I love going to Big Lots cuz I don't have a problem with me bringing my service dog in with me and always treat me with respect and staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of goods you can purchase and they always have seasonal selections to pick from. The prizes tend to be lower than the competitors which is always nice for the pocketbook I will definitely spend money shopping there for years to come

The furniture in there will actually surprise you. You may not get everything you need but I will not rule them out. Similar furniture in there are priced higher at Ashley's right next door. Also be sure to talk to someone as they have more stuff in stock in the back. Over all positive experience.

I absolutely love this store.. We bought our furniture from there and I could not be more pleased.. In fact I love this furniture.. Broyhill is an awesome brand for good quality made furniture at an affordable price.. Their rewards program actually saves you to shop there.. You can buy online and pick up in store or have them bring it out to you.They have recently did a small remodel of their shelves and store lay out and it seems much nicer.As of today every time I go in the store they are always updating and improving their store aisles and shelves and the products you can find here are very unique at a great price.

I'm always surprised at the selection of furniture they have. We've bought a couple of mattresses there too, and they've held up well.

I love this store. I do however miss how there was a huge automotive and hardware section in the back right corner. Now it's patio stuff. No big deal though. I have been going to that location for over 2 decades. I do miss Hills though.

Lots of variety. Some prices are a bit high when the identical (fisher price toy) item is $10 cheaper at Walmart. I also remember a freezer/cooler section years ago which I was disappointed to see gone. Staff, however, was stellar. Super friendly and helpful.

We bought a sectional couch on a Monday. Big Lots 20% off sale started the following Thursday. I went in and the manager happily refunded the 20% difference for the couch back onto my card, saving me $262.00. He was very helpful and polite and didn't act like I was inconveniencing him.

Wonderful. Something was priced wrong on the shelf and the manager helped me out with a discount I think that was extremely nice of him to do. Very friendly cashiers!

Because I bought a couch a year ago and it's still doing really good . The shelf I bought is fantastic. And my pool . The employees are amazing people and when we come in the door they always smile at us and welcome us .

It's your average Big Lots. Building seems somewhat run down. Shelves were a little empty/disorganized. Staff were helpful and asked if I needed help with anything.

It wouldn't hurt to clean the place. I stood at the service desk for several minutes while the three. Yes...THREE employees finished their discussion that had quite colorful language about another employee.

Love to go here occasionally! If you have budget this is a good place to go First then shop elsewhere because they have So much and really reasonable prices!!!
