Extremely clean, very Friendly Staff and most of all very helpful. There is one staff member that I can not remember her name but she has a great personality, very knowledgeable and cheerful. The only thing even after giving a 5 star. They do not always have the food I feed my Fur and Feathered kids. So I have to go to another Pet Supplies Plus or sometimes let the Young Lady if she is working when I go and she will tell me when it may be back in store in stock. I wish I could remember he name. She has beautiful eyes and beautiful tats, very tasteful. I will have to embed her name in my brain next time I go.

I came in frantic taking my new kitten to the vet. I was very lost and confused as it was my first pet and I asked the perfect person for help. I feel terrible I forgot her name but she was a young blood lady with colored eyes, beautiful hand tattoos and the first name started with an N or an M. She was very helpful and offered to assemble my carrier at the register. She was so empathetic and my experience here was so much better because of her. I wish that more retail places had workers with such a kind heart.

Great service, good prices, clean store. They have self service grooming or professional groomer service available. Some pet are sold here as well--Fish, Reptiles, and Rodents kept in clean environments. Live Crickets at good discounted price for 100+ compared to other retailers. Can't say enough about how courteous and helpful the staff is, they go out of their way to please the customer, call ahead if you need and they will get your order ready, even load it in your car. Pretty much everything under the sun you could want too met your animal childs needs.🙃

Decent prices. Super super friendly staff. Will be back for sure. Not as big as some competitors but the staff here are clearly more knowledgeable than Petco. These are real pet people .

I live in DuPage county but whenever I'm in the area I specifically come to this store because I feel the most comfortable here with my dog as she is going to be my service doggo and we're training together in pet friendly stores at the moment. The staff here is so respectful and empathetic. I appreciate them very much. Also the place is very clean and organized and there's lots of space to meander around.

Amazing service. Both employees there this evening went above and beyond by being super helpful and offering up great suggestions about questions I had. The friendliness and attentiveness was truly something I was floored by. If every customer service experience could be like this, the world would seriously be a better place. Shopping online with curbside pickup is very convenient and the service is amazing. Staff always calls if an item is out of stock and offers substitutions. Orders are filled fast, and come with a thank you note! Great store for everything you need for your pets.

I placed an order onlline. Got a phone call a few minutes later telling me my order was ready. I went to get it. Called when I got to the store curbside. Within 30 seconds, someone came out with a smile on her face and put my order in the car. This was terrific. And a hand written thank you note as well!!! This was a great experience. I will do it again and again!

I love this store. Employees are always friendly and helpful. My online orders are always ready when they're supposed to be. I will continue to buy all my pet supplies here. I've never had an issue and have been shopping here for a couple of years now. It's exactly what I look for when deciding where to spend my money.

The people here always make sure I am satisfied with my order. I needed litter delivered and the service they use will not bring into building. Kyle (service associate) delivered it to my door. Went beyond normal service. I definitely recommend them. They are very caring which is not always found today

I am so surprised by the reviews here. Maybe it’s me but I have placed over 20 online orders and never once have they had what I ordered. Always out of stock on something. Their inventory system is horrendous and my reviews doesn’t reflect the service of their team, they are always nice but what a waste of time

Everyone was super friendly/helpful at the store. This is my favorite Pet Supplies Plus in the state. My husband and I drive past two others to come here. Store is clean and well stocked, product availability is great, and the staff are the best!

Love this Pet Supplies Plus! They are so helpful and even though I am ordering online, if they don’t have a product or or low on stock they call and let me know. They also call and let me know when my order is ready. Alexa is so helpful and fabulous!

Great selection and friendly service. The center itself is almost deserted so parking is close in, which is a real plus when carrying litter. This is a full service shop worth the visit. Super friendly team.

I frequent the store on Lake Cook and Waukegan in Northbrook. The staff is always so helpful and polite. They go out of their way to help, even looking through coupons to see if they can save you money. Great store!

New location has EVERY dog food imaginable. Every staff member is very friendly and knowledgeable. New dog wash stations are the best me and my.dog have used. Makes washing my big dog less of a chore and more of a "mini-spa" day.

Pet Supplies Plus has a very large selection of pet products, from affordable to boutique items. The store is well laid out, and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable - some of the lowest prices of any pet supply stores in the neighborhood.

They have the brand of dog food we buy in the size that's perfect for our pet. A lot of stores don't cayy it and the price is right too.Very friendly and helpful associates as well.
