The prescription that What sent at nine o'clock in the morning is not ready and its now 430 pm. I work nights and I need sleep. Instead of calling me with an insurance issue. They decided to wait till I got there. When I got there. The pharmacy techs were clouding around. All of the trchs Pretended to be too stupid(out loud and laughing like theyre high) to operate processing my order. This place is a JOKE

Luis in pharmacy is so sweet and took the time to check my child’s prescription and when it wasn’t in stock he helped me find availability of the item at another Walgreens! He even checked to see how much it would cost with her insurance! Thank you so much for your time and patience!

The pharmacy is full of a bunch of people who don't know how to work,. They can never keep employees, they can't answer the phone, there is always a line and it always takes 20 to 40 minutes to get in and out of the pharmacy.

How is it that the only 24hr pharmacy in town cannot staff itself to accommodate customers in the store. At 2am, I understand it’s expected to be slow but a 2 hour wait when there is no one else in the store bc “we have our nightly fills” is crazy. I understand the daily/nightly orders have to be filled but the 5 minutes to grab my z-pak won’t kill the process. But making me wait around in the store for 2 hours after being in the ER for hours we’ll that is just rude and lack of service. The pharmacy seems understaffed at all hours.

The manager Chandler was extremely rude he came and accused my friend and I of running around the stores pressing buttons for assistance and running away before he came to handle them he told me I could leave or he will call the cops I told him he could watch the tapes and that’s proof we wasn’t doing anything we weren’t even in those aisles when the buttons were pressed he said he’s not watching anything and proceeded to call the cops on us. And told us they would not be ringing up any of my products for me. This happened on Thursday 12-03-2020 around 9:45-10:00 pm I worked for Walgreens for 3 years this is very rude and I will be taking further actions Then I called to see when the managers would be in and he tried to make another employee say that I said I was going to do something to him around 10:45 which also never happened

What used to be the best pharmacy is now the absolute worst. I have prescriptions that I can't get refills on without the doctor sending over a script, so they have to "submit for prescriber approval", they NEVER do, I always have to call the doctor. The line inside and at the drive thru ALWAYS moves at a snail's pace, then when it is finally your turn, it still takes 15 minutes. I would love to give 0 stars.

Rude pharmacy technicians and slow service. The first medicine called in for my son was not covered by insurance. I was informed when I arrived to pick up another medicine that I would have to contact the doctors office even though the automated message and app said that the pharmacy would take care of it. When we called to check on the new prescription we were told over the phone that it could not be transferred to a pharmacy across town and that it would be ready within an hour. My husband arrived to pick it up after an hour and was informed it would be 20-30 more minutes. After that time had passed we were told it would be another 5-10 minutes. We will not be using Walgreens again.

Just a nightmare at the pharmacy had been for a while now. I put a prescription in to be filled 3 days ago and still had to wait 15 min for them to fill it was basically told they are to busy and they wont actually fill the prescription till u come in. Ridiculous walgreens time to figure out a better system for the pharmacy. I'm looking for a new pharmacy now refuse to keep going through this last week my husband waited 2 days for an emergency room prescription. Walgreens has really dropped the ball

I shop here all of the time and I've never been treated rudely by any staff. Maybe if you feel you've been treated rudely it's because you're rude yourself.Pharmacy staff is awesome too.

Rude pharmacy... Not helpful. If you're going to be a number at least go somewhere affordable.$13,000 deductable they say so won't give me generic until I throw a fit... They have to listen to the insurance... $400+ for a breathing treatment because insurance says so... I'll find a pharmacy who is more interested in me living and breathing.

This is the worst pharmacy in town to get your medicine, they need better management in pharmacy. Always have to seat in drive for ever , and when it’s my turn my medicine is not ready. Please hire more better people, and better managers

My husband and I have had the same pictures printed multiple times in TN where we live. We have had 3 photo books made, multiple Christmas cards, and all of our engagement/wedding pictures printed at our local Walgreens. While in IL, we ordered more Christmas cards to be picked up at Walgreens on 48 and they refused to give them to us. They didn't bother to call us and let us know that we needed a release form (that we've never needed before as there's no watermark or anything on the photo) before driving there to pick them up. The customer service was terrible. Although I understand following "policy" on actual professional photos, to make an assumption on a regular, unmarked photo is the most ridiculous thing ever. You lose your own business by doing this.
