I am leaving this review after having an awful experience at another walgreens pharmacy in town. I realized I need to leave one for my regular pharmacy. They are kind and patient. They explain to me if something is delayed and you can count on them to keep their word and know what is going on. I'm always asked if I have questions for the pharmacist. Things I didn't truly think about until I had a different experience at a different store.

Been shopping Ash Ave store for years, and have never had any problems with scripts, or anything else for that matter. Maybe a little pricey but you're paying for convience. Catch the sales.

The one star is strictly because of the older black lady that works there. She is about as rude as they come and should not be working in customer service. Hopefully someone that works there or her sees this. She's rude!!

went to this pharmacy for over a year, never had issues until recently. have now waited over THREE weeks for my prescription to be filled, with my doctor sending the prescription over multiple times. Claiming its both, "ready tomorrow" or "not in the system". Personally calling only had the pharmicist scream at me. Don't worry, its only time sensitive medication where missing just one dose has lifelong negative consequences. Nevermind its also readily available with no shortages of any kind. No big deal I guess, just actively sabatoging people. Never going back there again, never trust your medication to this place.

Walgreens has cut it's pharmacy hours, frequently requires you to use the drive thru, and no longer opens on weekends - this after the nearby store on Pershing did the same thing. Might as well use mail order!

I was due for reorder of my prescription.....it was ordered two weeks before I would run out. I kept checking on the order.... I went in to the pharmacy to check two times. Finally the young lady told me that my order was back ordered because manufacture had stopped making it. I had no med by this time. This lady at the drive through said she would check around to see if they could find any to hold me over. She was able to secure Med for 5 days while she ordered from another manufacturer. I was really pleased that I did not have to go without this drug. I thanked her. This was very good customer service. Thank you

Poor customer service. Untrustable. Wife had a C-section and needed pain meds filled. Hospital sent it over around noon. I had to go back twice and they weren’t able to fill by the end of the day. I can’t risk not being able to have medications filled for my family, and neither should you.

Don’t count on your prescription being ready on time. My scrip was called in 4 days ago, and still was not ready when I came by to get it. They could probably cut half the volume of customers at the drive thru if they actually did their job and filled scrips on time so a person didn’t have to make multiple trips. Can’t wait for amazon to get into the pharmacy business, the service can only improve.

My wife had a spider bite and was prescribed an antibiotic that is known to cause problems with those who are allergic to penicillin. The doctor didn't catch that for some odd reason, but the pharmacist did. Very grateful to Walgreens and the pharmacist for catching this beforehand

If I only could I would give negative star. I work for instacart. I could not find one item so I politely asked where can I find it. I got really rude response that "we" should do our own groceries. I felt embarrassed and I felt like I did something wrong. I will never step my food to this store again. I will never recommend to buy there. I'll tell everybody not to shop there. I decided to use Walmart pharmacy as my primary. If you don't want to feel like 2nd valued customers I recommend to do the same.

I called to ask about am immunization I needed DTaP. I'm not sure who I talked to in pharmacy, but he was rude, didn't want to accommodate me at all. I asked about a good time to come in, and he rudely said We are busy at all times, and we only have 2 of those. Anyway I went to Kroger. This was Thursday March the 5th, around noon

They are closed today at 6:20 pm. I wish they updated their hours or left a note on the door that they closed early. I hate the inconsistency of this location.

Went to get COVID shot, scheduled appointment for 10am, didn't get shot until 11am. Pharmacy wasn't busy. Why have an appointment if you're not going to keep it?

Clinic sent our prescription here accidentally instead of Walmart. We mistakenly believed them when the pharmacy tech told us it was ready over the phone. It wasn't, it wouldn't be ready for over an hour.

Even when they are busy the pharmacy is always polite and work as quickly as possible to get the prescriptions done. I would rather wait in line here than go somewhere else and have to deal with rude people in customer service.

Dropped of script at noon. Provided my updated insurance info. Said id be back at 5 pm. Theg daid theyd have it ready. Waited in drive thru line with 3 cars in front of me 5:00. Fonallu got up to window at 5:20. They say my insurance info was not updated correctly and to come back. Rediculous! What lack of care. Will not return.

If you call you get out on hold for 15 mins or more before you can speak to a pharmacy worker. Every month they have to order my prescription, it's never ready when they say it is. Switching pharmacies now. Been with you guys for over 10 years but it's getting ridiculous.✌
