I just had the worst buying experience with this guy named Glen in this store ever. His attitude is really bad towards customers. I purchased a trailer from this store, and he asked if I wanted to tag it with the secretary of state. I told him I really don't have the time. I'll take it to them and do it myself. This guy would not take no for and answer so I said ok how much will it cost to tag it ,he said I don't know till I put the information in the computer it will only take about 15min to do so. I said Im pressed for time plus I don't like giving out my bank numbers to no one because i donk use checks,he said but i can do it here now just let me put the information in. We went to the computer, and he said, "Now I need ur routing number and account number." I said I just told u I don't like doing that. He said I can't see what the plate will cost until u pay the taxes on the trailer, so I gave him my numbers. Then he pecked on the computer for about 25 more minutes. i said ur wasting my time. I need to go his reply was well they changed everything, and I'm trying to figure it out." By this time, I'm getting mad because I said in the beginning I'll take care of the plates myself. Well, 1 1/ 2 hours later, I'm dealing with him mad now and just walked out. Told him I'll pick up the trailer tomorrow. The next day, I go to get the trail he say did u bring the title with u I told sir I don't want u doing anything else with this trailer."" I'll take it myself. He says I have a temporary license plate on it. When will u bring me $210 to send to the state. At this time, I don't want to deal with him at all anymore. He says we'll u won't be able to tag this trail at the DMV anyway now. I just shook my head and thought to myself, "This is the worst experience I ever had to deal with." If I can't tag this trailer, I will bring it back. I want my money refunded and never shop at this store again. This guy has a really bad attitude and is very pushing towards customers.

Great store, stopped in for Dog Food on our Camping Trip. They have a friendly staff, who are also very helpful. There was a great selection of dog food, but I found my brand, Purina: Turkey & Venison. Actually, I was pretty surprised to see that they had it. Our dog as allergies & this was the best food I found for her. Anyway, of course it was higher than Amazon's price, but the fact that they carried & had it when I needed it was so great!!

They have online ordering and curbside pickup. No matter what size bag of dog food or horse pellets I purchase, 40lb +, the women always bring it out to my vehicle and load the product. The store is clean and seems very organized. The employee's are eager to help you find what you need and know right where to find it. I enjoy shopping there because of the positive attitude.

Canceled my order even though I checked stock before ordering it. When I called to ask about other similar items they did have in stock I received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced . This male employee was rude, interrupting me mid question. Stated “obviously we don’t have it!” He had an annoyed tone of voice and snipped off several rude comments and I was never even able to ask my original question! This was the reason we always choose the other farm store over this one till it closed. If you don’t have to deal with employees it might be fine. But customer service is ridiculous.

My fiance Cynthia Porter has been a customer for 25plus years. Both locations and has Absolutely Loved the store. They take customer tips on improving stores, have plenty of feed choices, carry supplies and only thing needing changed is bringing in more farm implement repair parts and supplies. Otherwise Love the store overall.

Quick unload, i had to circle through meijer parking lot to line up to back in dock, otherwise you have to blindside in dock. I didnt have enough room to swing truck around trying to blindside.
