I typically have a good time at dollar, nice employees, good prices, but today A make employee with red hair and a dangling earning was very rude to me. Was he just doing his job yes, but did he get an attitude while address, yes. He was polite to the other two women(white) he spoke to, but rude to me(black)and gave a nasty look to my brother(also black), I don’t want to jump to conclusions but I believe he might be racist. I did not want to leave this complaint here, but there customer service spot is not working on their website.

The cashier was talking on her phone(with the earbud) the whole time she was checking people out..never said "Hello" "Your total is.." "Thank you " ect. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went in this morning for a few things and encountered a Karen berating the cashier because she had stepped away from the register for a few minutes. This nasty women began stating who should be fired (for doing their job) but the cashier handled the situation very well. Props to you girl.

1) A lot of empty shelves2) Aisles had boxes of products just sitting there blocking traffic3) Poor cashier called for manager assistance up front as there was a HUGE line forming, and manager proceeded to do nothing.They were extremely understaffed and under stocked. It'll be awhile before I go back to this location.

Not enough cashiers to run the cash register it's always a long line every time I go in there the shows are pretty much empty and a mess leftover boxes cardboard they do have great items there when I do decide to do some type of arts and crafts with my children

Lots of people shopping. Line moved very fast. Very nice cashier. Sunbeam Flexible LED Desk Lamp cost $5 to $8 online for $1!!! at Dollar Tree. Large 32+ oz of SoftSoap brand hand soap $1! Lots more great stuff that goes ohhh sooo FAST!

Great selection, great customer service, friendly cashiers. Granted, I arrived 10 minutes before closing, they were announcing on the PA about every minute for people to get a move on- which is understandable.

Not the greatest. People have health conditions, that's why somedays we enter without a mask. I am sure to keep my distance and if someone does come close I do cover my mouth and nose. But, when a store associate decides to leave the register to follow me and my daughter around yelling literally from across the store at us to put a mask on is offensive. When I left I simply asked for this ladys name who was rude and asked if I was offended when she told me to put a mask on, I replied no I was offended when you start yelling at us from across the store. I got her first name but refused to give me her last which I was ok with when I ask if she was the only associate with that name she refused to answer pointing at the door. Mentioning the sign on the door. All the time people enter this store without a mask. I have never seen such behavior as this and I hope noone should have to go through this experience i did.

I love the dollar tree. Dont get me wrong. But I was just faced with the rudest cashier of my life! Didnt say anything when we walked in and completely ignored us while we were trying to check out. Smh terrible customer service. Hire some better employees.

This is the only Dollar Tree in my area. Although I do enjoy the shopping, at times they could use one more cashie because of the lines. The cashier 'Jenny' is so sweet and pleasant!

I just purchased tableware and the cashier was "too busy" to put my items in bags. His words not mine. There were people behind me and he had to check them out. The person right behind me said thats ok bag her items I can wait. I had to ask fot bags 1st off so I can bag my own items. He said he manager would help when she was back from break. She did after I asked for her to help when she came back. This is not ok. I am a paying customer and I should not be told the cashier is too busy to do his job. I was more then willing to help bag but he just scanned me items left them at the end of the register and said Im too busy......

The store is great and the people who work there are great and nice the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathroom is never clean and the people who go to this store really can ruin the experience of being there. But over all it is a pretty good store.

I walked in to a line of 20 people and only one register open while there were people chatting and kicking back in the front room. A customer in front of me called the store to tell them they have a huge line and the guy at the register could use some help and the manager that answered was snobby and careless, then when she hung up talked crap loud enough for the line of customers to hear about the customer calling in. I've never met more trashy and unprofessional employees. Especially the manager that was there today. Tall, big, dyed dark red/purple hair. She is awful and discusses things with other employees that should not be discussed in front of customers.

Every time I go to this Dollar Tree the floors are filthy, the shelves look like a tornado just went through and they never have any of the new current items that other Dollar Trees are currently carrying. I drive 20 miles to a different town to go to a Dollar Tree.

Love love love this store, always stocked full of all your needs and now has a cooler in the bk with food. I find things all the time for a dollar that u see at other stores for 3 and 4 dollars. I love saving!!!

I always have a great time and can find everything I am looking for. I also find even more than I was going to get. The people that work there are always very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. You should go but, be prepared to be Amazed.

You can get phone chargers here, $1 for the USB cable and $1 for the plug-in for either wall or car. Besides the universal USB, they also sell the new Type-C USB cable that the new phones have, also for $1. Everything is $1, unlike other dollar stores. They have an electrical, a pet, and a food section. It's like a little Walmart where nothing is more than $1.

I love walking through this store. Everytime there are new products and they don't look like they came from a "dollar store." Bathrooms need to be overhauled but otherwise great!

Just went through the line, and witnessed some Steve guy come up and what I feel was a bit unprofessional and inappropriate way chew out the girl at the register because she didn't call for back up, upon her trying to explain that the other employees were helping elsewhere, he snipped even more at her treating her like she was ignorant in front of probably about 10 of us customers. After she called for help someone came up and commented how she didn't have a drawer and therefore couldn't help and walked off! I think Steve owes the girl (Lidia) an apology at the least. Treating employees like that especially in front of customers is inappropriate.

While I was trying to give her exact change the cashier grabbed way more change than was supposed to and then proceeded to put in her till basically robbing me 50 cents.
