Overall, it's what I would expect. There are reasonable prices, but often times you have to dig for deals. That's likely the allure for most, and it's ok, just not my preferred method of shopping.

Great place to buy clothes! Nice selection of affordable gear. Their house decorations are insanely priced and don't even waist your time.if you are a guy who.wears anything larger then a size 9 shoe. But for what it is I say it's worth the 3 stars

Favorite store, I love their prices and the quality of their products. Staff depends... Sometimes they are helpful, other times not so much. But employees are human, they are never horrible to me, sometimes just less helpful, or frustrated. I try to take everything in consideration when reviewing so I am still giving 5 *****

I really like this store.. So much variety.. However I would like to see them get a bigger and taller section.. Never have clothes that fit my kid.. He wears a 3 or 4x in sweats and boosts and 42 in jeans... Never ever have his size in clothes..

One of my favorite stores to browse in. They have a large variety of items and it’s always changing. There is literally always something different each time you visit. Best of all it’s nice quality and affordable

Found many a bargain here. My daughter & I enjoyed a day if shopping. This was a really blessed stop on our day. Great toy selection, plenty Christmas items to choose from. Love their store.

Eh. Not their fault but I've been to much better ones with more stuff. This one never really has a whole lot. I do buy all my sundresses from there every summer though. They're cheap and I love Ross! Just Decatur location isn't my favorite.

Great value for the items we purchased today. Good variety of junior sizes & shoes. Beauty aids were plentiful. Friendly staff, clean store. One of our favorite shopping stops.

I love Ross! I buy a good percent of my clothes here and normally receive great service. However, they implemented the new porta potty type dressing rooms near the front of the store and they are very inconvenient. There is only two stalls so it was a long wait and they are very small.

This store is one of my favorite to shop in. Always a variety. Clothes fit well. Prices are great. Organized and clean. Staff are friendly. Love that it is located inside the mall so I can do other shopping in the same trip. Fun things to find everywhere you look.

What a variety of less costing clothes I found here. We stopped by to see about some boots and ended up with a cart full of clothes at reasonable prices for my two preteen kids. Will be returning!

Found some great deals on newborn clothing and blankets. Basically found deals for the entire family. Love this place. Can't beat the prices. Definitely a returning customer!!

Thomas was outstanding today. My mom was in a wheelchair and needed to use the restroom (fast) Thomas took her chair and wheeled her all the way into the restroom. He was very polite and pleasant. I would love to steal him for our store!

Hit or miss store. If you go often you can score some great buys. On the other hand my husband received slippers from there for Christmas. They were 2 left ones. Boxed and sealed so couldn't be checked when bought.

I got an AMAZING deal on a Prom dress, BT the changing rooms were in the middle of the store and were on wheels. I felt they didn't offer the privacy you expect of a changing room. Any time I wanted to show my friend something I tried on, the entire store would see it as well.

What a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the three ladies and a manger today that took great care of the young girl that was lost from her mommy I watched as these ladies pulled together as a team and made this little girl feel safe becAuse the little girl was special needs and was scared but the ladies of ROSS DRESS FOR LESS remained calm and followed the protocol and reunited that little girl with her mommy I’ll continue to support this store for my shopping needs♥️♥️

Lots of good finds for cheap! Not the greatest materials, or qualities, but good prices for quality. Found a few little gifts for my kids for Christmas! Wide variety of things. Purses, household items, bathroom accessories, clothes, shoes, rugs, kitchen accessories, Christmas items, candy, snacks, toys.

Mixed experiences at this place. You can find some random name brand shoes here for less. But im pretty sure they are minor defect pairs sold for less.

It was ok. Not a lot of anything on the racks. Really disappointed. If you can slide all the apparel on a 16-ish ft. rack and still have 10 feet of empty space......there is an issue
