I have been calling around panicking for two days trying to get my cat looked at somewhere or even just get answers. When I called here I was fully expecting to be let down again but the receptionist was so nice and understanding. She answered my questions and even gave me some tips and ideas. If the reception is this kind and intelligent I guarantee the vets are some of the top ones in Decatur. So thankful for them again.

The staff at Brush College Animal Clinic are great.. They have been taking care of Abby Rose & Dallas "dally" for a long time.. Abby the grey and white fur baby hasn't been to any other vet.. Dr. Hunter is amazing & the staff are very nice & helpful even if you just call for advice.. I needed flea meds for Abby & they were super helpful and helped me pick the best option for Abby.. They have plenty of parking and it's very easy to find.. Very nice atmosphere also..

Always exceptional. Everyone who works here—from the vets, vet techs, and front staff—goes above and beyond to care for your pets and help you! After I put my kitty down, I walked out crying and emotional and Leigh came out to my car to check on me, tell me how sorry she was about Mo, and to make sure I was okay to drive home. You don’t experience that kind of care just anywhere. You all are amazing!!

I have not been here before but my vet was closed and my cat was is bad shape and needed help that day! I called them and they got me in quickly! Made me and my cat feel like we have been coming there for years. Had to do a vary hard thing and they explained everything in great detail and walked me through everything. Losing and pet and a friend it’s hard! They help make it a little easier! 100% recommend them!

We had an emergency on Sunday. The phone rang for several minutes and our dog died while waiting !!! Then had to drive over 45 minutes with her body. Never ever again!! We had been a client for 20 plus years.

Awesome service! Very helpful! The staff was very supportive in the loss of my pet and with the help they're given to the ones still with me. A little expensive but worth it!

We have been taking our pets there for close to 20 years and would never consider anywhere else. Leo the Lion is pretty awesome also...This review was left 6 years ago and I just wanted to do an update. We had to have our cat who was almost 17 years old put down last week, they were very professional and caring I even received a sympathy card today. Big thank you to all the staff at Brush College!

Took our baby (Waldo an 8 year old chuchuwau) for an abscess on his tail. They were great with him.

My chihuahua came in there. They said he was going through allergies. 3 weeks later he died from a tumor in his rib cage area and he suffocated from his lungs not being able to inhale his breath. Don't go here if you have a sick dog.

I can't say enough good things about this office. It is always clean, which is hard to keep up with I'm sure considering animals are coming & going all day. Everyone on the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, & more than helpful. The best part is their willingness to work with my very difficult furbaby. They are always patient & understanding that I'm a nervous owner & she's set in her ways.

If I could give a ZERO I would !! DO NOT TRUST THEM with your pet if you love them. My puppy boarded here for 3days while I went out of state to a funeral. when I arrived to get him he WAS NOT BARING ANY WEIGHT ON ONE LEG. he was PERFECTLY fine when I left him in their care I was told “NO ONE DID AN INCIDENT REPORT” and given pain meds for my Pup. A few weeks past and due to the damage my puppy LOST HIS LEG!!!! My perfect baby all because I trusted the wrong people. They didn’t even have the decency to pay for his medical expenses. This place should be ASHAMED to call themselves a veterinarian.

Dr Jared and his amazing staff took excellent care of my furbabies while they were there to be spayed. Overpriced and the lady with the silver hair at the desk is extremely rude. They charge $46 for a fecal test vs my usual vet who's price is $18.
