I will be moving them. Not because of the pharmacy but because of the store. The store is corrupt and the floor team are rude and serve only certain customers.

Received produce that expired same day in my online order, unless their policy has changed about not being able to sell produce that has $1 off coupons on it when picking an online order then I suggest you train your employees better, it’s insane to think picking quality products is not as important as your “items not found” numbers for corporate. I also think employees at customer service should be trained better to help resolve an issue not seem uninterested or annoyed. I made sure I was not rude as it clearly wasn’t her fault someone in fulfillment picked poor items and still she just stared with an annoyed look as if I was inconveniencing her. This store has definitely gone down hill.
