Joann Fabrics has a great selection of felt, fur, specialty and cotton fabric. Seasonal decor is super cute! Crafters will find floral stems, Cricut supplies, craft paint, jewelry making supplies, yarn, ribbons and trim, and much more! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Make sure to use the app to get coupons. There is always a coupon (or two) to save you money. Student and teacher discounts are available too!!

I was so fortunate to have Taylor help me today. She was absolutely wonderful. I had so many questions and wasn’t at all sure what I needed. Taylor was so patient and knew exactly what I needed. She is a treasure!

The service is fantastic. Very knowledgeable on where items are located in the store. Excellent with helping out on what's needed for certain craft projects. The prices are always fair.

Small store compared to some of their other stores but for me, a big plus was the employees. They were friendly and helpful. If you have read any of my other ratings for Joann's you know that I have not rated high because of how the employees treat you. I will not return to a store where, when you ask for help, they are rude and short with you. Or you have to argue with them over posted prices. This store was a pleasant surprise. Even though the selection was not as big as the other stores, I would choose to return to this store because of the customer service.

Well staffed with knowledgeable workers. During my shopping experience the other day, we were helped from the time we entered till when we exited. Had some specific questions regarding reupholstery of outdoor deck chairs which were answered expertise.

I always enjoy shopping at our local Joann Fabrics. Very friendly staff! And they were very prompt and courteous with curbside deliveries during the pandemic lockdown when customers were not allowed inside. It's nice to be able to go inside to shop once again.

Nice store, very clean, staff were nice but not enough staff to keep down long lines. Please do not misunderstand they were trying. Handicap accessible and the bathrooms are very clean. The coupons on the web site are difficult to get to and it is definitely deceiving with the percentages off when you cannot use on sale items. I am very satisfied with this store as a whole and enjoy having a JoAnn’’s in the Norman area

I come here often, but not once has someone asked if I needed any help finding anything, it's not that I can't find it . And sometimes I need help tho and there either to busy or nowhere to be found. It would just be nice. Other than that check out is nice, not fast, but nice.

I've been going to this Jo-Ann's for years it is one of my favorite Joann's there's another one Mattoon that I like and Springfield I like also the Decatur one I miss the people that used to be there they keep changing people that work there not a fan of that and not a fan of some of those people that you got now

I stood around the cutting table about 15 minutes just for the associate to assist 2 other customers that came in the store as I waited. After being looked over twice, I had to literally wave and ask to be assisted. She actually said, " oh My, where did you come from? " Covering her mouth like she was shocked I was there. The store did have Everything I came for. 5 stars on inventory! A 0 on customer service.

Convenient enough, but not my favorite place to shop for craft supplies. They do have a section dedicated to discounted fabric all the way in the back that makes the trip worthwhile.

Selection was a lil low in comparison to my regular Joann store, but the staff here was VERY friendly and helpful. Nice change of pace on that note!:)

Very nice place to shop nice and clean precious are a little bit outrageous but they do not have wheelchair for handicap or a scooter makes it difficult for a handicap to be able to get around

They have a bunch of stuff that can be hard to find. Some things are priced ok others are outrageous, like large standard foam sheets. Two of those to fit up a bed are more expensive that a finished memory foam matress topper. How does that work?

Wide range of fabrics to choose from. Friendly staff. Never any problems. My only critique would be that most of the clearance is not marked down enough for me to consider it a deal.
