We had our first appointment with Dr.Mansur today for our sick dog. We were not aware of the severity of her illness and the doctor took his time and was very thorough with our girl. Our dog was deemed a mean dog at our last vet clinic and always wanted her to be sedated before exams. I was up front with Fairviews staff that I was not going to sedate her for her first visit. Our dog was scared but went up to the doctor and tech and was fine. Our first time experience was very inviting and we appreciate all your help to hopefully heal our girl. Thank you all

The veterinarians and staff at Fairview Hospital for Animals are the best! Their entire team looks after my dogs as if they were their own, and I am always comfortable knowing that my dogs are in the best hands when we visit. The staff knows my dogs' personalities and how to handle their needs, which is just one example of why Fairview Hospital for Animals is the best around!

Absolutely love!!! For 8 years Northgate treated my baby as if he was a monster and it was always a terrible and dreadful experience. At this place we were welcomed with open arms the moment we walked in! The loved all over my big guy and qas able to examine and treat him with no sedation meds or injections and no muzzle! I wish i would have made the switch much sooner but we are no furever clients of fairview animal hospital!!! Thank you all so very much!!!

I called on Monday, got an appointment for the same day. It has only been 2 days and my dog is back to his normal self. Great Attention! Great and Caring People and reasonably priced! I can't say enough good things about them.

First time here and am really impressed. The vet diagnosed my dogs problem quickly and after a few days of medication our little Ricky is back to being himself! Dedicated staff, they really care about pets, our new vet! He's even helping to make the bed!

After a few horrible experiences with other local vet offices, I hoped this would be a better experience for us. Initially it was. The doctor was nice enough and I was able to get in pretty fast.However, I was left disappointed. After my dogs ear hematoma was drained the doctor said it may refill at some point. She did NOT say it could possibly refill the very same day. I would never elected to have it drained if that were the case. During this visit they also tried to sneak some $60 ear cleaner on our bill. Fortunately, I had it taken off before checking out You can literally find the same dog ear cleaner for $7 on Amazon.So I called the next morning to find out if his ear refilling the same day was a normal expectation. Beth, who answered the phone was downright rude and condescending.. I asked if my dogs ear was just going to keep refilling every single day and she said "probably". She made it sound as though I should know this based on my dog having one previous ear hematoma. I wasn't even aware that draining was an option until I scheduled the appointment with them and I was relieved that there was an alternative treatment since my dog is a senior and wouldn't tolerate surgery as well now. Just the snide response on this review says enough of what you can expect from Fairview Animal Hospital

They are always on time getting my dog on his room. They are so far a pretty good vet in my experience. I feel they are a bit hight on price for service but not overly priced I do recommend giving them a try

For the last 6 to 7 years, my 12-year-old dog has had rectal bleeding. Within that time span I had him at 3 different vets their solution was to put him on Imodium.I took him to Fairview animal hospital within five minutes he was diagnosed with rectal polyps. Put on an antibiotic, probiotic and a new dog food. No more bloody stools just soft, formed stools...Thank you Fairview Hospital.🐾💖🐶

The vet side is great but the staff kept giving us unsolicited and in some cases very poor and outdated training advice luckily we have an animal behavioralist for that stuff. It was just off putting to be talked to like you don’t know the animal you literally live with every day by strangers 🤔

Our cat has mammary cancer and we only just found out a week and a half ago. Her health has rapidly declined since then and she has not been eating or drinking and is not doing okay. We are going to have to put her down, but our regular vet is fully booked and so we are having to find a place that will help because so many places are booked around here. Having to call place after place and repeat the same question and having to say i need to euthanize my cat over and over hurts so much and ive been crying after every call. I just called Fairview at 3:55 PM on 9/22, and I said "You might not be able to help [because I know how booked many places are right now], but do you guys have any availability to euthanize a cat?" And the lady went "Have you been here before?" And I said we have not, and she said extremely bluntly "We would not do that." And I was taken aback and I went "Oh..okay..." and she said "Alrighty?" in a bubbly, matter-of-fact tone, like she was proud of how she just handled the request. I said okay, and she said "bye" and hung up.So not only am I having to make this extremely painful decision and having to grieve losing my cat. And not only am I having to call multiple places in the hopes that someone will help our poor cat who is suffering - and with each call becoming more and more upset. But now I have been uncontrollably sobbing on and off for an hour because I am having to do all of this while feeling like I'm being accused of doing something wrong by calling a place I don't already go to. Like I'm being accused of just trying to get rid of my cat. That woman is cruel and heartless. Absolutely no compassion or sensitivity over the issue. Sometimes emergencies happen, and you have to see other vets. The other places I called simply said no we don't have availability, which is fine. This was just cruel and unnecessary. When we first moved here over a year ago, I tried to call this place to schedule an appointment and they were rude then too. They're just awful to people who aren't already customers. From the looks of it, other people also have issue with whoever is answering the phone. She is driving away your business.

just moved here from another state needed to take a puppy for an 8 week wellness check before he went to his new home. The vet was very nice and said the puppy was in excellent condition, occlusion was good, joints, etc. Went on about how healthy the puppy was. He was aware it was a wellness checkup for a puppy going to a new home. The bill was 2x what I have ever paid, and the invoice I received didn't state what I was charged for. Then, they called me the following day to pay an additional charge. The puppy couldn't even receive all of the shots because he was too small. When I asked for a statement showing charges and a statement that the puppy was healthy, I was told, they don't do that. The receptionist was really rude. I don't understand what the issue is there but I will not be using this office as my regular vet.

My animals and I have been a long time patients of Fairview. We loved Dr. Groesch, and Dr. Mansur is pretty great too. The receptionist, Tami, not so much. I’m about ready to take my animals elsewhere due to her attitude every time we interact. She’s incredibly rude, cuts you off mid-sentence, and puts you on hold in the middle of speaking. This has been numerous occasions, and has been brought to the attention of Dr. Mansur as well. If this continues, I will find a new vet.

You SHOULD ALWAYS receive a detailed, itemized receipt for services, especially so you can keep track of immunizations for your babies,whether you're a breeder or not. That's just good business and patient care.The rudeness is uncalled for, must have been the reaction of the woman dealing with an experienced pet owner and she didn't know how to handle it. I would still demand a detailed receipt for services rendered. I have a couple of highly rated recommendations for the care of your pets.

I took my almost 11 year old dog Gunner In yesterday because he seemed like he was in a great deal of pain, was breathing heavily and started coughing. I was seen by Dr. Moore. Gunner ended up having aspiration pneumonia. Dr. Moore explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand, even the radiographs of his lungs. You could definitely tell she cares about the animals as well as the animals owners. She is AWESOME! Thank You Dr. Moore
