Standard Kohls store with more sales than not. This store is clean and pretty well organized, not a lot of items in the wrong location. Personnel seem professional and our check out attendant was pleasant, friendly and efficient. Lighting is that Kohls economy dim which is a bit off putting, but it must save a few bucks for the store. Plenty of parking.

DeKalb Kohls is staffed with wonderfully friendly staff. They are there to assist in any way they can. The store may not be as large at Naperville's but the speed of checkouts and clean and organized store, coupled with the friendliness of the associates makes it a better shopping experience.

Be alert at the check out & also watch when you put something on hold & go to the register in my case went back to full price & was not explained as I was going to use my coupon but didn't tell me the price would be full price during that hold period. I would have paid for it on sale as the coupon I couldn't use as it was too soon so holding it to use the coupon use was never explained that what I had for black friday pricing was not being I was shopping on a Weds. & different signs were up. Interesting! I put most of my stuff back as it would have been better to purchase it that day than waiting for the coupon & pricing was back to full price & as I said signs were changed.

Kohl takes your Kohl cash from the balance first, AND then they deduct the code . So if you have items that the code don’t apply , use the Kohl Cash to pay for them. Then in a different transaction pay for the items that you can use the code. For example. I had $290 Kohl Cash and my purchase was about $550. They first deducted my $290 Kohl cash from the $550 total. And then they applied the 40 % coupon for some items.

I shopped in the Sephora Department and each associate I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. Found everything I was looking for with help from associates. Checking out was a breeze. Associate who checked me out was amazing.

Well years ago I lived here in Sycamore.But always shopped in Dekalb. My favorite store was Kohl's because u were always guaranteed to get cash back or some percentage off.not to mention Kohl's clothes are very good in quality.

I stopped shopping at Kohls due to a bad experience in another town but decided to tru the one in Dekalb and was extremely pleased. The sales associate went way out of her way to help me and was so kind. The store was clean and well organized. Even the checkout person seemed to really enjoy his job. Needless to say they have me back as a customer.

Website is absolutely awful. Whenever I tried to filter 27,000 results I got, "oh, sorry, page not found".Did not use my Kohl's card to buy one item this black friday. NOTHING.

Almost everytime I walk into Kohl's there is always a sale going on. Though they did not have the pillows I needed, they had a lot of cool stuff. The clothing is good quality and a great price when sales go on! The employees are kind!
