Sold me a faulty controller. Refuses to exchange or refund less than an hour later, due to no receipt. Drove back and forth across town a to return/exchange with the receipt and get resolve but was treated very poorly by management. I understand that your line of work is getting over on people but it doesn’t mean that all of your customers are doing the same to you.

Sold me a broken Xbox controller, stick drift on the controller was out of control ! They did not care to compensate me for the $40 Xbox controller & when I came back they claimed I didn’t even get the control there ! Would not trust my money going to anything electrical in the store. BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT EVER !!

Purchased a amp that was suppose to be in good condition. It has an internal issue and is sending feedback to the subwoofer without any music playing. The rca is missing a locking nut and this amp needed to be marked as needs repairs and not fully functional .They have not offered to give me a refund or return label and only directed me to the stupid buya website where no one answers the phone and you can only email the support line to wait for days.

All loan redemptions & renewals have to be in cash now. I can no longer use the mobile pawn app & the only notice given to customers is a hand written sign taped to the door.

Overall bad experience they under pay just to scam people knowing the product is worth more I brought in a Micheal Kors purse and wallet combo worth $1000 in brand new condition and was only offered $20

Horrible support of items they sell and they don't stand behind the junk they. Do you really check these items prior to sale? Purchased several items from them. Got delivered and doesn't function as described. Wants to argue why it doesn't work. Will dispute preffed method of payment. So now I have a paper weight. Do yourself a favor. Save the frustration and agrivation and buy elsewhere.

The new Manager is very RUDE. She rolled her eyes, twisted neck, and popped her gum the whole time she was talking. Not to mention that she started bad mouthing and laughing to her coworkers before we left the store.We had an item we paid over $500 for, and they were offering a $5 loan over the phone. Because there was a lot of pauses and questions, i bought the item in to be sure we were on the same page. Not one time, even during her smart mouth comments were we rude. If you dont like people dont work in customer service. I didnt catch her name but shes a short, black woman, that wears braids and heavy shadow.Oh they also told me 3 different times that "they are not a retail store". Each time i responded saying i understand i didnt expect anything close to the paid price. But $5 for a $500+ electronic sounds crazy.

Great friendly service, always smiling and definitely know how to put smiles on their customers face. I wouldn’t recommend any other pawn shop.Hate all of the rude customers they have to deal with, they’re definitely not appreciated as much as they should be.

I always have a great experience when I come to Pawn King everyone is respectful and so helpful!! The new manager Michele AND the employees always greets me and my family with a smile. There’s never a time where i’m unsatisfied. LOVE TO SEE IT!!

These guys are great! I was looking for a decent priced tv and had gone to a couple different pawn shops that had prices way over my price range! When I went to check out Pawn King they not only had decent prices but they also carried the tv out to my car to make sure it would fit before I bought it! Great job and you will definitely get repeat business from me!

Absolutely no customer service. Called in to inquire about a firearm they had listed online. The employee had an attitude right off the bat. She told me she had no clue whether they had it in stock, refused to check because they were "booked solid," and informed me that I would have to call back another time. She then hung up. I shouldn't have to put up with disrespect or work this hard to be a paying customer.

Best pawn shop around! Chris Shirley Alex and Molly are always so friendly and helpful! They are always willing to make a deal which is even better! The only pawn shop I'd ever go to! Especially since they remodeled! It's a really nice atmosphere

Great pawn shop. The assistant manager Courtney was extremely kind and helpful while I was picking up some jewelry for my wife. I will definitely be back to check out their firearms. I highly recommend this store and if you go Courteney is fantastic.

This place has absolutely no customer service or morals. Purchased a laptop on buyya. My offer was accepted I gave my payment information and was waiting on shipment information when I got word that they canceled the order. After accepting the order they decided it was worth more than I offered and refused to work with me on the price. Don't trust them.

Love these guys! Phil, Chris, Shirley, Zack, and Brandon! They always take care of me and have a good selection of odds and ends to help with my urge to peruse lol. When something is not out don't be afraid to ask they are always accommodating to either bring it out or take you back. Thanks for being my favorite pawn shop!

I love Pawn King in Decatur IL. The employees are EVERYTHING, I mean from the service to the prices the store presentation on down to employee personality. Their products are good finds and their return or exchange policy is fair if for some reason the item isn't up to your standards. I highly recommend Pawn King of Decatur IL.👍🏾

Honestly I feel like 5 stars isn't good enough!! This is by far the best pawn shop I've ever done business with, the selection of goods were great the staff was even better especially the assistant manager Courtney she was wonderful great customer service and very knowledgeable, for that alone I will definitely be returning in the future.

It was a fairly decent pawn shop, compared to some in the area but,I feel like the prices they offer for some things,despite being a" pawn " shop,are way to low and they kinda low ball people. Over all I had a pretty good experience with them and would more than likely go back but definitely ask for more fair pricing.👍

Horrible place, I would never get a loan on anything With them because they will sell your item before your payment is even do and they won’t do anything about it. My mother n law lost a very expensive bow because they pulled it before the date was even do and sold it and did the same thing to her Xbox twice and the manager is very very rude!! The only employee’s there that are helpful and actually care are Ashlee Jones and Miss Shirley.

Was between a rock and a hard place and needed a tool bad. Made the mistake of stopping here instead of just making the drive to DJP and it was an absolute waste of time. The tools are junk and way overpriced. The car audio was laughable at best, one set of old school mtx subs literally have mud on them in a prefab for a firm $200 lol! The guns are sketchy af too. Would not recommend in the slightest, especially after asking if “these are the only tools?” and being treated like an inconvenience. Thanks but no thanks.

These ppl are rude 😡never smiling always act like they don’t want to be there or act like they don’t won’t to help you 😡if you call down and ask about your account they’re even more rude I wouldn’t tell anyone to shop or sell their . The manager Michelle has the worst smart mouth ever I know it’s someone higher than her and they need to talk to her she’s not professional and definitely not friendly 😡

The people seem bothered and rude the whole time your in there ! My laptop was stolen and I bought it back and they still said they can’t do business with me anymore lol the only nice person is Shirley ! Definitely miss the old team !!
