A great dispensary. Tiffany and John were so helpful. I made a mistake in my order but they were so kind and helped guide me to what I was looking for. It was quick and easy. I will be back! Thanks you all! I appreciate the great customer service. I will recommend this over any Springfield dispensary!

While I appreciate the fact that we have a dispensary at all, the markups are absolutely ridiculous. Staff is always helpful and nice, and the store is clean and organized from what I can see, but there is no way in hell I was happy paying an even $40 including taxes and tip for 3 lousy nugs. In my personal opinion? Just go to Happy Hut.

I was in town for business and went to Mystic Greenz for the convince; I did read the other reviews, but decided I’d pay the premium for the convenience.Well the other reviews are spot on! I paid $66 for a 1g cart (and it was a lower 80% THC and no info on the cannabinoids) that is almost twice as much as I spent on my lat cartridge.I strongly recommend; if you have the time, to take the 45 minute drive to Springfield or Bloomington, especially if you’re buying anything in quantity.There are great opportunity for someone to open a store and undertake these guys and still have a higher markup the Springfield or Bloomington!Like the other reviews said and I agree with, was the staff were nice, friendly, and helpful, so no issues there.I question if some of the reviews on Google are actual customers, or contrived reviews. If you look on yelp, they have a one star and what comes across as more realistic, honest reviews.One more thing I was not very happy with is they forced me to give up name, phone, email to their system before I could buy; I’m protective of my personal info and where I share it and I REALLY don’t thing it was necessary here just to make a purchase

The people here are very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about their products and have recommendations if you aren't sure what you're looking for.Most dispensaries I've been to just feel too clinical, and I would get the vibe that I'm being judged because I was there for recreational use and not medical. I do not get that feeling at all here.

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about all of their prodcuts. There is a small out of town fee, but it really wasn't much. Definitely worth it

Overall, good business and customer service. Love the choices in products and upgrade their payment system outside of just using cash. If I can say one thing bad, it's not Mystic but ignorant politicians and self-righteous citizens being against something they don't even partake of.

We just moved to Illinois from South Carolina and this was one of our first stops!! This place has something for all the smokers!! Very nice!! Love the fact that you can place your order online and just go in and pick it up!! Great customer service.

I completely understand being called by your first name INITIALLY, I am aware that they have to call out your government name, however I proceeded to ask a man three different times in casual conversation to please call me my middle name as I had already confirmed with my ID and bought my package, and the man proceeded to continue calling me by my first name, a name that I do not go by, purposely and so rudely. It made me so uncomfortable, and a final twist of the knife when I had my back to him saying "bye *name*!!" As loudly as possible.The audacity that this man had to continue calling me a name that I do not go by was so frustrating especially because my purchase was already over and there was no reason for him to continue using the name. He very clearly used it on purpose to continue to annoy me because my being upset had to have been evident by the end of our conversation. So unprofessional, I said multiple times "I do NOT go by that name please stop addressing me as such".He did not have to continue using my name and purposely put it in conversation as many times as possible. It was the worst experience I've ever had

The prices are right, the promos are even better and they stock items I can’t get anywhere else. Seems like they give a lot of new products a chance to shine on the shelves. From the receptionist, Brooke, to Amber the budtender, I always have a great experience. It shows that they really do care and don’t just try to make the sale. Need more of that

If I could give Zero stars I would. My wife and I went in around 11:30am. No one was in the drive thru and we got in pretty easy. When we got in, we had to go to the counter because their iPad still do not work. Once we got to the counter, there was 1 IPad that worked. As the lady we were talking to was explaining different buds I was trying to find them to see on the iPad. I asked her repeatedly about satiiva or indica and what percentage each product was. She then tries to show me on the iPad and was unable. She turned off the iPad that customers could use and turned on a small tablet behind the counter. She said she couldn't find it and left the iPad off and put the other tablet to the side unable to use for my wife and I. After trying to find a few different SATIVAS we start to check out. The gentlemen checking us out didn't show what products we were getting before bagging up. I got home and 17.5 out of the 28 grams we purchased was indica after we asked for sativa several times. I don't recommend going here unless you don't care what you get and don't mind wasting money on something you probably didn't ask for.

After Tiffany and Shankar helped me out tremendously, I will gladly leave five stars. Like every new dispensary, they had some opening issues, but I trust they will get up to speed and be a great local place to get your goods. Totally give them a visit. I recommend ordering in store for the moment, until the online menu gets some kinks worked out, that way you can make sure you find out what deals they have. I will definitely be returning.

This is the best place to get your need met. The staff will meet you with a friendly greeting they are so friendly. They have what your looking for on hand, And best of all you dont have to drive 50 miles to get what your looking for ..BIG++++

The staff is amazing I will be completely honest and the prices are getting better as time has gone on so by all means please visit Mystic. The reason I’m giving a 3 star review is I feel like even after the time has passed since their grand opening, some things could’ve been updated to work better and make the website/store more desirable. The things I wish that would change are listed as the following. I feel like the website should have an option to sort by weight (it gets tedious to scroll past the vast 3.5g options and I would much rather just sort by weight and have only those weights show. I think the website at the very least should have a pay online option. I understand there are usually higher costs that way but I’d rather pay online and pick up rather than needing to stop at an ATM, which can be out of my way, just to get money. I hope to see these things change in the future and as I said, the staff is amazing and the prices have gotten much better since opening so please don’t let my complaints stop you from going. Those are just what I find to be a pain. I’ve always had great experiences with the staff and definitely love the energy they give off, I just wish shopping online was easier.

I would absolutely recommend Mystic Greenz. Nice open space, plenty of space for parking rather then in Chicago. My experience at Mystic Greenz was very pleasant, it’s very secure for the safe of the people as well as staff. Very smooth transitions from the wait outside, to scanning your ID, order and pick up line. The site was down from all of excitement, however , the staff had no problem with explaining the menu and they were very knowledgeable about the cannabis. The prices were reasonable and select items had up 30% off products for the opening. It’s quite a drive from Chicago but I will certainly return for my cannabis needs.

I've been to dispensaries EVERYWHERE from Denver to San Francisco and Chicago to Ohio and more. Mystic Greenz is my favorite. Every dispensary struggles with supply at the beginning but since getting on their feet, Not only does MG have a (consistent) variety of products to fit any medical or recreational need, but they also have lower cost options (consistently!) for those who don't have the biggest budgets.Everyone here is super kind and knowledgeable and I'm so glad that they've brought cannabis safely and accessibly to the area!

I been there twice. I keep looking on the website to see information about the product., There is very little information. The second time I went the listing for THC was drastically different.The staff is wonderful and they care (that is the only reason they get any stars). I hope the website gets more reliable. I like to know what I am buying before I buy it. Until then I will just travel.

Today I was there for the "Grand Opening" was more like a "Grand Failure" What they advertised on the flyer and web page were lies. Prices were so high that it is worth the gas money to drive a ways further and get better service along with better prices and selections. Myself only being 5 miles away, I will never waste my fuel ever again on this joke of a dispensary. I would avoid this place at all costs.
