So far, it's the worst store I've encountered in the chain. It looks like a hurricane went through. The shelves are consistently empty with the carts of new merchandise just sitting around everywhere. The shelves that are stocked often are done in haphazard fashion. The store is frequently closed at hours that it states it will be open. I've encountered none of these other problems at locations nearby.

The past 3 times i been to this store all employees was on there phones video chatting with whoever. And yes while they was checking me out at the cash register. I really dont think tht is good business. I wont be going bk to this store. Bare shelfs, inventory on carts in ailes ways. Store just looks trashy.

Love this store, sometimes cramped from new items coming in. Overall store has improved a lot, much better staff than last year. We always love coming in when Crystal (assistant manager) is working. She is very friendly, always helpful and always seems to be on the go. Great job Mound Dg

The employees are always very nice and will help you find what you are looking for and the digital coupons really help save a lot of money. It is a convenient store with many things from groceries to household and gifts.. if you're in a hurry and dont want to deal with the big stores, I highly recommend

The only reason I didn't give it 1 star was because the young man running the register was very nice. Dollar General needs to get it together. Understaffed stores mean they look like this. I can't believe I managed to navigate the aisles without tripping on something. This is pretty much why i don't shop at Dollar General but on rate occasions.

Got 2 shirts for 50 cents each. And a very nice sweater for a dollar. Pineapple and peaches. All together about 4 dollars. They have great sales. Worth the trip every time.

I wish they had more help. Their store has an over abundance pf left over merchandise leak8ng out into their aisles. It os hard getting a grocery cart through the aisles

Newer bldg. The aisles are so clustered and unorganized that a slim person can barely fit down them. If you have a cart there is no turning them around in the aisle. Some of the products are not grouped together and are sporadically placed around store.

Today some no personality lady name kayla, i think, name tag only partially visible. No friendly at all. After paying my 73 dollars. Went out to get my ice. 330 in afternoon ice machines still locked. Asked cashier to call someone to unlock for me. Left me standing for another 5 min b4 she called someone else. This store is in a great locale for me.. but 80 percent of the help sucks. Rude

I amazed on the results that the Homeopathic Gel & the KetoGen4 formula have given me in only 4 months! Missy doesn't care to wear her mask. Let's all do our part please. I avoided Walmart because it's too packed. I had family and friends die recently from covid. Take this seriously please.

Great place to shop for quick needed items. Manager is a great person always looking out for you the customer. Cashier's are nice & friendly.

The people that work at my Dollar general closest to home so awesome they're always so helpful and polite one of the ladies that work there is so sweet I was short like $2 on my bill awhile back and she covered it out of her own pocket I couldn't have been more grateful I was really hurting that week

It says they close at 10 pm an yet it's 9pm an they have the doors locked and this has been happening more then a few times

Probably the best Dollar General I have ever been in not saying that there isn't a better one, just the best I have been to. The cashier was great too.

The store on east Mound had not unpacked two trucks of inventory and the shelves were very bare and did not have any idea where the product I wanted in a box in the back .
