4/24/2024 3pmThe employees working in the Bakery are incompetent. Not sure of a nicer way to say it.I placed a cake order over the phone directly with the cake decorator. I very clearly said pick up on April 24th at 3pm. She even repeated it back correctly but still managed to put the wrong date down for pick up. When we arrived to pick it up the cake it simply wasn't made. The three female employees working in the Bakery argued with my husband that we ordered it for Saturday and refused to do anything bc the date on the order was for Saturday. They acted like we were lying about the date or something.. I called management and spoke to Tom. He was very nice and apologetic. He offered for the Bakery to make the cake I ordered and have it ready the next day for free. Even though it would be the day after my birthday I agreed to pick it up and thanked him. When we arrived to pick it up it wasn't correct. I ordered the Perfectly Princess cake on their website as pictured. It has a lighter pink shade on the top layer. The cake they made for me was all one shade of light pink. When I called Bakery management Lakesha had an attitude on the phone and the other employee was laughing in the background when handing the phone off to her. This review aside, the cake was for my birthday and it was disappointing.

Employees were so helpful my entire time shopping to help me find what I was looking for, and the check-out lady was very curious to know if I found everything okay? I said yes. Then she politely said hello & have a great day.

The N Dirksen Walmart Pharmacy in Springfield was a mess! 3 employees working! UNACCEPTABLE! Line of customers stretched way back to the aisle of store's entrance doors! Stood in line 15 min the 1st time; was told my RX wasn't ready & to come back in 20 min. Came back & stood in line 50 min. Each time I go there, this experience gets worse. I'm considering finding a new pharmacy. Some of the floor employees are rude. They won't help you find what you're looking for after they've moved items around the store several times. You ask them for help and the employee says, "I don't work this dept," as they are backing away from you. The whole shopping experience at Walmart is a teeth clenching, white knuckle, hair pulling, swearing experience. I used to enjoy going to Walmart. Now, I literally dread it. They're over priced on items and portions/containers have gotten smaller. It takes forever to find what you're looking. Some floor staff won't make eye contact with you if they see you looking at them. They will disappear! They don't want to help customers! I don't know what they're getting paid by the hour, but alot of people out there want $25 an hour on a $2 work ethic and IT SHOWS! The lines for Self Check Out are insane. At 1 point, some registers were cash only or card only but not labeled as such which caused a lot of confusion & frustration. Only 1 cashier working all the registers. The Money Center- laughable! 1 employee working, very slowly too because she is distracted by her own complaining that she should be on her break now, as another employee is just standing nearby talking to her complaining of the same issue (I was supposed to be off by now. I'm sick so of this s___t!) DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW UNPROFESSIONAL YOUR STORE APPEARS TO CUSTOMERS!? It is run so poorly that I am on high alert for a possible shooter incident due to the utter lack of professionalism and plenty of complacency in this store! Only place where I've had a good experience was in the Vision dept. Walmart- YOU SUCK!

Walmart is a convenient one-stop shop with a wide variety of products. They have great deals and a huge selection of groceries, household items, electronics, and more. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a go-to place for affordable shopping! 😄🛒

The pickup which used to be extremely convenient has been absolutely AWFUL!! The last 4-5 orders I have placed have been delayed by HOURS. Limit the availability for pickups if you don’t have enough employees to get it done in the requested time. It’s been RIDICULOUS. I guess I will go to Kroger and pay a bit more but get my things at the time I request!!! Disappointing.

Normally I don't do this l, but I went to the store approximately a week ago, before the "huge" snow storm of February 1st through the 4th. I wasn't stocking up on anything rediculous, like a lot of people were, I was just buying groceries. I bought this new salad dressing that I wanted to try. I get it home, open it, and when I try it, it tastes odd to say the least. So I'm looking at it and I realize it's expired by over 1 year, and it had never been taken off the shelf. Walmart, that is rediculous!!Update, I had to go to the store again to grab a couple of things I had forgotten when I went a couple weeks back. So I'm walking down the condiment / salad dressing isle and I see the same kind of dressing I tried and realized was expired. So I pick it up and wouldn't you know. . .there are 2 more bottles on the shelf that expired in 2020. Walmart really needs to step it up. You guys could get someone sick with this stuff. Check your expiration dates before you purchase.

Slow. Real slow. 2lbs of shaved turkey took her like 15 minutes. I don’t know if in fact that’s too slow, but at Kroger, it’d taken them like 2mins. Sad

They have just about everything you'd need including negativity. I can't place my finger on why, but each time I leave Walmart I tend to feel worse than when I walk in their doors. In fairness, this Maryland location is better than most. Even so Walmart is always my last resort for my needs and unfortunately I end up here probably once or twice every other month.Pros: Fantastic selection. Low cost/good Xmas lights. Best for small appliances. Usually come in as lowest price for electronics, furniture, and camping gear if you don't have time to wait on Amazon. Good bakery. They have one of the best take and bake pizzas I've ever had.Cons: Long walks (seems like everything you need is on the opposite end of their massive store). You can depend on running into some surly character, whether it be staff or guests. Groceries are high priced. "Greeters" tend to be more interested in delaying your exit from the store than saying Hello or offering assistance. Self check out does not have options for Google/Apple pay or tap to pay.

After an incident a couple of weeks ago when my husband's grocery check-in didn't work, I was paranoid after waiting 15 minutes that I had been skipped. Finally after another 5 minutes, the service person was able to figure out where I was on the list. Whew!

A bottle of dove soap I bought as one of my items for curbside pickup was covered in soap on the outside of the bottle. I wasn't expecting to receive an obviously tampered bottle of dove soap for my pickup order.

Got my oil changed there. I understand staffing is an issue these days, but it took 2.5 hours to get the oil changed. The price is great, but the time it takes to get it done makes me want to go somewhere else that is faster. Employees were all very helpful.

It was like I disturbed the associate from doing nothing. Very disappointing, deli counter, everything was an effort, wonder when we will be slicing our own meat before checking ourselves out.

If your expectation of customer service is at its lowest point, drop it down a few notches before shopping here. Expect 20-30 min wait times to checkout. I ask for 4 mozzarella sticks at the deli, and received 3 jalapeños poppers instead. I would rate 0 stars if possible.

They've been doing so much better since the holidays.The delivery drivers have all been very awesome . I even received a gift bag w a few nice samples. Totally worth your money to join W+ and you will save money also and get alerted on sales.

Just so you know, now that your walmart is stopping getting the latest items from pioneer woman, i wont be shopping in your stores anymore that was the only reason i came in that store, you cant buy your food products because their either bad or all your meat is stuffed with water, so i have no use for your store

Store is junk everything is 🤮. Don't take you car to TLE center they will change oil at least $30 to $50 witch you could do yourself buy beware.The employes stalk you all over when you shop like a used car lot.

What an experience! I found myself walking around trying to locate items that were out of stock or placed in an unorganized fashion. There were employees wondering about shopping and not offering help. With the employees shopping to fill online orders and the regular shopping customers, it created massive chaos. The cashier and the employee assisting her were rude. Several times, I offered thanks and received no response from either of them. After paying an arm and a leg for overpriced items, I made way to my vehicle. I took my cart back up to the store where an employee was pushing carts. I pushed my cart into the line of carts, and instead of a thanks, I received a stare of disappointment. When I arrived home, I discovered that some of my items were not present. This was a totally unsatisfying experience. If it is Walmarts intention to stop all in-person shopping, they are succeeding.

Prices are really climbing and there is absolutely no customer service anymore. I've started going back to Kroger for my groceries because I at least have help from employees there to answer my questions.

Staff is hit or miss most of the time. Some are really nice , but others will glare you down . Mostly nicely stocked, can be a mess at times though. ( I blame some of the customers not the staff)

Clerk rang up 3 of items twice. Nice rip off. Hate making an extra trip back to get my $22.00. But they don't deserve to do that.
