This Dollar Tree location is always well stocked, organized and ran by employees I find to be most pleasant, professional and helpful in every way. Today, I needed to return/exchange items due to my own error of purchasing a bin too small to accommodate the purpose for which I intend to use it. The manager Stacey and each of her 2 associates made the transaction a smooth process and I was happily on my way to hosting a SURPRISE 60th birthday using quality merchandise on a tight budget. Thank you for providing a safe clean place in which to shop for great values!

Old cashier wouldn't let me exchange a dollar for 4 quarters so my daughter could do the quarter machine. Wife went back to get a toy off the shelf paid for it and recieved quarters as change. It's not like she couldn't do it just chose not to. I had to edit my post because it wouldn't let me submit a new post as it appears I've had issues at this location before forrude gestures or behavior.

Staff is great but needs more employees and a union. The store has tons of stock needing put up and not enough employees to run checkout and stock. And under the new laws they would have a very easy time becoming unionized

Went in got what I needed went to the check out cashier was blowing up balloons and was not paying any attention to me. Another lady had stuff on another check out that wasn't open and still shopping. I am still waiting to get checked out the other lady came to the check out and she started ringing her up. The other lady told her to check me out first .the cashier told her I can wait my register was open .will never go back .I don't want to give one star very bad

Never again! I typically do not give a one star but when my experience was as bad as it was today I feel obligated to share even when many other reviewers post would appear to have had a better experience. I'm going to begin by saying there was no welcome while entering the store (honestly I don't even care about that, poor business but it's a dollar store). Next, while walking around the store aimlessly looking for random items I was approached by a Man (with a partially used, unlit blunt hanging from his mouth) whom "hit" on me, and then proceeded to follow me through several isle's in the store. I was uncomfortable and I felt unsafe.I continued to shop anyway. After completing shopping I got into a checkout lane with about 5-6 people in front of me. There were two people working but only one checkout lane as they appeared busy "chatting", I observed as I waited patiently for what felt like forever after how I already felt about my horrible experience there. The man working appeared courteous to certain customers while ignoring others as if an inconvenience waiting on them. I put my $23 worth of dollar items on the lane, he rang me up. Nothing was said to me, no hi, no thank you, and I had to take my own receipt because after I ran my debit card because I'm NOT giving them my extra change (btw the money they keep they pocket, not like they are giving it to charity which I would support) They pick and choose whom they will give change to because of "the national coin shortage". I realize I am leaving a long and detailed review of a dollar store, but dollars add up and they are done getting mine because I would rather spend more money and not shop in fear and be treated well (Not like a princess, just like a living human being), I'm saddened by the decline in customer care. Another thing, anyone who wants to call me a "Karen" for this review- I DON'T care because I'm sure someone will be thinking that after reading this. Your opinion is yours, this was my experience. There's other stores I enjoy giving my business which will now just get more of my business.... Because I like to shop 😂

I love the Dollar Tree and have visited quite a few over the years. I am giving this store a 2 stars only because the cashier was nice and friendly. The store it self was very messy and cluttered. The parking lot was full of trash. I don't think I will be visiting this Dollar Tree again!

Neat. Clean. && The selection was VERY nice. I like to visit locations like this when I'm out of town to experience the standard and I'm usually not disappointed.Keep up the great work in one of my favorite stores of all time.

They have raised the prices to $1.25 but it's a good place to get food, drinks, paper plates and plastic utensils etc..

They always have what we need.. just don't buy batteries there. Just bought a whole pack of LR44 sand all of them we're low not even where I could use my thermometer.

They were very nice, and very helpful and accommodated me with the things that I needed by answering questions that I asked I love the store in Pershing road the people are a lot more friendlier than the one in Fairview plaza

Don't really have a wide selection for anything right now but they got decent stuff...need to get better aux cords in...these ones break to easily.

My low rating is due to the misinformation on the websight about the balloons. They need to let customera know that they ONLY put helium in mylar balloons.

7 people in line, 1 cashier. You could hear 3 people in office laughing and talking. Take care of your customers. Not a good experience.

It is a typical Dollar Tree. You will find the usual items here at inexpensive prices. The associates here are friendly and helpful.

Dollar tree in fairview plaza. Rude! We wanted 12 balloons. They claimed to be to busy and low on helium and prior orders. We left.
