I had recently used their online shop to order some parts, but made an error on my part. When I called, they were very helpful in correcting my order and were always calling me back with updates and trying to make sure my order went out before a major snowstorm hit! That is great customer service that I don't see much these days. Thank you! I would recommend this store for your future hobby needs.

We came to the store at 9:45am to be there when they opened. We waited until 10:30am no one answered the phone or door. There was 10 people besides us waiting.

Always friendly great service. If they dont have it, they can get it fairly quick. Their prices are hard to beat. Best part is the in house carpet offroad race track.

Awesome place! I'm out at Horizon Hobbies RC Fest and needed parts. The RC Shack was local and had everything I needed! The lady behind the counter was super helpful and very kind! When i come back next i will be sure to use the local hobby store for everything! They have major brands such as TLR, AE, Traxxas and Xray! Go support this AWESOME LOCAL HOBBY STORE!

Ita ok if you're into rc cars. They have very little other selections to choose from. This is a very overpriced store for what they have. I can buy everything they have in stock online for a heck of a lot cheaper prices. The employees didn't ask if I needed any help. High prices and no employee interactions. If you call, the employees will even tell you to go online and shop.
