waited for someone on the showers no towels, 1 girl on a register, another one outside smoking, she came in, asked her for a towel, she dismissed me and said someone from maintenance should be on the back, when I literally just came from there, thought it was rude, and store seems unkept, do better please, secret shoppers would be great if you visited some flying js randomly (yeah no one is on the back, still)

After several failed Lyft and Uber attempts (which is crazy that no one has thought about servicing this area)…I found myself at this Pilot for Greyhound. The staff (Netta, Caroline, Sam) is wonderful (they get 5 ⭐️’s ).Plus it’s clean .My only complaint would be to accommodate the wandering travelers & truckers. This place needs a “lounge” area…a place to eat and charge phones/accessories. It is a truck stop and a Greyhound station, make the people comfortable, convert one of the game rooms…this is why I give it an overall score of 4 ⭐️’s

Somewhat small, too many reserved spots. They could actually do without because there were 4 used spots including myself. But it's about the money I know. Otherwise this place is quiet and VERY clean. I have added this location to a definite return while in route.

Every time I stop here the place is clean and well stocked, employees are always polite. They have a McDonald's and Subway, haven't had Subway there but McDonald's is always hot and fresh. Prices may be a little higher on some items but competitive with other truck stops.

It's a smaller pilot truck stop. The reserved parking makes it harder to find a free spot to park but they got a place to do laundry and a McDonald's restaurant inside

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I did a double take, because I thought I was in a Loves and not a Pilot. Everything is clean, especially the bathrooms. The laundry is kinda cramped. The lazy McDonald's workers go home at 2200. Pilot ( corporate ) needs to give this store a refresh. The bathroom stalls have a large amount of rust on the frames. Somebody's kid might get tetanus. That's a corporate thing I guarantee you. The manager has probably asked for the funds, and greedy Warren said no. That's not local managements fault, but I guarantee you they'll somehow make it their fault when a kid gets sick.

Very clean, friendly staff, very large parking area for trucks, campers and so on. This is right off the interstate and is also near some other major shopping areas if needed.This center also has a McDonald's and a Subway inside (McDonald's does have a drive-up for normal cars and trucks).Lots of other food options, and plenty of drink options. Showers available for purchase and bathrooms are always very clean.If you are driving a truck or just looking to take a break for a while, I highly recommend stopping at this Pilot Travel Center.

Never coming back! Payed for a reserved spot, all spots were full. Manager said "there are 4 trucks that didn't pay. Even though they didn't pay, they can't move, they're on their 10 hr break." Apparently you don't have to pay for reserved parking. Just say that you can't move. Trucks were quadruple parked everywhere in front of spots and next to scale. Even if there were an open spot, no one could back in. PLEASE do not trust that your reservation guarantees you a spot! Even unpaid spots are full 24/7. Home daily guys using it as a parking lot to drop and go home. Seriously, avoid.Update, came here again March, 2023. Was out of hours after a 4 hr live unload. Had paid for reserved parking. Got there, no spots. Went inside, cashier said "I don't know what to do anymore, I can't keep knocking on doors. I have to refund you." Had to PC 8 miles to the east and park on a ramp. Ridiculous. Management and corporate needs to address this issue. Lost all respect for pilot.

Very disgusting and rude persons here tonight. One old lady wearing a light blue shirt tell me, with very disgusting attitude, that she doesn't care if I have prime parking reservation or not, I have to find a place out there and if there is none available, she refund my money and I have to leave. I think she probably don't like my strong Spanish accent. After 10 years driving nationwide is the first time this kind of disgusting and rude person. I deleting this location from my gps now. Never ever come back.

Very friendly ppl. Like usual for truck stops, in and out quickly. Clean and organized. Surprisingly enough employees to keep things running smoothly. That tells me there are good managers. Thanks for the much needed safe pit stop

You'll find all your truckstop fine dining establishments here. After gorging on a grade A big Mac, slide on out to the parking lot and finish processing said meal into a garbage bag and fling it under a trailer.

Very clean. Good and safe place to stop. Has subway and McDonald's inside same building. Staff is friendly depending on the time. In my experience, the later at night you go, the less friendly they are. Bathrooms are nice. Good location right next to the interstate exit.

Reserved parking rules are not enforced, so no reason to pay for reserved spots, they won't bother u if u don't pay. So don't pay for reserved parking

It is a great place to stop and fill up.. The food is good and they have all the accessories and stuff you would need when one is traveling over the road. The showers are a plus. Oh and you earn the most points per gallon when fueling up at pilot.

Absolutely disgusting! The bathrooms were so nasty and backed up. There was excrement and used toilet paper all over the bathroom stalls! I would not even allow my dog to even go there. it definitely says something about the cleanliness of this particular pilot travel Center. I was sorely displeased and when I went up to the counter I was going to use my Pilot travel card to to use a shower credit so that I could at least get a clean restroom to use. I was about a half a credit shy and the lady told me that she couldn't do it even after I told her how nasty the bathrooms were and she did not offer any further help. If this is how Pilot travel centers of America wants to do business than they can't have my business! Kind of makes me wonder if TA truck stop or Petro or even Love's might be the next best place for me to go. Really really displeased not happy at all. There is no sense in having this type of filthy nasty restrooms and there's no sense in the staff being so apathetic and not willing to care for the needs of customers.I am giving them the lowest possible store because if they keep their bathrooms in the shape what does that tell you about the other parts of the store. I definitely would not eat or drink anything from there.

Been stopping here every morning for the past 2 weeks. It has awhile since I've been to a fast food restaurant that the ppl behind the counter knew what they were doing. The woman behind the counters name was Connie. Connie was on point. Very professional team. I will be returning.

I did a review on this pilot 3 months ago but for some reason didn’t show.So here we go.The staff when I was there where “ fantastic “. They where sooooo friendly, wish I could visit there more.The inside spotless 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Better yet the showers super “ Clean “.Thank you pilot staff and Management.

This is a quiet, safe stop for the night or for reset. Friendly staff. McDonald's and Subway. Showers and laundry ($2.75 wash & dryers free). No driver's lounge while waiting for laundry. However, the place is filthy inside and out. Bathrooms were horrible.

The staff is helpful and nice store is clean. Restrooms are okay. Don't like the sliding toilet lids thou. Ouch. Parking lot for trucks is too small and needs to be cleaned up a bit.
