Had carpet and sectional cleaned awhile back. Said it would take a couple hours to dry, carpet took hours and hours. They were scrubbing the steam wand against the carpet even there were no bristles on it, didnt make a ton of sense. Had 0 confidence my carpet was actually clean. Then they had this lemon scent they sprayed on the carpet. Way too strong and didnt feel like it was necessary. Couch seemed to come out fine. One of the guys looked like he was tweaking on something. Wouldnt use them again

Mike was very responsive to an online inquiry. Within minutes, he contacted me. They came out the following day to clean our carpets! Joe and Tim were friendly, professional, and hard working. Mike and his team do excellent work. Had entire house cleaned including carpet, furniture, you name it they cleaned it.They are so polite and professional. My go to 😊I sent a message on a Sunday and Mike got back to me very quickly, and was able to accommodate a date/time that worked for me.The guys were courteous and professional and answered my questions.Carpet wasn’t soaking wet like others I’ve used in the past that took 12 hours to dry.Thanks again Mike and crew.I definately recommend them.

The workers told me $88 and gave me a blank invoice. Then the owner tried to tell me 127 then he try to cuss me out in my driveway. And then he had to say I know how your kind work I would never do business with them again. And it’s all on video. Let set it straight you charge my card and took cash you said my card did not work so I gave you cash and when you left you charged my card the one you said did not work so do you want me to post the video and pic of the charge I can happily show the people and I have all your text so don’t try and lie and steal from me.I send you the video at my house

What a wonderful experience we had with Mike and his staff for our recent carpet cleaning! We needed 3 areas in our home as well as a very large rug which is being cleaned at their site. I've had other cleaning companies do work for me and have always come back because when Chem-Dry cleans my carpet, it's almost like having brand new carpet each time they clean. I have ceramic tile in my kitchen that was so dirty that the grout was no longer the original color. The ChemDry techs got it so clean that it looks brand new. They also cleaned carpet and a sofa that the dogs love to jump on with their muddy paws. They did a wonderful job. I will never use another carpet cleaning service.

Bill and Joe were complete professionals! I had the PURT treatment done and they explained the complete process! Even let me watch them work! Even after I told them not to worry too much about getting all the spots out, they worked diligently to get them out!They price was extremely reasonable for the work that was done! Im very particular and picky about my home , our carpets are Very light and they were still able to make them spotless , look just like new 😊. They called about 10 to one when my appointment was scheduled. They stated they would be here at 2pm. They never showed at two nor did they call. The young man arrived at 3pm not even a sorry or why they were late! So, he proceeded to clean my carpet didn't introduce himself, didn't explain on what the procedure. At the end, when signing the bill he said i owed 70$. Ok, being an hour late i should have gotten half price! Or a discount!! Not only that, he had no change so i tipped him the 10!Not satisfied customer!!!
