We had a FABULOUS experience with these folks! They have a great selection of carpeting - we LOVE the carpeting (see pix!). Flooring America's employees made the selection process REALLY easy - we just found a carpet we loved that also fit our budget, gave them our address, they had a tech come out and measure, and a few weeks later we had this GORGEOUS CARPETING! We couldn't be happier! Their installers were really fast and professional, and did a great cleanup job so that once they left, all we had to do was put our furniture back. Mike was great to work with from the minute we walked in the door. He showed us all the options we had and was very polite even when I changed my mind 7000 times! Our sales associate, Clarissa was so accommodating, accessible and patient during our many visits while in the selection process; thankfully Flooring America has a huge selection of flooring to choose from! Once we finally decided on our favorite flooring, Clarissa and Mike gave us a thorough quote and all the materials arrived as quoted. The installation crew was outstanding as well. They handled some obstacles without missing a beat and finished the work on time and in budget! All the staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had an excellent experience working with Tristin and the Flooring America team. Everyone we worked with from sales, measuring, and installation were all very easy and pleasant to work with. The job was completed quickly and skillfully. The installers, Andrew and Paul, were knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They took time to address concerns I mentioned before they even began work, and then kept me updated on those issues throughout the job. After completion each day, everything from that day was put back in it’s original home and supplies were picked up. They never left a mess and everything was clean before they were finished. We are so happy with the new floor, and cannot wait to enjoy it for many years to come.

We just had vinyl wood look flooring installed in the kitchen, family room and hallway. It looks great! They allowed 2 days to complete but they were done in 6and 1/2 hours. Our installers were Andrew and Paul. Everything looks perfect. I am picky about everything being cut straight and it is. This is probably the best job I have seen installing vinyl plank flooring. Clarissa McNamer was great at the store helping us find the right flooring that matched existing flooring. All in all a great experience!

Mike was very helpful when we were picking out our flooring. We asked tons of questions and went in pretty much daily switching out samples and he was always very patient. After we finally picked one, it came in pretty quick and with no issues. Matt was our installer and was super great. We were very impressed with his knowledge, skill, and his pace. We came in to Flooring America last week to pick out flooring for our new home. Mike greeted us at the door and was extremely helpful and friendly from the start. We had a decent sized flooring order. They had someone come out and do measurements the next day and by the end of the day, Mike called us with our quote. We purchased the flooring and they were here Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week installing it. The installers were friendly and professional and knew what they were doing. Everything looks absolutely amazing. 5 Star Service from the beginning to the end from Mike and the install team! Definitely recommend!

We just purchased carpet and had it installed from Flooring America. We had such a wonderful experience! They are very friendly and worked with us on our price point and what we were looking for. They let us take home many samples so we could get the perfect color! The prices were very reasonable and included the take out of the old carpet and installation of the new. Great experience!! I asked a LOT of questions prior to and during installation of our luxury vinyl flooring and carpet. Clarissa and Mike were patient and took the time to find answers and when it came to installation the team we had - Ben and Jake - were fabulous. Professional and made sure to keep me in the loop as they were completing the project and needed to adjust installation plans. They worked very hard to complete the project timely and professionally - we had some very tricky installation elements they handled without issue! Highly recommend!

The guys who did the work were more than professional as they worked around my small house with several children and were very nice.
