I stopped by here with my really short cousin yesterday. It was my first visit to this location. It's a little small but has everything we needed as it turns out. My cousin couldn't locate several items on her list. (They were all on the top shelves.) This very amusing situation was handled so well, I had to leave a review. The clerk helped her find every missing item on her list. He was polite and professional. Kuddos, sir! Keep up the great work!

It can be interesting finding things sometimes but the convenience is awesome! Usually run there for just a few items because they aren't the cheapest so good place if you just need to pick up a missing ingredient or something. Employees are Ok usually friendly but they seem to have to do a lot so you may have to wait to get checked out.

I was pleased to see the workers all wearing face masks appropriately. With the exception of a few items the store was well stocked, clean and in order. Cash register attendant was pleasant and helpful. Good visit!

What a great place to shop. Definitely nice in this small town! Everyone is nice and friendly the manager is always great and treats my fiancé and I kindly! I appreciate this store

Very convenient for me when I need something quick. Meat and dairy prices alittle high. Other than that I am glad we have a dollar general. We needed it along time ago. I don't want to drive back to Carbondale if I don't have too.

It's a Dollar General. They're pretty much all the same and just about in every town. Workers make the difference and this one had a very friendly lady with a nice smile.

Very convenient in the small town. Typically clean and stocked well but during busy hours it is understaffed and can sometimes take a while to get checked out.

They had no Air conditioning ,,it was in the 90s that day.. they said it had been out for over a month..the girl checker was drenched in sweat.... my Brother and i were both nauseous..we left and went to another Dollar General.....

I was coming home from working late at Marion Il. And noticed my out light on I made it to Desoto Dollar General and they were still open .I thought thank God for Dollar General..however when got check out I needed to put money in my account by cell phone transfer a one minute operation ...the cashier did not wait for me do that she closed and that I needed to leave ... I did leave without the oil I needed .... I will not shop and Desoto Dollar General again ...and I have been a several day a week customer as I pass there after work 5 days a week . my car did not blow ...no thanks to Desoto Dollar General.

Almost everytime I am in there they only have one staff member working, and ussually they are trying to manage the shelves when it's time to check out leaving no one at the register except customers waiting.

Milk prices are to high, and the meat and eggs. But I guess it's ok if you can afford it. Floors needs cleaned. And product was in the walkway.

I was sold expired coffee creamer, I didn't realize that it was expired until I drank it and it tasted odd, then checked it and sure enough it was expired.

Did not go well at this store Dollar General usually not any problems except this particular store seems always something wrong with the check out process
