Great quality fish! Will be returning here for my next bettas; it’s well worth the 4 hour drive there and back! Drip acclimated my boy and he colored up within minutes! Kasey answered all my questions! I ordered a green betta mahachai, and he had no scales missing or torn fins! I have had many bettas, but this one is breathtaking. Good temperament for kuhli loach and harlequin rasbora schools (and even cherry shrimp). Fantastic and fair price (especially considering how high low quality bettas go for near me; this was refreshing) and I can’t wait for my next trip down.I had a betta jump the week prior to my visit (through a 2cm crack) that I got from a popular wild seller online. But with Prism Bettas my order was confirmed with in minutes, and I was able to pick him up the next day. I was also reminded about the jumping and given the information to combat it. And I was given background to better prepare my tank for the fish (tank bred vs. true wild, brackish vs. freshwater, etc.) Very helpful that this was all clarified.

I purchased a beautiful betta from their online store. I was nervous that the fish might look differently than the photo, but I was pleasantly surprised that it looked exactly like it! The photos on the website are well done and, in my case, accurate. From the ship date the fish arrived exactly when promised, and well packaged. I would recommend them for sure to anyone looking for a betta.

As a betta enthusiast I was very excited to visit this little shop. However when I arrived, it was very disappointing regarding the condition of the store. I understand fish isn't the cleanest hobby to keep, but that should never deter a shop owner from keeping algae off of the tanks or the floor covered in gunk that's been there a while. She was doing a water change so i understand some stuff hoses on the ground but this was different. The floor was dirty as in unkempt. Stuff every where absolutely no where to walk. I understand its mostly online sales but i kid you not the store is a mess. Not just stuff just dirty. There was a large tank That contained about 200 female betta together. Some looked lethargic and stressed, the tank was caked in algae and gunk. The bettas you see online are in beanie boxes unheated relatively like the chain pet stores that people say to avoid buying from. Some looked very sad. Not all. But definitely some in rough shape. I will say excellent color selection, and I did take a chance and bought 2.update: both are doing very well..But beware before you drive 60 miles to see this place like I did.

Omgg order from prism bettas again and was not disappointed yet again😁I bought an orange /pink plakat and woowww is he something else!!He arrived healthy and has such a great personality🙃He is now enjoying his 6 G tank and loves his bloodworms as snack!!

After having followed Prism Bettas for the longest time, I have finally bought my first fish through the internet. The service was outstanding and quick to reply. Especially with all the questions that pop up when ordering a fish on the internet. I had so many questions as to how the fish will survive the cold of New England during transit in late March, or what to do with an unexpected snow storm that occurred on the initial shipping day.Everything was handled so greatly.The fish arrived in a well insulated box with a heat pack. It is healthy and looks exactly like in the provided pictures.Thank you so much

This is a really nice LFS specializing in lots of different betta species. Just picked up 4 pairs of amazing wild bettas from them! Two pairs of mahachai, an imbellis pair and missed out on a pair of blue smaragdina but was offered a beautiful green pair instead.

they have a huge selection of absolutely stunning betta fish, both male and female. I recently ordered 3 females for my 30 gallon sorority. an employee was quick to reach out to me to tell me that 1 of the females had changed dramatically in looks (gotta luv the betta "glow up") she sent an updated picture of the fish before shipping her out to make sure that I still wanted her. I thought that was great customer service to make sure that I knew exactly what I would b receiving instead of jus shipping the fish. when I received my shipment, it was obvious to me that these fish were well taken care of and the company took great care in assuring that the fish would b as comfortable as possible during the shipping process. I've ordered many bettas from breeders that shipped them to me over the 22 yrs I've been a betta enthusiast, and I must say this company was the best in terms of properly packing the fish to assure safety and comfort during the shipping process. I've had fish from other companies Shipped to me, including from petco.com, and they've arrived at death's door or DOA bc of improper packing. I would recommend this company to anyone lookin to add a stunning, beautiful, unique betta fish to their family.

I drove about an hour to get my first betta here. Despite the owner (super helpful) saying she was really low on stock, there were still 10-20 bettas that grabbed me and I had to spend time choosing between. Probably between 100-150 males to choose from. An amazing collection! She struck me as a very responsible, knowledgeable vendor who had been in the game a long time! She helped me get set up with everything I needed and was honest with me about the pros And cons of my setup. 5/5 will be back again! Keep in mind she is in process of renovations! And emailing ahead would be a good idea too!

Ordered a sorority of bettas and they arrived safe and sound! All beautiful, all getting along (so far) which wouldnt be an issue of the seller either way, as you should assume risk in a betta sorority. I’m happy with the quality of the fish especially, they looked incredibly healthy.

A really, really cool little store! I've put off going there for a while because I don't keep Bettas and don't have a tank for one at the moment. But it was well worth the half hour drive because even just seeing all the beautiful Bettas is worth it! But there are other fish there too with plants, supplies, etc. The prices are VERY reasonable. I will be going back soon for sure!!

love this place! Great plants, and wood for a good price, and so many beautiful bettas! Also have other fish like kuhli loaches, ottos, celestial pearl danios, sparkling gourami and a lot more! Highly recommend this place!

I really like this place I bought 3 different bettas. All of them have been really healthy and they are the most peaceful bettas ever. I have a giant betta, dumbo, and crowntail. The giant betta(Alfa) is with 7 Corydoras and 10-13 shrimp. He’s a peaceful giant. The dumbo and crowntail both have 5 shrimp with them and they don’t bother them. I’ve had all of them for a couple months. I would recommend this place.
