I've come to expect quality from Target but today I bought a Snickers bar from the checkout aisle in Decatur, Illinois with a "Best Before" date of May 2022! I didn't realize it until I was miles away on the Interstate. I took a bite and spit it out before locating the hard-to-read expiration date. Who is supposed to be in charge of this???

The local market is a wonderful place to get almost everything a family needs in one stop, the Pharmacy inside this Target is the absolute best!!! Your employees care about people.Please keep check- out cashiers!!! Big company, you are losing money BECAUSE I see people stealing from YOU! I have witnessed people not scan something. Self checkout equals self-help to your merchandise.

I like shopping at Target in general. This one seemed to be pretty well staffed. There were a lot of items that needed to be better stocked/organized. There is a Starbucks inside, so that's nice!

If you're looking for a clean, well stocked, QUIET alternative to the chaotic, dirty, alternate universe that is Decatur Walmarts, Target is your go to. I have only encountered one rude, grouchy employee in the years I've been shopping here, and thankfully, she seems to be gone. The current staff of employees are very friendly, and helpful. I can be in and out in mere minutes, compared to the teeth grinding slowness that is Walmart.

Wasted my time doing a price check here. I come here to buy every week.The staff was very rude over a game that I was trying to get.I WAS JUST ASKING FOR A PRICE THAT IT SHOWS ONLINE. They were rude telling me that go to GameStop to see if they give you that price :) (IS THIS A PROFESSIONAL ANSWER FOR A COSTUMER?)Everything was so wrong with this people. Why getting mad for something so simple. People is just happy when they want to be happy. So sad about this experience. Waste 30 minutes of my day. And I won’t never come back to buy here.

In a just world, there would be no crime against shoplifting. It's a well known fact that shoplifting is a crime because of the efforts of large corporate retailers like Wal-mart and Target. Shoplifting laws have unjustly filled the community jails of America with millions of college-age kids who otherwise have no criminal record. Shoplifting laws stigmatize the countless Americans who engage in non-violent behavior. Arrest and prosecution of shoplifters costs Americans countless millions of dollars, maybe billions of dollars every year, costs that retailers pass onto the rest of us. (In contrast, shoplifters re-sell a lot of what they...ummm..,take, often at a discount).Shoplifting laws are extremely archaic. What's next, charge people for downloading music for free? Hey, it's the 21st Century, dawg!!

Pick up was super easy and the ladies who helped were very friendly. My order was ready incredibly quickly and there was no wait at pick up. I purchased a large rocking chair and these two were able to load it in my car without a problem. Shout out to them!

This is the 1st and last time I will use this service and possibly last time at Target period! The lady bringing it out I thought was rude because she had to repeat her questiin because Icouldnt hear her. When i got home my food items were all mixed in with my cleaning supplies. The cleaner I purchased leaked out in the bag with crackers I purchased for my kids, so needless to say that bag went in the trash! I lost money on this trip!! Very disappointed in this experience!!!!

My cashier noticed that I was buying items that were in the coupon book and saved me twenty dollars. I wish I remembered her name. That is the first time that has ever happened to me. The store was clean and everyone was courteous. I dislike shopping, but it was actually enjoyable! I came to Target because my wife wanted something specific, normally I would go to Walmart, but i despise shopping there. I've been converted. I will be a Target shopper from now on.

Great place to shop! My only frustration is they only had 2 cashiers open, otherwise you had to use the self check out & a lot of people don't like to use thr self check. May want to consider additional cashiers especially on a busy Saturday afternoon

Never have an issue when shopping at Target. Always clean, friendly employees and I can usually find what I came in for. I wish you carried house plants in store though!

Never shop target again, drove 30 minutes for a bike ordered and paid online to pick up and get to store and out of stock, site said 2 in stock. Took my money though. Wasted gas and time. Person on chat wasn't no help at all just giving me some BS. Wasted time and gas for nothing. Thanks target

I like Target. But, most of the staff seem unhappy and/or just don't know how to treat the general public. No smiles. No, "Are you finding everything okay?" Or a simple hello when walking throughout the store when a staff member walks by. Also the staff at Starbucks inside the Target store seem very preoccupied with their personal conversations (getting surgeries, what time they get off) rather than taking customers drink/food orders. Of course I'll go back. As I said, I like Target. But I guess I'll just have to tolerate sub-par service.

Beyond disappointed with customer service @Target tonight! After receiving confirmation email about a product purchased online less than 24 hrs ago, we were informed it was given to someone else & there wasn’t another available- even though the exact same item sat in plain sight and at one point I was handed the item by another associate!

I made an online purchase of a Boxer. The product did not work. Returned it to local store. We asked if they had a replacement and customer service person said she didn't know and would refund my credit card. Once that was done we shopped and found a replacement. I paid $69.99 for the product on line on December 19 but then had to pay $79.99 in the store for the replacement. Had it not been a Christmas present for my grandson I would not have made the purchase. It cost me $10 extra to return a product that didn't work and get a replacement. Very poor way to keep a customer.

Tired of not getting my employee discount for checking myself out. Only 1 register open with a line to the back, but ofcourse self checkout is empty. I shouldn't have to shop then work as a cashier
