Located in Long Creek,Illinois, on US route 36 east of Decatur, Plume is a must stop for handmade soaps, fragrances and other bathing needs.My wife and I stopped in today and picked up several items, including gifts for others. I stopped by Plume for the first time today, and it was truly a magical place! The store was well stocked, clean, and inviting and has a lot of goodies for every kind of shopper.I came home with a lot of amazing soaps and moisturizer in preparation for the holidays and the Midwest Winter, but I will be returning to Plume for their spectacular customer service.Angi, the owner, was personable and super helpful. I had stepped into the shop 40 minutes before the store closed, and she was gracious and communicated that I didn't have to rush out at their closing time of 5 pm. Her mom and sister were also very kind and helped guide me with directions/navigation so I could get back home on the safest route.Thank you so very much! Plume is a Decatur gem.

Great products and service! Always coming out with new products and offering fun gift/theme options.They made 2 custom scented soaps that I gave out as my wedding favors. They even created custom labels for the soaps! My mom used the soap on her hands for months and believes it’s a huge reason her growing skin tag disappeared. It must be all the natural healing ingredients! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have never disappointed by a plume product. I’ve gotten bath bombs, body oil, lotion bars, chapstick, car air fresheners, facials, and shampoo & conditioner bars. I used to love Lush and now it doesn’t compare. The quality is great and I’m supporting local. I recently tried her shampoo and conditioner bars and I’m ready to ditch my salon grade products.

This place is fantastic. The products smell amazing and the owner is lovely. I stopped in needing a last minute gift. Angi was so patient and went the extra mile by boxing/wrapping up my products as well as a gift card that was from another small business in Decatur. If you need a gift or something special for yourself, this is the place to go! Highly recommend.

Best cute little shop ever. This is my second time buying bath products from them and their scents never disappoint! A product I wanted was out of stock so I got the beach house vibes bubble bar and it does not disappoint! Best customer service as well. I will continue shopping here for my bath needs.

Everything I’ve tried from Plume has been amazing! Soaps smell amazing and are long lasting, moisturizers/oils are really effective and shampoo bars really have helped my dry/itchy scalp! I could not recommend more!
