The groomers did a nice job with our beagle. They shaved his paw pads, which another Petco we took him to missed. I do not think they brushed him very thoroughly after his bath because my backseat was covered in fur as soon as he got in the car.

Brought our 1.5 year old Aussie for his first professional grooming. He is a farm dog and was a bit “out of his element.” Mason was so very kind, patient and professional when speaking with me and handling our pup. We are very satisfied with the services performed. Mason did an awesome job!

I love how he was cut but i noticed that he keeps licking his tail he has a nick on his tail he was bleeding and he is walking side ways.

PetCo grooming does a wonderful job with my large German shepherd dog. He is nervous around other dogs and for a small fee Tanya is able to focus on him and complete his bath and nail grind in less than an hour.

Always a pleasant trip. Sheri takes care of my Winnie and is always happy to see her. Once I had to book online and was not able to get Sheri but upon arrival I fould that she had seen Winnie on the schedule with another groomer and she was able to swap them in order to groom Winnie. THAT WAS AN AMAZING SURPRISE. This is the main reason I come exclusively to PetCo!!

Luis is Amazing! He takes such gentle care of my Lola and any other dogs I've seen him with. Lola is very comfortable when she is there. We will always use him forever to come. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming too.

Tanya is a lovely young lady that my dog doesn't even get nervous when we go. Each time our dog looks even cuter than her last visit. She takes special care of details we discuss and the value of the visit supersedes that of a small boutique in town. (and they are really good too) I don't feel I am penalized for the size of my pet (midsize) compared to our smaller dog. The service is that of a small boutique without the pricing. Thank you Petco and Tanya who is an asset to the organization!!

I have used Petco grooming services in the past for my Collies back when we lived in Northlake and they always seemed to have trouble handling my male on the grooming table, I'd get them both back with hair mats behind their ears and by their tails and they were often still wet, especially my female who has a thicker coat. At the DeKalb Petco, both of my babies looked beautiful when I picked them up and best of all, they were CALM and happy, not stressed like they usually are after grooming. Their coats are soft and there isn't a mat in sight and they had no problems with my Male on the grooming table. Both of my babies seemed to genuinely love their groomers. I'm extremely happy and have booked my next appt. Thank you!!

The crew was very attentive to my dog Jenna and even made some suggestions for a high calorie food since Jenna is a picky eater, even showing me the exact location of the food in the store. Sheri did a phenominal job on Jenna's nails, teeth, and ears. Perfect!
