Great selection, Great prices, Great employees, Really this store is rather clean, But becomes disorganized quickly. This is of course normal for retail stores. However employee's could work harder to ensure things are put where they are supposed to be. The facing of a lot of products and the clothing racks become difficult to shop from when they get out of control. I really like coming here for outfitting my family and, saving money. They have alot of great clothing and, gifts.

Nice place to buy quality clothing at discounted prices. Always check very well the clothing, sometimes original tags do not match the real size, and sometimes there are blemishes on the fabrics.Overall, a great place to buy fashionable clothing, and home decor at decent prices.

This particular Ross is a little underwhelming compared to others I've been to. The shelves here always seem to be a bit empty and the selection lacking. However, you'll still find good deals on basic items in areas of the store that don't get picked over as much. I've had particularly good luck finding 100% cotton sheet sets and fun decorative pillows.

I enjoy shopping here.Always find SOMETHING, if NOT what I went in looking for.Could do better job keeping sizes ,particularly the shoes,where they belong...ALWAYS MIXED UP to point it is impossible to find pair to fit without scouring EVERY SHELF&SIZE top to bottom, isle by isle(TOO MUCH TIME& EFFORT!!) Prices are good on most merchandize. Hadn't been there throughout the pandemic when there today and found all kinds of wonderful things of wonderful things at excellent prices. Very pleased that they have plus sized dresses And a nice pet selection

I used to enjoy this location, but it has gone down hill fast. It is very disorganized. Like extremely disorganized. I couldn't find any clothing items in the correct spot. This place literally gave me anxiety. The towels were just thrown on the shelves and had low inventory on a lot of items. They need better management and employees who know how to organize and take care of a store.

Every time I enter into ROSS in Dekalb,IL location it seems they don't stockup. It looks like the Store closing down.Never have anything stock. I walk out more then once cause they didn't have what I needed. They should stock up more on items.

I want to give Ross 5 stars, but I just...can't. I can't. Between the chaos of the store (messy, everything everywhere) and leaving one cashier to do a huge line worth of work when you have six stalls? No, that's not right. It's also understaffed, and that was before the pandemic and all of it's chaos, and where you do find employees, they're usually (LOUDLY) chatting on their AirPods or milling around the back by the old fitting rooms, hiding.It is, however, a great place to shop. You WILL find deals here, you will find fun and trendy things here, and you'll walk out satisfied. Just be sure to check your items carefully; I've had the unfortunate situation of buying a pair of pants there that ripped clean through after the first wash/wear due to bad threads, and for stains. Shoes are a mixed bag. Don't let that stop you from checking it out; there is almost always something you want.

After my foul experience I will never shop there again, well Martha who will identify herself as the "Store Manager" works there. I had a cart full of clothes for my son when he spotted a pair of shoes he liked. I had him try them on and they had fit just fine, however he was unable to walk in them due to the security cable holding the two shoes together was at a short length that ever step he tried to take he would step on the loose shoe. We went back to the fitting area where Martha was working and asked if he tried the shoes on here could she take the cable off. She refused even when I said I am going to buy them as long as they feel right to him. Martha again refused. I had walked away but after my son expressed that he really liked the shoes I went back and asked again, once again Martha refused and I asked for a manager. She said she is the manager, so I asked for her manager. She again said I am the manager; so I asked her directly are you the store manager to which she replied, "yes." I took the shoes up to the front and an associate at the check out was nice enough to help us, she took the cable off and my son got to try walking in the shoes and in turn we purchased them; well finding out that Martha is not the store manager. Martha failed at many aspects of working in retail; failed at even a low standard of customer service, failed to promote sales for her retail employer, and failed at being a decent human being by lying to cover for her other failures.

I really like this place. It has quite a good selection of things.Not over priced.I bought a cat tree usually over 100 at other stores, and only 40.

Shopping at Ross is where it's at! I love it even though sometimes I feel items can be over priced but all in all the people friendly and every once in awhile I find clothings, jackets, overnight bags, perfumes etc. Things I can afford when my funds are low

Associate at Ross are really rude, bad customer service. Shelves are empty most of the time! You do get good deal here but customer service is very bad!!!

Ross makes me feel dirty just walking inside. It feels like a second rate Burlington. It smells funny inside. I can only speak for the mens section, but it everything was picked over. The selection was very poor and unreplenished. I would go just about anywhere else first.

The racks were not as full as I expected. I was looking for skorts/shorts. Clearance was mostly super small sizes and trying to get in a changing room was not easy. So I left the clothes and walked out.
