I’m from out of town(Creston). Schnucks provides better prices on some of the items I like to stock up on(toilet paper, beer, cleaning supplies etc). Today I decided I was going to get some fresh cuts for the holiday, as we were having a party. Well to my surprise I was treated like garbage by the workers behind the counter. When I first arrived I stood there for a few seconds, there was a woman standing in the corner on her phone. She did not look up once, I coughed to get her attention. Upon doing so she rolled her eyes at me and said “what do you need” in a very harsh tone. I politely replied with all of the fresh cuts I wanted and she mumbled under her breathe. She gave me my cuts by shoving them in my face and sighing so I could hear. I continue to have a problems with this specific worker. I’ve never had a problem with anyone else in this store. I speak to people near the shelves and they are always more than accommodating with me. Ive never had an issue with the meat department it has continuously been the fresh cuts department. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Schnucks and I advise you all to avoid the fresh cuts department of this store if possible.

A good place for basic groceries and a few household, higene, and pet products. It also has an alcohol section with cold and warm beverages plus a decent cold and warm non alcoholic selection. It isn't the biggest or cheapest store but it has a lot of what you might want or need at reasonable prices.

In a bind for the St. MARYS annual father/daughter dance And after being to several other locations to find a Kasage or rose For my beautiful nine year old date.... I came across Ken in the floral department. Although everything was locked up and/or unavailable.... He created a masterpiece that my daughter loved to pieces. Awesome service..Employee of the year material. Thank you Ken!!!

Traveling to Iowa, in need of food, we stopped here early in the morning, when the store was essentially empty. New to the area, we did not know what to expect. However, this store exceeded all expectations.Lots of food was on sale, with reasonable pricing. Furthermore, they had lots of fresh food, including bagels and donuts. If you like Publix subs, they also have a Boar’s Head Sub shop inside, which was surprising. If you are from Florida, this shop will remind you of a Publix or Winn-Dixie.

The store is clean. The employees are helpful. And the store just gives a vibe. It smells nice when you walk through the foyer. And the cashback that you instantly start to accumulate is a nice added plus. We love running here as it's right down the street.

Schnucks has great quality products and friendly knowledgeable staff. The store is clean and well organized, and I can usually find anything I'm looking for. Their regular prices tend to be a little more expensive than bigger stores, but their sale prices are very competitive. Schnucks is closer to where I live too, which is a great convenience.

DO NOT ORDER flowers here. The new manager for the floral department is one of the rudest people I've spoken with. I placed an order early this morning around 8:00 that needed to be delivered this afternoon by 2:30. I picked orchids so it would be quick/easy and so no one would have to assemble anything. At 1:00. I noticed my order had not been delivered and I called to reach out to see what the status of the order was. The order was important and super sensitive due to an event. He was extremely rude. He could not tell me where my order was or explain what I might have done wrong. He told me it had been rerouted to St. Louis. He gave me a number to call, and said, "Good luck, she is rude and not helpful." I called the lady myself and she was super nice, apologetic. He is just clueless and has no people or customer service skills.Again, I was already frustrated that the order wasn't processed, but was willing to accept that it could have been my fault for putting it in this morning.He knew of the order and even that it should be sent to a school. The lady told me that he refused to take the order because he was new.He was rude from the second he picked up the line.This is not someone that should be in this department. People who are ordering flowers for happy occasions or for sad occasions. They need to be able to have great customer service. For this reason I am not sure if I can even give business to Schuck anymore. He needs to be removed from this position and maybe even the store in my opinion

The people are very friendly and the store is always clean. I love their produce. Let’s also not forget about their 4 packages for 20 buck meat deals.They also sell great balloons. I bought this balloon on my sons 1st bday in March 6th. It is the 18th and it is still floating super high. Worth the ten bucks! I bet it will last another week. And he hits it and plays with it.

This store has great products but they are not charging the correct tax rate. You are being charged 8% on your food items rather than a normal 1%. I have shopped at this location several times since at least November 2022, I noticed when I reviewed my receipts recently that each time I stopped I was charged an 8% tax for all my food not just non-food items.

The slogan is "Friendliest store in town" Which WAS true until this new manager I've never seen before? She harassed US all throughout the store and said bad stuff about us to other employees over some 3$ silly string. Threatened to ban us and call the cops over and over as we told her wed just buy it. Our Two choices were buy a product we simply touched or get banned and waste the time of our police. Wild. My next time shopping at the store will be a rare occurrence from now on.

i live close to snuck so zip there for a few items normally. higher prices but pleasant atmosphere and not so large as walmart for walking around if that's an issue. very pleasant employees. tuesdays they stock so can ask anyone where stuff is.

This store good be great but it's off somehow. Maybe it's the lighting. When you first walk into the produce section, it feels very open and spacious. The rest of the store seems compressed and oddly laid out. Anyway, I don't shop here often because the prices seem nuts. A pint of Halo Top is 3.99 at another spot in town is 6.99 here. C'mon. They need help with design, layout and marketing.

I bring my aunt here to shop. It's a safe, clean place to shop with a helpful butcher. They adhere to social distancing guidelines and masking guidelines. The produce looks great and I have traveled over 50 miles to come here for their pork steak, ribs and Lewis half loaf Hawaiian bread because it is hard to find good quality and the bread isn't in my area. I love the spice selection too.

It's a nice small store with most of the essentials. It's quite a bit smaller than Jewel but it'll do for a small shopping trip. Very clean store overall and several self checkouts are pretty cool. Produce selection is good and meat selection isn't too bad either.

Really nice store. This was my first time in the store and I plan on coming again. Everything was nicely stored and fruits and vegetables were looking really fresh. The service was great as well.

Great store that has all the basics. The produce is great and the bakery and deli as well. Clean and usually well stocked. Friendly service. A bit pricey, so we do our major grocery purchasing where it is cheaper, but this is our usual spot for running out to grab a few needed items between major trips shopping runs.

Really friendly, helpful people running this store! Great meat/fish wrapped to order area besides the standard meat counter. Lots of interesting extras to choose from that aren't found everywhere. Good fresh produce, bakery & deli. Great wine selection in the liquor area. Lot of plusses here.
