The staff is very nice in person. But good luck getting anybody on the phone. So if you don't mind driving all the way there just to ask a simple question this is the pharmacy for you.

3rd time they held my script for 3/4 days after dr called it in then couldn't fill it bc it needed order and fell on a weekend so now 2x i have gone more then a week with no medicine and this time no estimated time for when I'll receive! There always an ungodly wait to pick it up and the pricing I'm my account is always wrong!

If your doctor calls in a prescription that is not covered be prepared for them not to fill it. This has happened multiple times. I was aware and prepared to pay only to find out they didnt fill it. Had to wait over an hour to get my script filled. Not exactly what you want to do when your sick.

HORRIBLE! The pharmacist refused to fill my wife's pain medication!! She had back surgery 5 days earlier and was out of her medication. Our walmart in watseka was out of the medication until Tues. and this is Sat. He said he could not understand the directions on the script and refused to fill it unless he spoke to the doctor, the doctors office was closed on Saturday.We asked him to call the pharmacist in watseka where this medication had been filled 5 days earlier. He refused to do so. We were so frustrated!We went down the street to Meijer and got the prescription filled with no issues.Thank you Meijer Pharmacy!

I used the home delivery service for the first time and with the help and excellent care of the Pharmacy Manager, Keri, and all the excellent Pharmacy Associates my medications on their way. I am truly grateful.

I went in to get my percription and Susan at the pharmacy was extremely rude, I had called in to check that my percription was ready before I went and they said it would be 20 min, I waited 45 min to be sure it was done, got there and if I had paid cash my percription was done but since I had insurance it took a extra 20 min. I’ve been here before and have NEVER been treated so badly, I do not believe I will be getting anything else from this pharmacy again.

It’s law in Illinois to wear face covering- Walmart is letting customers in the store without any kind of face covering. A few of the employees had coverings pulled down around their chins - didn’t even attempt to covet their nose & mouth.Very unhappy
