This is a great place to do business. It's one of the few private owner shops in town that's not multimillion dollar company who generally doesn't care for you.The fish I get here seem to be much healthier than the "BIG STORES" never had any issues. Definitely recommend you stop in.

So many pretty fish! Happy to have this pet store in Decatur. Very welcoming and helpful staff. They will test your tanks water for only a dollar with accurate results.

It might look a bit messy maybe but these guys are friendly and they carry some pretty neat fish specimens. They surely know well how to take care of delicate fishes!

Just to keep it simple. I've tried with these ppl so many times!First time asked for male and female guppy but the ones I saw were all females, was told no this one is male with the fancy fin. It had babies 3 weeks later so no not male.Looking for a couple mystery snails, employee bags them up while I'm getting something else off a shelf. Get home and one was a nirite snail.....Ordered two specific angelfish. Showed a picture and everything. Did not get the ones I ordered for over $80! But I dare not return them for fear of the terrible conditions I've seen there. So instead of Philippine blue with zebra stripes I have Smoky pinois with no stripes...Have seen 3 Bettas in one tank attacking each other.This store has no idea what it's doing with fish and should be taken with a gain of salt with any info they give you or tell you!

Bought fish from this pet store and it turns out this fish were sick and infected all of my fish killing them. I reached out and let them know and nothing was done about it. Very upset

They have a good assortment of fresh water fis but not saltwater:( 😞. A bit pricey too on everything in the store.

Only 24 a hour guarantee on fish. 4 out of 10 died within 2 days. Other places are like 30 days.
