Gave it 3 stars to be nice. Came in to pick up some Holiday cards I ordered online. I came in and the Cashier Lisa came to help me. She was rude and she said that she couldn't find anything. Nothing was in the Computer. She called another gentleman to help her. He found it. He said that it was already paid online. She mumbled something about not feeling comfortable about me just walking out with the pictures with no proof that I paid. It says on the Order that I paid. It says Paid on the outside of my pack of pictures. She seemed very unconvinced that I paid for my order. I tried to show her my email and order number but she said that she didn't want to see it. This lady has serious Trust issues.

The best of all local Walgreens, imo. I typically bounce between this one, and the one on Ash Ave, and I've had no problems at either. The employees have always been friendly, and courteous. I especially appreciated the service of the young woman on 5/27/23 who honored the sale price on paper towels, even though it was expired. They had just forgotten to remove the shelf sticker. Store is clean, and well stocked.

Nicely stocked shelves, best place to go when avoiding the big box, busy stores. Nice pharmacy department. Polite, courteous and attentive staff. Plenty of parking and conveniently located. Everything from medicine to snack and drinks to greeting cards, etc..

Had worst experience with the staff, my sons doctors office called in script it was not ready for 2 days My son has asthama and Angela & Izzy I guess the name of the technician they are rudest , izzy rolling eyes and was talking to other technicians behind counter about my son's personal health , which is HIPAA breaking and I can clearly hear the conversation. I would never come back here

Had worst experience with the staff, my sons doctors office called in script it was not ready for 4 hours. My son had breathing issue and Angela & Izzy I guess the name of the technician is were rudest , izzy was acting like a kid behind the counter , dancing . Is this a work place or joke seriously ??? Angela is racist woman if you are African American, my sister had similar issue with her in past. Management really needs to terminate those two techs from here

Bhaumik is the best pharmacist in town, he always goes above and beyond to help me and my family. I have always seen him taking time if anyone have any questions about the medicine. I have been dealing with him for years and never had any issues. Thanks for your service to the town bhaumik

Walgreens has one reason they stay open for business and it's the pharmacy but the pharmacy here in Decatur opens whenever they want to not to mention every employee is rude as hell. I won't be returning and I plan on blasting this on every social media outlet Walgreens is apart of.

the pharmacy at this Walgreens can be extremely aggravating. We had to wait forever, because it was an extremely busy day, and there was only one pharmacist on duty and no pharmacy techs to help. he had to handle the window, the drive up, and everything else. Took us forever to get our prescriptions. Totally uncalled for.
