Recently I’ve taken my riding mower to farm and fleet (small engines department) to get serviced. Upon receiving my mower & unloading back home I attempted to cut the grass and to my surprise it did not start!Of course I called the small engines department back concerning the matter and within 30min (Mr. Mason, Small Engines Dep.employee)had arrived at my residence,re examined my riding mower, diagnosed and resolved all of my questions and issues. Very professional and knowledgeable.what an awesome job!

I placed an order and used my Amex. The order never arrived. When I called to inquire they said the "Third party" cancelled the order and I should have called back to inquire why. ? I order online all day everyday and have never had a vendor cancel an order and expect me to call back and inquire why. Very bizarre. I ordered the exact product elsewhere with ease. I’d like to give a shout-out to the customer service department, especially Faye for the great way she treats her customers. Any problem, any questions, she can handle them! I do quite a bit of business with Farm & Fleet and Faye is always friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Faye is the reason I keep going back because I know I’ll be treated well!

Went to local Farm and Fleet to get struts for my car. 2 months later...thats how long i was without my car, they had to take it to the local Ford dealership to fix what they tore up. In the end they had to replace transmission!! Thats how bad they tore up my car. I called customer service ..several times..got 1 call back and no action. Never got any good answer. Then i felt threatened when they told me i wasnt to contact them again. Who do i contact about customer services customer service?? I did not contact a lawyer or anything. Farm and Fleet did have to turn into insurance because the cost was so high and finally got me a rental for most of the time i didnt have my own car. At one point they had an insurance guy give an estimate after he GOOGLED about my car.I didnt get a total refund on this experience either. My car still does not run correctly and now has a transmission fluid leak that im now responsible for.

This is a great place to shop but it's a horrible place for a man to use the bathroom! For the past 25yrs ever time I've been in there it smelled horrible! I've been In better smelling barns. I don't make it a point to go in there but every few years I make the mistake and it never fails its the worst smelling place in Decatur and that's saying alot. It looks clean but definitely doesn't smell clean!

I buy most of my Milwaukee tools from Blain's. I've had to warranty a few items, and they always handle it professionally and quickly. I've spent a lot of money here and will continue because of the employees.

This place is pretty great, they have SO MUCH stuff. It's nice to not have to drive across town for pet supplies, clothes, home goods and all kinds of other things. I used to think it was just "farm stuff" because of the name, but there's a lot more.

I purchased a set of tires Jan. 5th 2024. To make a long story short, only one held air out of 4 tires. Front tires blew out on a trip to Springfield. Walmart on 6th repaired. Then a back tire had a slow leak and i finally had Farm and Fleet fix that one. They didn't balance it properly so i'm taking the car to Neal to get that fixed. Farm and Fleet will NEVER work on anything of mine again.

The service is amazing. The humor and consideration seriously made my day. I wish I caught their names but the customer service desk that called back to the drive thru and the worked that brought out the package to our van are both fantastic human beings. The "mysterious package" of "boring office supplies" (a Christmas gift being picked up for my kids with them in the van) was easy to get and I will definitely be shopping here more often now 😂

I visited Blains for the 1st time (I mostly have lived in the South most my life) and I thought it was a great store with decent prices. They have a little bit of everything. I like that they carry some top brands. I also liked their houseware and as seen on tv section. Their prices are competitive. The staff is friendly and helpful. I found that when I was searching for very specific items their selection was a little limited. I also signed up for their rewards and since I spent over $500, I got $50 in coupons to come back the next month. You get $10 for every $100 you spend. I will definitely be back.

The store I once knew to be amazing has clearly went downhill!! My husband was on his way home from work and realized his tire was going flat! He had a nail in the middle of his tire that he could see and hear leaking air. He hurried to Blains as I suggested him to do so cause when I was an assistant manager at that store we made sure we took care of our customer’s! My husband was told by the tire associate a red head with a beard that no way they could plug his tire tonight cause 6 cars were ahead of them!! So my husband ran inside the store grabbed a plug kit and had it done in 2 minutes! I would say that’s terrible customer service the associate told him there is a Walmart across town! Way to go Farm & Fleet! Lose customers and sales💪🏼.

So, if you are looking for a chainsaw case for a small electric chainsaw, good luck.HOWEVER!! Blains TriLink Chainsaw Carry Bag is the bomb!!!Don’t worry that it says it’s for 14-20” chain saws if you have a small electric. Keep your standard scabbard as it will slide nicely through the designed scabbard hole, and it’s perfect for my 10” electric. It’s not so big that it takes up space and overwhelms my saw. It’s perfectly sized and the quality is exceptional. Love the plastic base on the inside for catching the little pesky drips of chain oil. This is a GREAT item!!

very difficult finding someone who works here to help you find things or ask questions to. I recommend going to the service doors on the southwest wall, crackin' em open and yelling "excuse me!" or something polite of that manner to get someone's attention. it usually works. they get busy in the back, can't always be walking the floor to help out impatient customers such as myself who dont like walking around for 5 hours to find 1 damn thing. Jeez I hate this store. it's not their fault, though.
