These people are always terribly slow at doing the simplest of things in the store. Also staff is not helpful and, in fact, will tell people things potentially harmful to their pets. Specifically one employee that is under the impression that she is a zoologist, gives out poor information like it’s going out of style. Prices are also awful.

They canceled one of the items on my order and when I went to the store they had about 8 of the item i wanted and when I took it up to check it out the guy said they do that when they have 1 left in the shelf. I told him there were a bunch of them. Then he charged me full price and didn't give me the online order discount!!! Terrible customer service.

Betta fish were in horrible conditions.Half dead, dirty water.All living beings need to be cared for properly, especially a pet store.Here's the condition of the one I'm trying to save from a couple days agoHe was leaning on his side in the dirty cup, tail and fins all shredded from stress and he's a baby!

Went into the store and right upon arrival it was so messy with so many items in the incorrect spot and such low stock of everything. Worker that was in the aisle offered no help and upon asking a question about a stock check on a dog harness he did not care to check and he did not offer a different product or option of purchasing online. There we boxes every where and all of the employees were very rude. Save your money and time and go anywhere else.

Wow just wow is all I can say. Went in there at 1030am and was looking to purchase a fish . Stood around for 10 minutes waiting for someone. Then spent another 3 minutes on my phone trying to call someone at the location . No one answered. The went around the store yelling hello any employees here for 5 minutes . Immediately left after that . How can you run a store with no employees. Also they had a vaccination clinic going on

I walked in the store I bought a pet bowl and paid $25 for a bowl not exactly sunshine and sprinkles when just shopping for a single item.I did not exactly want to pay $25 for a bowl, but it was the only price for the specified designed bowl that my cat would actually drink out of.

Waited for them to open, went in, and it was a mess! dog toys and clothes on the floor. I had to pick stuff up just to get a cart through. It smelled so bad in there. I just left.

Took my dog to the grooming salon for a nail trim. The technicians were very helpful and friendly. Was thrilled with the service and my dog enjoyed being pampered.

I brought my bull terrier in to be groomed. She has really sensitive skin and she came out amazing. She hasn’t had a single itch, hot spot or irritation since. Caitlin did an amazing job. There was also a woman who offered great advice about her diet to help her allergies.I made the mistake of purchasing the essentials package instead of the holiday and Priscilla sent me an emailing apologizing when it was MY mistake. Great great great customer service. They truly care about your pets here. :-)

I visited around 11am today and wanted some fish. I walked around the ENTIRE store twice and never found a worker. So I just left. I guess they make enough money and don't need my money. This is getting really sad as it's not the first time I had to find someone. The only difference is today I was unable.

We went for a simple nail trim for both of our dogs. Process shouldn't take very long but we needed some supplies. I think we only made it one aisle into shopping when the groomers brought both of our dogs out to us. SO FAST! It would take me forever to do it, and they look great when the pros handle it. Plus, they're very nice in the grooming shop.
