Came in with my new puppy yesterday and was greeted by all of the employees. Was asked multiple times if I needed help finding anything. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! The store is so clean and they even gave me a new puppy checklist! Sadie also loved the attention and the treats from the staff! Great prices on my current GSDs food too! Beat out chewy by $6 a bag! Only thing I will say is that it would been nice if they offer help to the car.. I’m super pregnant and carrying a 40lb bag to the car with a puppy in tow is challenging. Definitely will be back!

Love this store. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful about their pet vitamins . This is extremely helpful in dealing with allergies. My dog looks forward to having a bath and there’s no cleanup. They truly love animals and care about their customers.

Such a fantastic pet store. They are always well-stocked with reasonable prices on premium food and supplies. Super friendly and helpful - they even insisted on carrying a large bag of dog food out to my car for me. Would love to use their diy dog washing facilities sometime.

I like this place cause it has quality food for our little fur friends. What I don’t like is the persistent people asking what they can help you find, even if you say I’d just like to look around! It makes me not shop there regularly cause I don’t want to be attacked or forced to talk with someone when I know what I’d like to purchase. So if you’re reading this Pet People, chill out on your aggressive “can I help you, what are you looking for, did you find what you’re looking for? It’s such a turn off!!

The staff is always helpful and prices are decent. They've s nice selection of quality supplies, water for your pet, and will offer returns if your pet isn't happy.Changing ownership soon ... and I hope nothing is lost in the switch. A different name is disappointing too, it's always been pet people in Deerfield.

I didn't catch the girls name but she grabbed the food for me and loaded it in my car. super helpful! this store is way bigger than the Pet People in Northbrook I usually go to. the Northbrook one runs out of my dogs food more frequently. I will be coming to this one more!

I visited the store in Deerfield IL back in September and had such a great experience that I have been ordering online since…. Until now. I ordered a $52 bag of bully sticks for my pup for Christmas which didn’t arrive until the 21st which was fine-however we had a huge storm come through and had to leave for the holidays early. I received the email that the package was delivered, and sent a family member to put the package inside but it was stolen. We reported it to fed ex, and Hollywood feed-who then told me that there’s nothing HF can do-there’s no package insurance and all I can do is place a replacement order and pay full price. This was completely out of my control and I’m so upset that there’s NOTHING HF is doing to make this right! Especially at the holidays.

Staffed by super-friendly people and filled with a great selection of mainly high-end pet supplies. We've taken advantage of their wash-your-own-dog several times too. It's been great to stop there on the way home from the dog park and get the mud and crud out of my dog's medium-length fur.The whole set up is very pet-friendly, too. I often take my dog in with me, especially if I want to get a new harness or collar etc. They're always happy to help me find something that fits.They offer up their community room for puppy play dates which has been great the few times in the winter when I've taken advantage of it.

Very friendly staff and great store! My dog was too scared to walk down the aisles so they held onto her leash and gave her attention while I grabbed something. When I tried that at PetSmart they looked at me like I was insane.

Where do I begin?! I LOVE this store. I recently discovered this place and popped in to get an item recommended by ExperiencesWithMyDog on YouTube. I was greeted by Paige who was incredibly knowledgeable and kind! I learned so many new and amazing helpful things for my dog in just my first visit. Paige has gone extremely above and beyond to help me with my needs for my dog, that kind of service is so rare and both my little one and I really appreciate her! This will be our new go to store and I like their return policy since I have the pickiest dog on earth

It was Christmas Eve, and it was too late to get an appointment with a groomer, so PetPeople saved the day by being open and having its self-service dog wash available. It was my first time there and one of the staff explained everything to me. All the supplies I needed were there: shampoo, towels, a rubber smock, and a dryer. The facility was clean and easy to use. Thanks!
