I really enjoyed my time here and looking forward to my weekend at end of April. Going to have so much fun. The camp is very clean, the cabin and the grounds. The food was really great and a lot of it. If you went away hungry it was your own fault. You always had a wonderful choice to choose from at all 3 meals. Always something for everyone if not they will fix you what you want which surprised me when they did it for one of the other guests.I had one fantastic weekend and like I said I'm looking forward to April's weekend.

They just have so many self checkouts now it's not even funny. It's hard to actually go through a line like most people like to do. I mean the quality of the merchandise is usually really good don't have a problem with that it just seems like they're getting rid of human cashiers left and right.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst experience of customer service ever. I arrived for my pick up order at 8:15 that was scheduled between 8-9. I received an email that it was delay potentially up to 2 hours. I then received an email that it was ready but I never received my order. One employee came out and asked if an order was mine that was not even though I had checked in for my spot with my car. Then two employees came out to ask my name. Finally someone can out at 9:58 asking if I was waiting for a pickup order which was obvious I was since I parked in a pick up order spot. I told her how long I had been waiting since 8:15 and she said they were closing but she would ask her manager. She then came back and said her manage said I would have to come back tomorrow which is unacceptable. I better not be charged for this order and I will never be visiting any Walmart again especially this one.

Plenty of stock items. Would like to see more organic items on shelves. Nice employees but pulling items for pick up orders with big carts was in way alot.

I have been using their delivery service for quite some time now. it has been fine. however yesterday I had a delivery due. It never came and they couldn't tell me why and I never got it. I made another delivery order thinking this was some kind of fluke because their service had always been fine before. I never got that either I explained to them that I was handicapped and I didn't get out that much and that I just moved into a new apartment and I didn't have any food in the house so I really needed to do the order. I was sure that they had my proper address because I had already received an order at this address. I didn't get that one either. again there was no explanation and when I would get on the phone with someone and they said they would get with the people that were supposed to be doing it, nothing would ever happen. I am very disappointed with this.

Used to shop here in the mornings for my groceries, but I've started to go to Kroger instead. In the AM they only have self checkouts open, which isn't a problem for me. The problem is when you use the self checkouts all the employees around watch you like a criminal. I don't mind scanning my own groceries, but don't watch me a like a hawk if you won't have lanes open. Customer service is MUCH better at Kroger on Water.

I moved here recently from Northern AZ and I have to say that I've had the most negative shopping experiences ever, at this particular WM store. I've shoppped at the WM in Colorado Springs on Platte and Chelton. I've shopped at the sketchy WM in El Mirage, AZ. This one is by far THE WORST! Between the rude people behind me at self-checkout, to the employees who congregate and very obviously "watch" you, it feels so icky there. I've spent decades as a Supervisor in Retail/Banking, with a few yrs in Loss Prevention. It seems that Decatur has multiple options available, THANK GOODNESS. If this is just the way the people are here, YOUR people should be the exception. Store Manager, do better!

W+ for home delivery and shipping seems to be experiencing some hiccups as of recent orders. Deliveries delayed and delayed again, now having items shipped from store is also running into delays.Customers that cannot shop in person due to age, illness, or transportation issues depend on what Wal-Mart claims it can provide, for a fee of course but is disappointing in the service all to often.

Having phone in hand, asked where we're the sim cards and was walked to aisle, she said down there and walked away. These were for cameras. Went to desk and asked again, was motioned to another aisle. There were two options. Then had to go get help to get it unlocked. This took way longer than it should have!!! I was going to go to Best buy but needed a few grocery items so I thought one stop shop. Plus to get dogfood, milk and bread, plus sim card running around the dept to find help ,... Next time Best buy and Krogers! Wore me out!

Always clean and we'll stocked. I don't visit this Walmart as much as the one in Mt Zion, but I have no complaints. I have added a few pictures of the front and just inside the main entrance. I haven't really used the deli, but it seems well kept. Prices are pretty good.

Truck parking was filled up due to foreigners not getting concept of do your shopping and go to truck stop. Making 3-4 trips in store and doing 34 restart. Walmart needs to put up time limits.

Do not even try doing curbside pickup. I wanted to try it out to save time, but i regretted that pretty quickly because it ended up costing me more of my time. Half of what I ordered was substituted, so I would have rather gone in the store and picked things myself at that point. Keeping in mind, everything except 2 things I ordered said they were “In stock”. The worst part was waiting for 20+ minutes for my items at my scheduled pickup time, only to get home and see that I got someone else’s entire order, none of the things I paid for. I don’t know how you can mess it up THIS bad. Just don’t do curbside if you’re thinking about it. Go to Target instead. Do better, Walmart.

Certain staff members can be rude and not a lot of help when in store can’t get ahold of nobody on certain days and also what they do with some of the products for example fruit and vegetables that fall on the floor get picked back up and put where they fell instead of being thrown out also inside coolers is not clean

Seemed like staffing was an issue and it’s not priority to get customers checked out and out the door.New to the area and first visit I was looking to get tobacco products, not a Wally specialty but they’re offered so I waited forever in line that was open closest to the check out line with tobacco. By the time I made it to the front for my turn I figure out the girls, one was training the other as a cashier, were both too young to sell me anything age restricted. Then which someone of age came upfront and helped me pretty quickly but at least a 30 minute wait seemed like it could of been avoided after coming to the conclusion.Also, I did notice it seemed as if the area had a lot more folks who would rather wait a considerable amount of time and have an associate check them out instead of the self-check option. That being said, another register or two with cashiers seemed more than necessary, as I also noticed employees in uniform walking around looking very idle and unconcerned. Curiosity would drive me to ask why people are waiting so long in lines without any staff concern?

Horrible, pathetic online order pickup service. Sat there for OVER 2 hours and never received my order. Customer service hotline no better. Was on the phone with customer service for over an hour and still no order. 👎

Visited Wednesday evening to buy a new cell phone and had really terrific service from Justin. He was patient and extremely helpful to us as we decided what we wanted and made sure we had all we needed. Would recommend anyone to go see him back in electronics area!

The staff is rude. I was checking out at a scan and go tonight and a worker came up to me and asked if I was scanning all my items. My husband and I were not going fast. The second we went to even checkout this lady was giving us a nasty look. We asked for help on one item… a dragon fruit and she got mad at us because we did not know the small 3 numbers on The product tag was what we put into the search bar. The only other reasons she came over was because we did two separate purchase and that is when she asked if we were scanning all the items ( like I'm sorry we split the grocery bill between us )Walmart if you don't trust us to scan all item and not steal put a person there to scan all of it. Having rude staff treating you like scum is not cool.

Lots of empty shelf space in grocery area, store is pretty rundown, and ratty looking. Too many pallets of boxes on the floor. Frequent semi trucks parking block views of parking lot exits making it difficult to see vehicles moving while trying to leave the parking lot. This is the worst Walmart in Decatur, not that that is saying a lot.

To the best of my ability I will never shop at Walmart again. They are discontinuing bags, you already have to do your own self checkout and you don't get an employee discount for doing that. Next thing you know you're going to have to get your own cart from the parking lot. Next you're going to have to start the shows before you can shop for items.

It's a Walmart just like the rest to be totally honest. Its got a subway inside i believe.They're all almost identical. Very few items require employee assistance to unlock and it's usually clean and well maintained.

I can't say this 1 star is for the inside. But the pickup, there have been several times I haven't got products in the past (they have given me what has been missed). This time though I ordered 12 -14.5oz cans of corn instead received 12 -8.25oz cans. Might not be a big issue to some but when you have a family of 8 that extra makes a difference, that $10.56 could have went to something else. Then for that pick up I waited for over a half hour, having a newborn and having to choose a time between 3-4 because that makes people off schedule . I called to talk to someone to resolve the issue instead of making a public complaint but when I was transferred to them someone answered and put me straight on hold without saying anything to me then after 15 minutes of nothing I gave up.Very disappointed

always a Hassel to find what you need and then no cashiers when you wanna check out and they want you to check yourself out well not doing it I don't ever remember filing out an application to work there
